We had never been to Koh Samui before so we arranged a pickup at the airport to take us to our hotel. We were met at the airport and taken to our air conditioned vehicle and proceeded to our hotel with no fuss or bother. Certainly beats trying to haggle a fare with a taxi driver

Although they had the wrong flight information so weren't there to pick us when we arrived. We got a taxi no problem and then first thing the next day Yui the agent came to our resort twice to see us and helped us organize a couple of tours and had a lovely car pick us up for our return trip cheaper than other tranfers to the airport. Yui was great, very helpful friendly and id contact her again if we go back. Thanks Yui :))

Arrived as promised, although its just as easy to hire a cab for around 500b, Perhaps its a little expensive considering..

Arrival was just as we wished. They were waiting for us with a welcome pack. We verbally agreed a return journey to the airport which they didn't turn up for so we'd recommend booking the return before so you have something to rely on. All good otherwise, friendly drivers.

I tend to repeat myself quite often with this service from Tour Asia, always on time and friendly service. Decent mini-bus with a good aircon'. I would never use a different service for my Asia transfers where they are available.

Excellent. We booked a shared transfer and got our own private van. This happened at all the stops in Thailand we booked with Viator. Excellent! The staff was always on time and very friendly.

As always the taxi was on there waiting on arrival. Used Viator for several transfers around Thailand without a hitch anywhere. Have already recommended the company as the service is spot on. Driver on time and waiting as promised, very helpful. Booking price is cheaper than airport taxis. Had a visit from a Rep' to discuss trips if required, no pressure and very informative. Booked return to airport. Again on time and with no problems. Will use again on next trip.

I booked 6 shared arrival and departures for my trip to Thailand. Everyone of them was excellent. The guide not only escorted me to the airport for departure but also ensured the booking in procedure went smoothly. On 4 of the 6 journeys I had the transport to myself. As well as the transport, the company arranged by Viator looked after me during my stay - offering trips and general advice. I would recommend them and, if travelling to the area again, I would certainly make them my first choice.

Very happy with Tour Operator - the transfer company for Phuket. Our flight to Koh Samui was cancelled due to floods & we called Tour operator and they swapped the transfer for us to a Phuket hotel. Also did the Cookinhg class thru them which was excellent.

As I had organised this over the internet from NZ I was a little anxious about whether or not anyone would be there when we arrived. However, there was a representative of the company waiting to explain what was happening and give us information on other sightseeing trips and services the company had to offer. This was very helpful as we did indeed use Tour East again for a snorkelling trip and to hire a vehicle to tour around the island. Our driver was excellent and the service very professional. I would not hesitate to use Viator again.

Was met as got out of airport, only me in bus, so first stop to my hotel. No problems, my hotel was very close to airport, though, so may have been cheaper to get a taxi. But really good service, no hassle.
