Such a great dinner date. I would totally do this again. Food, drinks, views was amazing. I get nervous about motion sickness but I was OK. Only felt dizzy when leaving and arrive back to the dock. After that, it was a spectacular cruise.

We were standing in line to get on the boat and were told that we had to go to the ticket office to get a different ticket because we had purchased through a third party. The meal was wonderful. There was no bar open on the top deck and only one bartender underneath.

Do not go here for the food, I promise unless you like frozen strawberries on your thawed out cheese cake from the freezer. My wife bought a picture they take when you walk on the boat for 40,smh, It was cold outside on the boat so make sure you are prepared for the weather. Overall it was ok, but would I do it again or recommend it , no.

I am sorry to say, but we were 6 in our party and we were all terribly disappointed. They really overbooked, There were bus loads of people, from different Casino's, majority of them were elderly, and there were not enough seats. They did two dinner seating's, on the first deck. When dinner was over for that first seating, there was not enough room on the upper deck for all those people. The food was not up to par either. So all in all I would not recommend this to anyone.

We only had a short time in the Lake Tahoe area and this cruise was a great way to see a good portion of the lake. Emerald Bay was beautiful in early evening sunlight. Dinner was delicious, there were 4 of us in our group and we all enjoyed our meals.

We took this trip to Lake Tahoe for our 20th Anniversary. Dinner, music, and the views were amazing! The only drawback about the cruise was when we were waiting for everyone to board. It wasn't the waiting it was just miserably hot until the boat set sail. We were sweating our butts off!

We had a pretty nice time however, the day was warm for Tahoe, and there wasn't the ability to keep the dining area cool enough during dinner. Also, several of us on the starboard side had to wear sunglasses as the sun was right in our faces for half of dinner. Simple pull-down screens could be the remedy.

Great service at dinner. Loved all the staff and the food was good too. They even accomodated food allergies and special requests. The boat ride was lovely, not too fast or too slow. There was a wedding reception on board so we stayed out of the bar area where they were dancing, but plenty of room to dance on deck. We had 4 couples go and everyone had a great time.

We absolutely loved the Ms. Dixie II Dinner Cruise on Lake Tahoe. The only problem we had was, when we went_br/_ to the ticket booth with our printed vouchers purchased here on Viator, the young woman didn't have us on her_br/_ guest list. We almost didn't get to go! The supervisor was called to the booth and he said that one family cancelled their_br/_ trip. Otherwise, they didn't have us on their roster of paid guests. He let us go anyways. I wonder what happened?_br/_ We almost didn't get to go out on this wonderful trip to celebrate our 40th Anniversary!

We went on the sunset cruise. There are 2 dinner seating. We were on the second one. We weren't called o go downstairs to start dinner until after 8 pm and when we docked back we just started on the desert course. When the sun went down it got very chilly - definitely dress warm and have a jacket with you. A lot of people just left because it was later than expected. If I had to do it again I would have done lunch instead.

The dinner cruise on board the MS Dixie II was fantastic. We met some great people and the staff was wonderful. It was a little breezy therefore it was chilly but take a jacket and you'll be fine. Food was great except the asparagus was too tough to cut with a knife. Steak was great. It's well worth the money.

The dinner meal was mediocre at best. The fee to park our car was 35, and we were told we would receive a 27 credit on my Credit Card for parking fee charged. After 3 weeks NO Credit has been posted to my credit card. Don't bother with this trip.
