Ride a buggy across the volcanic landscapes and beaches of Lanzarote on this adrenaline-pumping adventure! Feel the breeze on your face as you head off-road and race along tracks and trails to some of the island’s most beautiful spots. Zip along remote beaches, trundle past whitewashed villages and snap photos as you go. It’s an exciting way to discover hidden Lanzarote. Choose from a range of times, including a 5-hour safari that takes you to the west coast. Numbers are limited to 12 people, ensuring a personalized experience.
The experience starts with pick-up from meeting points in Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise.
Leaving Tahiche we will head to the town of Nazaret, home of Lagomar. Here you will be given an overview of Omar Sharif’s house and of the island of Lanzarote. From Nazaret we will take a dirt trail towards Teguise, the island’s old capital. Once we arrive we will have a 20 minute coffee break and a walk around the historical centre.
We will continue our route towards Famara, from where you can see the islands of La Graciosa, Montaña Clara and La Alegranza that form, together with Roque del Este and Roque del Oeste, the Chinijo Archipelago, a natural beauty located off Lanzarote’s northern coast. We will also see the sand dunes formations from this point. Here we will have a brief stop for photos and for information.
We will restart our journey in the direction of Soo until we enter the pretty coastal village of La Santa. From here we will reach the village of Mancha Blanca where we will visit the Visitors Centre to have an idea of how the ancient inhabitants lived with an active volcano. At the centre you can enjoy a simulation of a volcano inside a cave. After the visit to the Visitors Centre we will head to La Geria through an interior track to see the malvasĂa (typical Lanzarote grapes) plantation. The plantation is visible at both sides of the road, covering all of La Geria.
We will then head towards the TinguatĂłn volcano, where we will take a walk into its interior (approx. 30 minutes). One we have finished the walk, we will go to a wine cellar where we will enjoy a wine tasting.
A great experience to try and to see different parts of the island that you wouldn't normally see..I recommend this experience 100 and also some moto-x goggles and some sort of mouth covering as it is a dusty experience but it's awesome..I will be doing this again I enjoyed it so much..I did the 5 hour tour..

Such a great experience! Mattao was hilarious, informative and safety minded. Lanzarote is such an amazing and strange landscape, what better way to be see it then by 4 wheeler. My husband and I did the 3 hour tour and it was the perfect length of time to zip along the ocean, see some salt minds, and then head up towards the volcanoes. This is a trip that is meant for the physically strong though. My husband did all the driving, even though I have used 4 wheelers on horse farms in the past. Some of the areas were quite rocky and angular and I dont think I would have had the strength to keep us on the path.

They picked u up, but once u arrived at their location to start the tour no one greets u or communicates with u what and #39;s happening next. The tour guys were arguing the entire tour amongst each other. Once we got back from the tour, they took over an hour to take us back to our hotel. Zero communication

Billed as an exhilarating off-road adventure, I had expectations of a fun filled, adrenaline pumping adventure across the baron, volcanic landscape of Lanzarote Instead, we trundled through paths of rocks at an average speed of 17km/h. At one point we had to accelerate to pass a couple jogging hardly adrenaline-pumping.

You really have to give this a go! We are both in our sixties and I have to admit I was a little dubious about a buggy trip but it was great fun and a wonderful morning. We were away from the busy tourist spots and driving through beautiful countryside seeing the areas not visited by the tourist buses. We were taken to beaches the locals visit and our guide was keen to show us the things he loved about Lanzarote. We were picked up very punctually from our hotel and driven to the area the tour takes place, the buggy was great fun to drive although a little bumpy but that just added to the enjoyment. A really enjoyable morning!

This was a great experience and would recommend doing this tour if your wanting too see a bit more of the volcanic side of Lanzarote! Tour guide was great very friendly too and picked us up and dropped us off at hotel on time! Only bad thing is I have to say is it was a bit too slow, we didn't reach over 17kms ! If your after a fast pass tour this isn't for you. Overall was great :

Very nice tour guid. You could tell that he was very proud on his island, which made his story interesting to hear. We really liked it that it was a small group and that he showed us less touristic things which made the trip original. Fantastic trip!
