To experience Las Vegas and all the well-known landmarks form the air was amazing...our pilots of both the plane and the helicopter was professional and we always felt safe....a hard thing to prove if half of the people of the group are either a pilot, aeronautical engineer or flight enthusiasts....! thanks to all for an awesome experience. this was a great way to start our holiday in Las Vegas.... if you are not a Las Vegas Strip fan and shows and neon lights is not your thing...do this trip - it will open your eyes to a totally different Las Vegas. Maybe after that go and visit the Hoover dam and dam-wall....

This was and excellent trip. From the plane ride out, to the helicopter down to the floor of the canyon and the pontoon boat ride on the river was just amazing and very well organised. Was a bit worried about the Skywalk as I am afraid of heights BUT so glad I did it. Was just so surreal walking out into nothing.

What an amazing trip! This was so worth doing, everything was more than our expectations! Well organised, even a phone call to us the night before we left England to inform us that the President was in Las Vegas and our pick up time would be earlier! Magnificent views of the Grand Canyon from the helicopter and the trip on the Colarado river was amazing. Although scarey the West Rim sky walk needs to be done to appreciate the wonderful views! Well done Viator for organising this trip!

We have really mixed feelings about the Grand Canyon Air Tour. Despite the incredible scenery and the chance to tour a truly impressive natural wonder, the overall experience was really quite mixed. While all of the people were genuinely helpful and friendly and everything went quite smoothly, we are left with a feeling that the overall experience could have been much better. To start with, we were staying at the wrong hotel to make the trip the least annoying. Because we stayed at the Stratosphere, we had to meet the bus at 4:15 a.m. and then proceed to several other hotels where we often waited for other customers who seemed not to know that the pickup times were. This is not the tour operator's fault, just part of our experience. The bus ride out to the airport also seemed to add to the relative discomfort as did the limited selection of breakfast items and the somewhat lengthy wait to take off in the airplane. The ride in the airplane was very good and quite scenic. After landing, there were more waits to board the helicopters, which while fine and scenic are understandably very short. We were encouraged to go quickly down to the boats on the river for a brief ride, which was fine. The best part was asking the driver about the history of his tribe which he proudly detailed. Because there were so many helicopters taking off and landing, the whole atmosphere was more busy than relaxed and scenic. Once we returned via helicopter we were given a truly mediocre sack lunch and instructions to take a bus to the Skywalk. Even though you are not going on this tour for the lunch, it was truly awful when compared to the lunch offered on a photographic tour later in the week. The other extremely disappointing part was there was not any time left for us to stop at Guano Point due to the rushed time schedule imposed on getting us back to the airfield for the return flight. As a final disappointment, we were again no fault of the tour operators, the last people to be delivered to our hotel. The overall experience was one of a tour that was very rushed and hectic which detracted from the experience we had anticipated. Compared to other Viator experiences this was by far the most disappointing. Even with very good coordination and quite reasonable customer service, the overall satisfaction for us was lacking. If you are more interested in the relative excitement in different modes of transportation and have never been in a helicopter, then you might find the experience more enjoyable. We found that in spite of the good coordination and helpful employees, the overall experience to be very much lacking from too many transfers, too much waiting and disregard for the quality of the lunch/snack served. It sounded so much better than the actual experience.

Go for the helicopter ride if you are OK with flying!!! We did not and I regret it. We did the skywalk and pretty amazing but watching helicopters fly in the canyon I knew we made a mistake. More money but how many times you going to go the Grand Canyon. I know I will once more to do the helicopter ride.

Best to go early morning, 5AM hotel pick up, avoid crowds an the heat. The boat ride on the colorado not worth it, it is just about 15 minutes long and boring. Enjoyed the Skywalk and the views. The best was the plane ride and the helicopter ride, they offered great views of the desert and Hoover Dam. Found the helicopter personnel not friendly, not allowed to take photos prior or after the ride to the river- no narration or explanation of Grand Cannyon etc. Not worth the 569.

My wife and I always wanted to experience the West Grand Canyon Skywalk. I usually drive to travel destinations, instead we opted for Viator to book Skywalk with air and river boat tour included. We enjoyed a comfortable bus ride from our Las Vegas hotel to to Boulder City airport. Wife enjoyed the commuter plane to West Grand Canyon and were thrilled with the helicopter ride into the canyon rim. I have many photos and videos to cherish this adventure. Thanks!

We didn't do any extras so we would have more time to explore the points at our leisure - and we are so glad we chose this! We took the early morning tour and the lookouts were very quiet, at numerous points we were the only couple there, so we got great uninterrupted photos._br/_ The food offered was tasty and the view was amazing._br/_ Flights ran smoothly and staff were friendly. _br/_ Highly recommend this tour.

For those who chose all 3 options there was lot of waiting resulting in feeling rushed at the actual sites; that may be better at a different time of year. We didn and #39;t get much info ahead of time about what would happen next, just had to go with the flow. Stunning scenery; worth doing off-peak season.

What a great and informative trip. We got to fly to the grand canyon a quick 35 minute flight. Once we arrived we flew to the bottom of the canyon and walked down to the dock and took a boat ride on the river. Then took the helicopter up. After that we had some time on our own to visit the the viewing points, eat lunch and do the Skywalk, all at our own pace. Overall well organized, and all of the staff were great. Go on this tour!

Now I know why the Jersey Boys have been such a great hit here in Las Vegas for suck a long time. The show got everybody up to sing and dance, we had a really good time.
