The trip was great. The only thing was the bus schedule and tour schedule did not work together , we missed our 11:30 tour, but the company Viator used, set us up with a 1:30 group. We were lucky we did not have other plans. We had to go from the train station to the Acadamia 15 minute walk when not lost. People were very helpful. The share ride also took us to Pizza for free. This was a bonus .So the share ride was good.

Long bus ride, meeting point should be at port instead was another shuttle ride from port. This makes it harder with kids. On the way back, they were able to drive us all the way to port so that was easier.

Trip by bus to Florence got us there well in advance of 1:30 tour of Uffizi Gallery but we had to cut short the tour in order to get back to the bus in time for departure. _br/_ Also, bus was so cramped I 6 ft tall had a bad knee for days afterwards. _br/_ Do not combine with the walking tour.

THIS WAS ROUGH DUE TO RAIN!!! Poor set up because the bus was very late and we waited under a small cover with too many people! We both got sick!!!! And then they asked for an additional 5.00. Who knows but this could have been handled better. The price was right but the service was tough.

Viator charged a fee for a tour you could book yourself with Tuscan Bus. The bus left 30 minutes late cutting into your time in Florence. The guide did not communicate well. She basically just walked very fast to the Duomo and left.

The bus was comfortable and the ride quite pleasant. The representative from the bus line was apparently waiting with the 'group' of travelers at the square in Livorno, but made no effort to gather the people together nor provide any greeting.
