This tour was amazing!

What fun! I don't think my husband was too thrilled about going initially but he ended up taking more pictures than I did. We took the hop-on hop-off line right to the stop and were ushered in quickly before a VERY long line, so it was perfect! Lot's to see and various different era's to experience, as well as some super-hero and star wars fun. A great family outing!

Very crowded, many wax figures we expected to see, and are advertised as being there David Bowie were not displayed. Not worth the wait.

We have been before but we new exhibits it was awesome. The new ride at the end was pretty cool. Paying the extra for priority was well worth it as the queues were long and had long waits

we arrived early than our chosen time, but we were granted an access right away. good experience. There was one grumpy attendant during our visit, but otherwise we really enjoyed. Highly recommended

Fantastic!

A must do activity when in London. It is very crowded and extremely hectic and you tend to get pushed along a bit with the crowd. Other than that, was a really good couple of hours and one to tick off the bucket list.

Our tickets said that they were open until 7pm so we arrived at 3.30pm and they wouldn't let us in as they closed at 4pm_br/_ Not impressed

Purchasing ticket in advance from Viator saved me time from purchasing ticket at the Madame Tussauds museum center. It was an exciting place to take pictures with famous figures. I really enjoyed the wax museum, but I was disappointed for I was not able to take pictures with some of the celebrities for some youngsters were taking a long time and were making fun of the statues. I wish there were adequate monitors to control the crowd. But I had an excellent experience at the museum.

Entry was with priority but I had doubt that there were some additional offers which would have missed in this package. I came to Madam Tussaud after 20 years and this time I missed some historical personalities. I don know they would have removed or I missed. For example Pakistan cricket star Imran Khan. Also vax version of Shahrukh and Suleman khan, indian film stars, were very bad. Even it took me time to recognize Amitab Bachan

We loved Madame Tussauds! What a fun place to visit. Be aware though. The Priority Entrance part of this tour doesn't get you anything. You still have to go through the long lines and waiting to trade your voucher for tickets. Madame Tussauds does not recognize that Priority Entrance unless you buy your tickets through them. We followed the directions given us but it didn't help.

I found that it was really crowded. I thought by buying ticket only amount was allowed in but we were crammed in with everyone which made it had to take photo and look at figures. Great displays and interactive just really crowed

Upon arrival we showed our skip the line ticket and were sent to a line that was 1 hour and 45 minutes long as per the signs along the line. We then went to another host on the sidewalk and she sent us to another line that was much shorter, but still not the correct line. She said that the Viator company was selling unauthorized tickets. When she wasn't looking we then stepped over the barrier and went straight to the elevator and got up immediately. The elevator operator had no idea that we stepped over the barrier. All the people who controlled our line choice did not recognize the Viator ticket

Attraction mainly for children but adults too should not be disappointed._br/_ I have no comments on buying tickets online._br/_ Another thing is organization of the way of visiting the exhibition._br/_ Chaotic queues, crowds and uncontrolled crowds do not make it easy to see the exhibits._br/_ Exposure Alien can forgive, is weak but Star Wars is already worth seeing with sentiment._br/_ From a practical point of view pure comedy but one of a kind._br/_ It's a pity that there are no icons of British music - Sting, Elton John, The Rolling Stones for consolation are The Beatles and Freddie Mercury but without Queen

The tour once inside Mdme Tussauds was great. What was not so good, annoying even, was the long wait to get in. The queue for gate 2 given by Viator was the longest one of all. We waited for 1hour 40mins when people buying their tickets at the door were going in virtually on arrival. Priority entrance - I don't think so!
Review by: Andrea F, April 2017
Skipped the line and enjoyed the exhibits - especially the Marvel 3d movie.
Review by: Ken L, April 2017
This was very disappointing and misleading. The heading says Priority Entrance ticket and in the description leads you to believe you can skip the lines and get in faster. Much to our dismay, this was not the case. Yes, we did have priority tickets, but so did dozens of other people. The line to get in was longer 1hour plus than the line to walk up and buy tickets at the door. If you wanted to skip the long lines altogether, you had to buy special VIP tickets. Overall I found that this was not worth the money.
Review by: Gary T, April 2017
Priority queue was in excess of a 4 hour wait, ridiculous and unacceptable from Madame Tussauds who should be reported to trading Standards._br/_ Needless to say we did not join the queue but jumped on an open top tour bus which was great._br/_ First bad event ever from Viator.

A must touristic visit if you are first time in London
Review by: evang33087, April 2017
Do not believe what Viator says about this exhibit. THERE IS NO PRIORITY ENTRANCE. Lines are sometimes 4 hours long. They told me my ticket was useless and wouldn't work. I wasted money and wasn't even able to get inside. BIG SHAME ON VIATOR.
Review by: Victor K, April 2017
Madame Tussauds London Priority Entrance Ticket Including Star Wars Exhibition took us 3.5 hours in line. Please, do not call it Priority!!!
Review by: Darshanand R, April 2017
Disappointed - there were no priority entrance even though it was advertised as such. The ticket counter attendants said that priority entrance availability has been discontinued for many years. Suggest removing that from your tour information details.

Unfortunately I never got to this tour as I ran out of time and was on the other side of the city... I will definitely go another time.
Review by: Angela W, March 2017
Such a cool exhibit! Definitely worth it to skip the lines!! All the wax figures looked so real. Definitely see it!
Review by: Karl, February 2017
Massive queues, too many people and not that much to see for the price. There is no queue skipping access for this attraction and the whole process takes 3 hours just to get in, even though I had bought tickets online.
Review by: hazelcollis, February 2017
Madame Tussaud's is an amazing experience but this was most definitely not a Priority Entrance ticket as advertised by Viator. It was sold with the advertisement of skipping the long lines by using the Trade Client Tickets door 2 entrance. It's fast and simple. This is complete rubbish. It was the longest line and we queued for an hour and a half to get in. The staff at Madame Tussaud's said they have repeatedly asked that third parties do not advertise it as a Priority Entrance ticket but to no avail.
Review by: LEVENT HASAN U, February 2017
although ı had fast track tickets we waited almost 1.30 hrs in the queue . the staff at the counter were very very very slow. one of them spent almost half an hour for just one customer, we have applaused when they finished .
Review by: Katerina G, February 2017
Great experience not having to wait the very long queue!!! Highly recommended!
Review by: ashdev917, January 2017
A must See and there are a lot to see, that my tour went a little longer, probably girls native of taking best pictures all the way. _br/_ Overall, loved it. Must Go :_br/_ And the priority entrance made me and friend to sway past the long long queue . In a way, felt a little happy.. Haha .definitely save time worth the cost , that we could move to next sightseeing without wasting much time.

We visited Madame Tussauds 3 days after arriving in London, on tickets we had pre-booked before leaving Australia. We booked skip the line tickets as we didn't want to wait - I know how huge the queue's can get. We got there for opening time and had to wait no more than 10 minutes which was great.
