Feast with your host Henry VIII and other colorful characters from Merrie England at a medieval banquet straight from the pages of history! Minstrels and strolling players will entertain you as you dine on a four-course traditional English meal, accompanied by unlimited wine and beer, or soft drinks.
This regal banquet takes place by flickering torchlight in vaulted cellars just a stone's throw from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Sit back and enjoy the show as Henry VIII's court entertainers provide a magical display for your amusement. Dinner is served by comely wenches, knights in armor provide entertainment, and bards sing medieval ballads!
After the meal and show there is music, dancing and merrymaking galore!
Great fun all round - Entertainment was very well done but would suggest stop using piano accompaniment as there were no pianos in medieval times! Highly recommended

Fun, fun, fun. This as a whimsical night after a busy day. We enjoyed the food and entertainment, wore our own crowns and met people from other parts of the world. A fabulous night! Will probably do this again, if we return to London. There was great singing, acrobatic acts, and jousting. We wore out crowns back to the hotel, taking the Tube. Londoners were fanatic, bowing to us and making cute comments about the king and queen. We responded with the classic wave and had a great experience!

Fun time. The restaurant is dark and dank, situated underground. I suppose that adds to the atmosphere...? The actual performances and food were very enjoyable though. My teenage kids even liked it.

The staff was very accommodating, as not realizing that the day we had booked started earlier then the other days of the week._br/_ We were late, however were able to get there just in time for the main course and as mentioned all the staff were very friendly and helpful._br/_ What could have been a lost evening turned into a wonderful time._br/_ Thank you to all who assisted.

The entertainment was excellent. However we were packed in like sardines and many people only had a snapshot of the entertainers. The food was adequate but the beer and wine horrible. There was the option of buying a decent bottle.

Initially there was a confusion with our booking and the table was set for only 3 and there were four of us but it was resolved quite quickly. The entertainment was really good. Food was alright. As it was my daughters 16th birthday I had requested that they make it a bit special for her that evening. Even though I called and they confirmed it was noted, nothing special was done for her. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that we had an enjoyable evening.

Was the event touristy? Yes, was this event fun? Absolutely! The 'wenches', knights and performers stayed true to character and were very entertaining. The food was simple and delicious. The bottomless carafe of wine they provided at every communal table probably had something to do with people from all over the world letting down their guard to engage in conversation, laughs and even dancing at the end. Probably our favorite tour of the trip. Even my 22 year old hard to please daughter loved it. Highly recommend if you just go with the flow and not take it too seriously .

Tour? You mean the bus ride around the city with cheap head phones and low quality audio? Tour implies someone would be speaking, providing information, pointing out features as we pass, it does not imply headphones and audio that couldn';t be understood. Not happy. Do NOT recommend.

Amazing staff, servers, entertainment, food and drink! But when we arrived to the venue to check in, they didn't have our reservation for 4 guests. The manager apologized for the confusion and made sure we had great seats! I'd highly recommend this AND also bring your voucher too!

The venue was small and viewing was obscured. Unless you have kids, you don't want to go on Sunday since it is catering to kids time. The food was filing but nothing to write home about. I did enjoy the acts and some dancing after the show.

A wonderful night the four course meal was really nice and the wine kept coming.The wrenches made us all join in,at first we were all strangers but by the end of the night we felt like best friends.Where else in London can you get a four course meal all the beer or wine you want plus entertainment and such a great atmosphere for fifty pounds,I can recommend it 100 per cent tee

Not the best that I expected. The show was ok. The food wasn't that great, no choices (chicken for main course) and we share the rest with other people on the table. They will take it right away even if you're not done yet. Beer and wine were nasty, cheap ones or watered down. No choice for dessert.

no help with taxi's, no accommodation for people with mobility issues, though this not mentioned ahead of time. If you could not dance with the group you were left out. Staff hit and missed who they would visit with, there were three tables of people there early, two of the others got a visit from staff, we were ignored. We were expected to share meal with 4 people we did not know, this was awkward, had to take the bread they wanted to share with us, the bread was dry, same with drinks and other food. If you are going to put out portions, then at least put them according to the groups, It is more a group activity than for couples. We were the first to leave, the refreshments not good, the food was good, no help with taxi's would not recommend except to 20 something group, would not return. Visibility to performers limited for those on the outside of tables, Missed much of what acrobats doing, as could not see. Disappointing, the best we could say is it was interesting and an experience. Would be better if all diners around the outside of tables, so no one blocking anyone's views though this would limit space, though the night we went there was only one section used, and a lot of empty spaces so this could have been done.

Great hospitality. Greeted warmly at the door and escorted to seating. Food was not great, entertainment was acceptable, atmosphere was fun and enjoyable. Note: includes bottomless wine and beer, however only apple juice for the non-drinker. Asked if had anything else was told no however later on went up to bar and you could buy other drinks such as coke. The water supplied was hot and didn't have ice when asked. The festivities get louder with the consumption level. Don't go expecting a great culinary experience, as the food is ok. Entertainment is fun also okay.

we had a fantastic time from start to finish, great food and great entertainment, wished we could have stayed to the end, hope to come again very soon and bring my husband, I will recomend this to all my friends, best evening out in london for years.usually go to the theatre but this was well worth the money spent, my only comment i will make is, could you please try and sit hen parties and stag parties together, as couples or small groups cant talk and enjoy quite aswell and I am sure the others would enjoy themselves much better without us oldies sitting with them, june from swindon

This is an absolute must if ever in London and was my second time at this event. Prior to all the festivities one of the entertainers came to our table and welcomed us and chatted with us for a bit. Our "serving wench" was great and we had a fabulous time. I think everyone in our area enjoyed themselves. The entertainment including the singing, juggling and other acrobatics was fantastic and the food was really good. I would definitely go again. Great evening out.

A group of 5 of us were put at a table with a very large group that absolutely refused to share any of the food, wine, or beer with us. We tried to tell our server numerous times and nothing was done. After paying over a hundred per person for this, we ended having to go out for dinner after. The entertainment was good, but our table and an indifferent server ruined this night for us.
