Apparently, London is a lot less spooky than I anticipated. Lots of walking, not that much info.

Small group. Guide was highly informative and enthusiastic about each of the locations and stories attached to each location. Also allowed us to see major areas and landmarks of London at night.

Tour guide Natalie was very experienced only a couple months on the job. This really showed in her delivery of the material, which was not great. She nearly lost her group in the park because she was so far ahead and texting instead of looking. When asked about it she was sarcastic and said people should keep up. Then lost two when she failed to make sure people got through the tube gate, and couldn't help them because she was on the other side. Poor service.

The guide did not turn up, we waited along with a number of other people for an hour past the scheduled time but no guide arrived. So I cannot comment on the actual tour hope other people have more than a ghost of a chance

The tour was at 6 PM on a summer day, so our guide mentioned that it was less spooky due to the sun still being out. That being said, Natalie did her best to impart ghost stories around London, but he storytelling abilities were sub-par. She was very nice and we left having a greater appreciation for some of London's history, but this was not a scary ghost tour at all. After reading the reviews of other customers, I wish Tom had been our tour guide.

Great tour. There were no other people joining the group, so we had a private tour! Our guide, Tom, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The weather was, for once, perfect, so we had an excellent evening.

However there were far too many people on it so you couldnt always hear- 50+. Also Viator said there would be a river trip to finish- there was not! We had to pay extra to catch the underground train back to Tower Hill- unsatisfactory!

Not our favourite, there was no local history given and even though the description says a Thames boat ride, there was none. We were dropped off at the tower with no place to go. Have had much better ghost tours, and was very dissapointed. Not a great way to start our vacation in london
