Transfer with Departure Flight: Los Angeles Hotel to Citadel Outlets to LAX
This option is for those who have a late-night departure out of LAX. You’ll be picked up from your Los Angeles hotel at your chosen time and taken to the outlets for a full day of shopping (recommended hotel pickup time is 11am).
This option also gives you access to the VIP Lounge, with all the amenities included in the option above, plus a VIP savings card to all shops and a complimentary Citadel gift bag. At the end of the day, hop aboard the shuttle and head to LAX for your flight. Pickup times are 6pm (for flight departures between 9:30pm and 10:30pm) and 7pm (for flight departures after 10:30pm).
You may also only select the transfer service. This package includes a VIP saving card to all shops, a complimentary
Citadel gift bag, complimentary luggage storage for the day and a
USD$20 gift card for each adult and USD$15 for children ages 3 to 9.
These can be used at any of Citadel's stores or restaurants!
Hotel Transfer: Los Angeles Hotel to Citadel Outlets to Hotel
If you don’t have an LAX flight and just want round-trip transport from Los Angeles to the Citadel Outlets, this option is for you. Hotel pickup times are available upon request, but it is recommended that you choose a time of around 9:30am.
This package includes a VIP saving card to all shops, a complimentary Citadel gift bag, complimentary shopping bag storage for the day and a USD$20 gift card for each adult and USD$15 for children ages 3 to 9. These can be used at any of Citadel's stores or restaurants!
At your chosen time (around 3pm is recommended), hop aboard the shuttle and head back to your LA hotel.

This was a great shopping experience on the last day of our American break. We had transport from our hotel on the strip to the Outlets, where we had upgraded when booking to the VIP experience and was given our own apartment sometimes shared with free snacks and drink. There was a lovely array of discounted designer shops to explore and places to eat and with transport back to LAX Airport, it was the perfect way to end our holiday.

We had a party of 9 booked on this tour, we were kept waiting for 30 mins on our pick up from the cruise terminal, when the driver finally arrived not even an apology or acknowledgement to the lateness. I called customer service to arrange to be collected 30 mins later than the original pick up time from the outlet mall and the immediate reaction was a no, we cant change it. Very unhelpful, I pushed for the later pick up time as due to the first transfer being 30 mins late they did reluctantly agree. The driver picked us up on time at 4.30 but it was a white-knuckle ride all the way to the airport. The driving was appalling, he was driving so fast and braking so late I felt we were going to be in an accident, it was a relief to finally get to the airport and get out of the van. All in all poor driving and poor customer service, I would not recommend.

We had such a great time on this trip. Was a highlight. Pickup and drop off was so easy, drivers were great and friendly. The VIP lounge was amazing with everything you needed. Highly highly recommend!

I would recommend this tour to anyone who has a late flight out of LA. We had a fantastic day, our pick up at 11am was on time and we had a good ride out to the outlets. The VIP lounge at the outlets is absolutely stunning and spacious. The amenities are fantastic, they have drinks and snacks available plus your own private bathrooms. The VIP room and staff friendliness exceeded my expectations, it was really great. The discount cards given gave great savings. The pick up at 6pm was on time and our driver was friendly and got us to LAX in great time. I would do this tour again. It was a great way to spend the day, which is usually quite a difficult day to fill if you have to take your luggage. Everything here was made easy.
