First problem is having to call to confirm the pick up 24 hours beforehand. I always had to wait in a phone queue for around 15 minutes before speaking to an advisor. On each occasion despite the paperwork having three different reference numbers on it my reservation could never be found and I had to rebook. When we arrived at LA airport we followed the instructions to find SuperShuttlle as given on the paperwork. The information was completely wrong and the stand was located in a completely different place. We spoke to the representative there and he said we would have to wait. We waited, and waited and waited and waited. Empty vans arrived and were waived on time after time. Eventually we were beckoned over to get into a van. There were already another 5 drop offs in the van. We set off, did about 100 yards and were flagged down by another representative who asked our driver to do a favour and pick up another two drop offs, making 7! The traffic was horrendous, his driving was as bad, as was his attitude. Needless to say we eventually arrived at our hotel 1.5 hours later! We were not impressed.

There was a lot of confusion initially, but once things were sorted out it worked fine. I followed the instructions and found the SuperShuttle stand just outside the terminal. Unfortunately, there was no attendant so every time a van stopped, we all asked if it was the right one. I was continually told to wait for the next van. Finally, we were told that there was another stand with an attendant down one terminal. I went there and things were sorted out quickly and I was on a van within 10 minutes. Lesson: Find the stand WITH an attendant.

We were a little confused when we arrived at the airport. The instructions were to call when arriving. In actual fact if we just went out of the airport at the pick-up area, which we eventually did do, all would have been smoother. Drive went well to the hotel.

Took 40 minutes to get on-board, from the time of check in. Every seat was filled and they stacked our luggage to the ceiling. Fro the price, I will take a taxi next time.

There was confusion at the airport as to where to catch the shuttle and then poor communication as to how long we would wait for the next shuttle. Once we boarded the shuttle we had a number of pickups from different terminals at the airport, the result being that it took one hour to leave the airport from the time we arrived at the Super Shuttle departure point.

I booked the arrival transfer online. Called SuperShuttle at curbside and was told that they showed the pick up was supposed to be in Newark, New Jersey although I showed a LAX arrival confirmation. After 30 minutes of going back and forth, a van pulls up to take us to the hotel. This is a good reminder that you NEED to reconfirm everything. That said, I especially like that they sent confirmation texts to my mobile phone with the car and driver's name.

Unfortunately it was a poor experience . Mostly down to the Super Shuttle representative who displayed a total disregard for visitors using the Shuttle service from LaX to our Hotel. I approached him on three separate occasions trying to confirm that our pre paid voucher was valid and would he confirm a time that the Shuttle would be available . We waited over an hour . Each time he gestured to us to get back in line and wait and would not engaged in any further conversation. We waited over an hour , we had been travelling nearly 23 hours including two flights and we were obviously pretty tired so this was a disappointing final leg of our journey. The driver who took us to the Hotel , was by contrast a very friendly and professional person . While engaged in conversation the driver confirmed that the SuperShuttle representative was a lazy , _br/_ rude and was single handledly damaging the reputation of the Super Shuttle brand . _br/_ I hope that future travellers do not have to encounter this Gentleman _br/_ George UK .

I booked the super shuttle because it was our first visit to LA and because it had good reviews. we landed and out of LA airport at 4:00pm on Saturday found the shuttle easy that's the good part. The shuttle then picked up 10 people and once we left LA airport at 5:00pm we should had drop people at hotels. But they didn't they drop people at private houses, private apartments then hotels. we arrived at our hotel in Hollywood 8:00pm 3 hours later._br/_ if you want to get to your hotel in a reasonable time than take a taxis.
