Scam, they take your money and don't show up - see other reviews on Shuttle Cars page_br/_ I arranged this pickup -72 for a pickup at LAX and transfer to Beverly Hills hotel. It was my first trip to LA. Arrived at LA and there was no one with a board/device with my name on it. I then painstakingly went over to about 30 people with signs and checked each name. None had my name on it. I tried calling the number for Shuttle Cars but it gave me an out-of-hours unavailable response. It was approx. 8.30pm. I couldn't arrange Uber as my international phone didn't pick up signal or LA wifi. As a woman alone, I was scared and vulnerable. I ended up taking a taxi to my hotel and arrived 2 hours later. Got a call from Shuttle cars at my hotel asking whether I had arrived safe and when I explained, the lady said the driver would not be paid for not showing up. When I arrived back in the UK, I noticed that the 72 charge was taken. I called Viator who rudely brushed off the issue to Shuttle Cars. I sent Shuttle cars an email a week ago. Received confirmation of email but no response. I will now have to seriously report this as people's safety are at stake and money taken without service. Also, if you look at the reviews on the TripAdvisor page selected by Viator and those on the Shuttle Cars page, they are completely different. I did not navigate directly to Shuttle Cars when making a decision to book this. Very disappointed.

As per every booking we have done with Viator, this one was excellent. Our driver was waiting with a sign with my name on it, as we cleared customs, and helped us with our luggage to his vehicle which of course was clean, and as he loaded our luggage into the car we seated ourselves

I received a text when we landed letting us know the driver would be waiting at baggage claim. There he was with a sign with our name on it and ready to take our bags to the car. The ride was comfortable and the driver handled everything. This is the best way to arrive in a city you are not familiar with and be easily guided through rush hour traffic, with no stress to, directly to our hotel. I would definitely recommend this service.

We would highly recommend this transfer facility. Our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall and immediately took our bags and directed us to the vehicle which was a comfortable executive car. Our driver was fantastic and drove us through Beverley Hills and along Rodeo Drive as he was aware of our limited time constraints to visit the sites of the city. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Will not use this service again! After a 14 hour flight and 2 hours clearing customs, our driver arrived late, was not well presented and had my name written on a crumpled piece of paper, the other drivers at the airport were in suits and holding tablets with names on them he grabbed our bags and took off at pace through the congested airport with us trying to keep up. Car was old and no bottles of water were provided. He took us a long way around using back streets. We did not feel safe at all! Once we arrived at the hotel I have him a 5 tip which I did not think he deserved but he then told me I actually owed him another 15 for new airport taxes, I tried to argue and said there was nothing on the voucher about that and he said no they are new.. I was tired so in the end gave him the extra money. When booking the return transfer I asked the company about the extra money and they knew nothing about any extra taxes.. which is what we had been told by everyone else we asked, so I requested not to have the same driver again as he had basically stolen from us! Unfortunately 5AM the next morning when our return transfer arrived it was the same man, we told him we had complained about him and we would not be getting in his car. He became extremely agitated and aggressive, waved a fist in my face and tried to put my bags in his car insisting we still go with him.. we did not and got in a taxi. Awful to start our Holiday, and waste of money.

Not impressed, driver was not there waiting as promised. Had confirmed my booking the day before by calling from England when I was given a confirmation number and told to write it on my voucher. When the driver eventually turned up he would not accept the voucher as I had written the confirmation number on and not printed it off! He said I needed to lay hi.again. The holiday rep then came out of the airport as she could see something was happening. On double checking my emails I had received I could not have printed out more than I did. The driver would still not not accept it. The rep called the local company and explained the situation and they came out and collected us at no extra cost. The driver also appeared rude. I was pleased when we had gotten given a right chair etc.

Excellent. Our driver was there in the bagge area with his table in hand with my name appearing on it. He introduced himself and well dressed. He had a luggage cart and assisted us in retrieving our luggage and the vehicle was very spacious and clean, and a very safe driver. He delivered us to our location safely and on time. We have used Viatour many times and have always had excellent and dependable service. We will continue using Viatour.
