What can I say about the Canyon Canopy Adventure other than this was the best tour we had while at Cabo. Ill probably revisit this tour every time I visit Cabo. The staff made the trek easy enough that we were able to negotiate every climb and zip comfortably and with lots of fun. Honestly, I couldnt be more grateful to such a professional staff, a big shout out to the team of Joel, Pepe, Mike, Mario, Luis, and Karla. My only gripe is that I wish more pictures were taken, regardless we were still unbelievably satisfied with what we got. I recommend to everyone!

The Green Team was amazing!! I highly recommend that you get them if you can. I am terrified of heights. The expedition leaders were encouraging at every event, but not at all pushy, and I always felt safe. I can't say enough about how fun this was. You do need to be prepared to hike, and it may be scary, but well worth it!

This was the funnest adventure we had during our trip to Cabo. I've been here a few times and it never occured to me to go Zipline or ATV riding. In an attempt to get my 13 year old daughter away from her phone, I signed us up. The ride to the base camp was a little far from Cabo but well worth it. The BLUE team was awesome. My daughter was terrified at the beginning but the guys helped her feel safe and by the second zipline she felt like an expert. She got over her fears. It was excellent. I highly recommend this trip as a must do while visiting Cabo or San Jose Del Cabo.

Had an awesome time doing this outdoor zip line adventure previously shown as Canyon Canopy Adventure which is hosted by Cabo Adventures they also do Cabo Dolphins and some other things. We had the black team and they were extremely professional, helpful, hilarious, and efficient. Each team does 2 tours a day and they push through 7 tours over the span of a day, so they know how to move quickly, but it didn't feel like they were rushing us at any point. The zip lines are very good, on par with some of the best zip lining I've done in the past, and the other things rappelling, rock climbing, pendulum swing, tight rope, etc are good to test individual fears and break up the zip lines. This is a great trip for couples and even families. At the end of the trip you can get your fill of quesadillas for free and you can also purchase beers, other snacks, and merchandise. The pictures unfortunately are 80-100 for a package, which just is too steep for me to justify - I feel like they could sell a lot more for about half that cost and the volume would more than make it up. Also, we skipped the ATVs, didn't feel like spending another 50USD on a half hour of ATV. Turns out it's super dusty anyways so we're glad we skipped this.

This excursion was the most exhilarating while in Cabo. The two and half hour adventure was full of fun, excitement and challenges. The zip lines are highlighted by the Superman that travels 1.2 Kms at speeds of up to 60 mph. There are challenges of rock climbing, repelling crossing a canyon by wire. The extreme heart pounding Pendulum is nothing short of pushing limits you didn't know you had. The guides were experienced and great with all ages. This excursion is a can't miss in Cabo.

Glad we went. It is a ride out there but worth it. Instructors were excellent and provided lots of encouragement. Very professional set up. I would recommend it to friends. You need to be mobile to do this. There is walking and some light hiking to move to the next adventure.

THIS WAS A GREAT TOUR WITH MANY DIFFERENT ZIPLINES. DO THE SUPERMAN WHERE THE LINE IS ATTACHED TO YOUR BACK AND YOUR GLIDING DOWN THE MOUNTAIN LIKE SUPERMAN AT 70 MPH FOR ABOUT A MILE!

What a fabulous day! The zip lining wasn't just your usual zip lining. It encompassed rock climbing, a pendulum swing and a rope bridge. So much fun!! The UTV ride at the end was of course a favorite for my kids, but they had a blast the whole day. The quesadillas were the best I have ever eaten and it is all you can eat! The punch and cucumber water were delicious and so refreshing after a really hot day doing the activities. The icing on the cake was Superman, the best longest zip line. Highly recommend this tour!!

The was an awesome experience. We were a little nervous at first since this was our first time but the staff was very knowledgable and experienced which put us at ease. After the first zip line it was all fun. Huge adrenaline rush on each activity. An absolute must do!

This was so fun, first time zip lining. It is a lot of work, i felt out of shape becausw u have to hike up the mountain. Overall was great. The instructors were very helpful. Lots of water stops but once again be prepared to hike. Wish they took pic for the atv experience.

My husband and kids went on this tour and loved it all the way through. They were all well taken care off, felt safe, and really fun. Lots of water stations along the way to keep them hydrated under that sun. And the pictures the photographer took were great! They wish it was a longer course, and didn't want it to end. They also loved the ATV experience. But there was not pictures of that.

First it started off bad. The booking company Los Cabo Dolphin said the Driver Came and left, even though we arrived 30 mins before our tour was suppose to begin. Then the lady working the registration was like please come back next week. I would tell people they should try it, but I would not say it is a must do.

During this tour, it began to rain. There was lightning and thunder. It poured, but we kept on going. It was the most amazing adventure!! The green team was spectacular. I felt safe with them. Everyone in our group got along so well and we had so much fun. Carlos, Mike, Margarito and there were two others that I can remember their names the green team -- they were wonderful -- very knowledgeable and kept everyone safe during the downpour.

Yeehaw!!! Such a fun day. Cabo is a very dry place and the flora looks practically dead, but when you're up in the mountains you can see little spurts of life in the trees and blooming cacti. You come to appreciate it differently. The tour guides were hilarious, the zip lines were fun, and there's always a 2nd way down if you don't feel comfortable with the present way. The pendulum swing was my favorite though I wish it lasted longer. They have plenty of wTer along the route all from bottled so safe to drink so drink up. It gets hot! The guides were all incredible with their timely ness and precision. They kept everything running smoothly! Margarito and Carlos were awesome. There were so many guides helping it was hard to keep track. If you ask, and it's the right season, try one of the cactus fruit. It's like a prickly pear but better in my opinion. We went on the razor tour afterwards and that was super fun but definitely not as long as I'd hoped. You basically follow a guide and go on a looped path. Fun, but I want more!!! We bought the photo album at the end and they delivered it to our hotel. It turned out great. The quesadillas and the end were simple but soooooo tasty. Please tip the lady cooking them because they don't share tips with her. The juices they offered were fresh and delightful. All safe to drink. Enjoy a great time romping around the mountains near Cabo. Loved it!!

Our group of 9 people 8 adults and one kid had a blast!!! The tour was great and was the highlight of our trip. Everything was very smooth from pick up to the adventure to the drop off. We had the pleasure of being guided by the black team, who all were knowledgeable, made us feel safe, funny, and made the experience very enjoyable. This tour went beyond our expectations. We were expecting just regular zip lining, but when we were able to do upside down ziplines, repelling, pendulum swings, rock climbing, tight rope walking, etc. it made the experience that much better. We did the ATVs at the end as well and our whole group really enjoyed that! The really yummy quesadillas at the very end definitely was a cherry on top. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to others and would push for all those who visit Cabo to do this adventure tour at least once.

Most exciting part of our Cabo trip! Zip lines were a thrill (especially when you go upside down!) and the pendulum was great! Best part: ATVs! Go as fast as you want over treacherous terrain and turns! Photos were reasonable price and the free quesadillas were great at the end :) Best adventure!

With a few different zip-line outfits in Los Cabos, it seems Viator was describing the wrong one here. Wasn't until I realized we were driving the wrong way that I picked up that we were headed to a different location than I anticipated. Didn't matter as the drive was comfortable, and as always, the Cabo Adventures team at the zip-lines was fabulous, making sure everyone in our relatively small group had a great time. It was a little strenuous hiking between the lines, but drinking water was everywhere along the way, and the quality of the zip-lines made it more than worth it. The ATV ride after was just a taste 30 mins or so, but we filled our boots none the less. Fresh, handmade quesadillas at the end finished the adventure off perfectly. Quality of the pics and video they provided were well worth what we paid for them, no sense of a rip-off as others have suggested. If we were to zip-line again when we return to the Baja, we would hit this place without hesitation!

The description very clearly states that it includes ATV off-roading, but once we checked-in they said it would cost an extra 50 for the two of us to do it and that it was NOT included in the package. The person at the desk was not very polite about it either when I questioned it. I imagine he gets questioned about it all the time and has been told to say no. It's a huge disappointment to me when a company is misleading and has poor customer service.

This was an incredible experience! The crew is simply amazing-I'm pretty sure we had the Green Team. Safety was strong, they were fun and light-hearted. They also kept things moving at quick pace which left little space or time for fear to restrict you from the experience. I really didn't think I was going to go through with any of the zip lines, I thought I'd perhaps watch my family but I did all of them including the additional activities. My 10 year old daughter did every single activity and loved it. There are many zip lines, repelling down a wall, rock climbing, rope swing and a very long and very high flying through the sky superman style zip line at the end! Just amazing. At the end you are invited to enjoy the most delicious quesadilla you have ever eaten! It's very hot, I highly recommend doing the early morning tour. the drive is a bit long, about 45-60 minutes total each way but totally reliable. Confirm your hotel pick up 1-2 days prior if possible. We also drove the Polaris vehicles after the zip lines and it was completely worth it!

This was an incredible experience! As first time zip liners, we were excited, but this definitely exceeded expectations. The crew - Ramon, Hector, Joel, Luis aka Rambo, and all the other guides and photographers, were funny, patient, knowledgeable, and very safe! The views and the variety of zip lines and other options were top notch! The experience offered a variety of options based on skill, experience, and athleticism -- and the crew allowed for you to push yourself as far as you wanted to or not! We also did the UTV ride afterwards, but after zip lining, this didn't even compare in excitement. This zip lining with this group is a definite must do and we will be going the next time we are in Cabo!

The confirmation email we received stated departure time 8:30am. Since I have booked several adventures in many of the countries we have vacationed in, I was quite familiar with booking, receiving a confirmation, providing hotel information, then being picked up without any fuss. However, we were not picked up at 8:30am from our hotel. We called the company directly and asked to move our reservation to the following day. They refused. They had open spots the following day, but said since we booked our adventure through Viator, they couldn't do anything for us and hung up on us. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. We told our hotel concierge about our experience and highly recommended to NOT recommend this company to any other hotel guests. Several guests heard our issues and switched their booking to Wild Canyon. I highly recommend Wild Canyon - better customer service, great experiences, more offerings than the awful Canyon Canopy Adventure, closer to most resorts, offers free transportation to/from your hotel.

I'm on an iPad so keeping this short. I did one zip line activity previously and it was amazing. This trip we had 9 people, most wanted nothing to do with a silly zip line adventure. After convincing them to try, all I heard afterward was this was the highlight of the seven days and the staff was incredible professional, knowledgable, caring and just prepared for anything. We all give this place 5 stars and a triple A. If you're reading this review you're interested so let me say to look no further, this is the company you want. I will update review when I have more time, but there is a 99 chance that you too will give this place 5 stars.

Wow, What an adventure. We are a couple that are in our 50's and were concerned that this may be more difficult to complete for us, but had a great team that instructed and assisted the entire way. We would definitely recommend this to any person without mobility or health issues. We must also comment on the food at the end of the adventure, simple but awesome.

I already posted a review on Tripadvisor. basically it went something like this.....plain friggin awesome!! Actually it was one of the best days on vacation I have ever had due to the fact that I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie. It exceeded all of my expectations. The RED team I believe with Jordan and his gang are just plain awesome. Seriously though, it truly was an exceptional day and if I should ever go back to that area again I will be visiting again.

This tour was amazing! All the guides are soooo nice and very funny which made the tour even better. Although we couldn and #39;t take any cameras with us, the photographer took a lot of very nice photos and videos also. I don and #39;t think I would have had much fun worrying about my phone the whole time anyways.
