Our tour guide was very friendly and gave us clear instructions about the timing and meeting up spots, as well as, the tickets for the cable car up. We had enough time to cover all the fun snow activities such as tubing, sledging, ice glacier cave, and enjoy the view of the mountain.

This is a tour you can do on your own. Some tours need a guide - this is not one of them. There were people going up the mountain in the gondolas with no problem. You really can't make a mistake. Get off one - get on another.

Overall, our tour guide was unhelpful, uncooperative and very disorganised; she provided very little to no information at all and wouldn’t answer our questions. In fact, the bus wasn’t even there to take us back at the designated time, therefore leaving us to pay a fare for the train back.

The meeting location was comfortable and the tour bus was also clean and comfortable. The ride to Mount Titlis was very scenic. Mount Titlis itself was spectacular and fortunately for us, we were there on the only sunny, clear day during our 10 days in Paris, Basel and Freiburg!

The excursion was excellent and well organised. Transport by coach from Lucerne was through stunning scenery and we encountered the snow we had come to Switzerland to see before we reached the foot of Mt Titlis and there was of course plenty more to be seen and walked on at the summit just over 10,000 feet.

Trip was amazing, worth your money, our guide Mr Beat was an amazing man. Very helpful, answered all our questions. Don’t forget good shoes and a winter pants too._br/_ Cable cart was very nice and was around 25 min long._br/_ A must go place.

Breathtaking views, spectacular snow capped mountains. The weather was just perfect, clear skies and bright sunshine yet temperatures still dropped below zero, - 14°C actually. Lots of free time to explore during the tour by Best of Switzerland Tours. The guide was friendly and approachable. Highly recommended tour.

I upgraded to the snow experience, however it seems that it's more expensive to do the upgrade via the tour vs just purchasing the tickets directly from the Snow Exoerience shop. the Tour operator should have provided the tickets for the Ice Flyer ride also. Tour guide should share more about Lucern

Well organised tour, weather gods were not on our side that day had a bit of a snow storm whilst up the mountain causing cliff walk and ice flyer to not be operational, but still very worth the day to go there. Gill was great.

The mountain was amazing but our Tour Guide was terrible, she was very aggressive and very sarcastic, we could not wait to get off this tour....She had no knowledge of the area, all we heard was boring things about cows and she pointed out every house.
