Good swift hassle free transfer from airport to Hilton Resort. A bit expensive - our return journey from hotel to airport cost us 1/5th the amount in a Taxi.

We were impressed! Emil, our rep, met us down the hall before immigration and baggage. Emil and driver took our luggage and off we went in nice clean van to the hotel.

Very simple process and were helped in finding luggage. Flight time was changed and even though Egyptair didn and #39;t manage to be consistent on the flight time the driver was waiting for us.

After a rough travel day from Cairo, it was terrific to see a sign with my name on it in the arrivals area in Luxor. Was a huge sigh of relief. Omar was welcoming, understanding, polite and did a terrific job getting us to our hotel. Strongly recommended for those who do not want to deal with the hassle of flagging down a local cab.

My only complaint is the man who met us also met another couple and spent all his time with them. He eventually left with them and we were left wondering if he'd deserted us. Luckily he gave our name sheet to another driver who met us outside of baggage. But it would have been nice if he'd told us he was doing this.

Everything was professional and it could not have been any more that what we could have hoped for. Our driver, Tony, was great and I would highly recommend him for any tour. Ramadan was on and they changed the times in Egypt, and we were unaware of that, but Tony had checked our flight times and was there to meet us. I cannot say enough good things about this service!
