All you really get is a bus ride around the City. The audio was awful. At least 50 of the video jacks on the bus did not work. Everyone had to move about the bus to find audio that worked. Without audio it was very difficult to know what was at each stop. You also had little or no information as to exactly where the highlight of each stop was located if you decided to get off. We chose not to get off and simply rode around the loop and got off and stayed off.

As with all Viator tours I have experienced there were no problems with our Malaga tour. The Hop On Hop Off option is the best way to discover a new city easily, and avoids unnecessary walking aimlessly trying to follow a map to great sights.

This trip was AWFUL!!!! 1 they didn't give us any directions on how to get to the ticket office stop 1 and we could not find it. We spent nearly 1 hours driving and walking trying to find it. 2 they did not explain that if you prepurchased your tickets online what you had to do bring your receipt with bar code, when getting on at first stop the driver will scan it and give you a ticket for the 24 hour period 3 they did not explain how the walking tour worked and/or where to meet for the tour 4 the guide did NOT have her microphone for the tour of approx. 35 people and we could NOT hear her at all. It was horrible! 5 what they show you in your walking tour is nothing more than you could find on your own 6 they did not explain online the option of a ticket with the flamenco dancing included. This is an option that definitely should be purchased with your ticket. Because of the expensive price ticket with not having it included in our tour ticket price, we could not afford to go, and really wanted to go. : 7 they need to do a better job emphasizing the time slots for certain locations within a stop before they are closed example: walking tour - and where at bull ring hours of inside touring Because we were not given this information, or find it in our review research, we missed the inside of the bull ring, which we really, really wanted to see. : 8 for non-regular travelers, an explanation of how to use the ear/headsets and the sound system would have been helpful. Luckily another traveler on the tour bus showed us. This was an AwFUL tour and I would definitely NOT recommend it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

This tour was bad. We missed a lot of what we wanted to see because our driver would stop and talk to people for 15-20_br/_ Minutes at a time. We finally got off and walked so we could see something and not just sit on the bus.

A fantastic way to see Malaga. If you have to get off at one stop, then its got to be Gibralfaro Castle. This gives you ultimate view over Malaga and into the distance. Only thing to note is for tall people there are some tree branches not cut back and you may have to duck a bit.

Bus was clean, guided tour was good but you dont need this. Our ship docked 350 m away from the meeting point. And the meeting point is next to the most popular beach and lungo mare that takes you to the city center within 5 min. So, you dont need this bus to drive you around the city when everything is within walking distance. Waste of money.

Unimpressive ride with very poor service. There was a lot of wasted time selling tickets while we just sat for long periods at bus stop. I would not recommend wasting the money for this bus ride. In the afternoon, my son and daughter-in-law rode the bus and said that driver had a smoke break at each stop. Too much time spent at each stop.

A great way to see the city. Buses came along quite regularly and stops were easy to find. The on board commentary was also very informative. The bus routes covered a lot of the city and it was easy to change over from one route to another to maximize the area covered.

The problem with this tour is the audio! Tried three different seats in the bus with a different problem in each seat. Volume controls would not work in any of the three seats. First seat would not switch to English. Second seat was total static regardless of the channel/language. Third seat the commentary faded in and out with static growing louder and then diminishing. Finally disconnected entirely and simply watched the scenery in disgust. No problem with the bus route, timing, and so forth. Don't waste your money if you want to know what you are looking at.

This was a convenient means of transport from the cruise port into town. The audio for one of us didn't work, which was a great disadvantage, but the tour itself was interesting....took us up into the hills to see some of the local homes. Seeing the town, however, did not require transport. It was easily walkable.

This is the best way to see the whole city and learn about the many unique features. They have earbuds to allow you to hear the narration in your native language. The problem was they didn't have enough buses to service the amount of visitors that day. People were left stranded at stops for long periods of time and then had to stand because buses were overcrowded.

If you are on a cruise ship, one of the stops to pick up the bus is in walking distance from the ship. Check the route map. This tour could have a better commentary - not a lot of information about passing buildings/sites.

Bus was impossibly crowded. I purchased two tickets online prior to arriving in Malaga. I believe that those of us with advance tickets should have been given preference in boarding bus. We were treated just the same as folks buying their tickets that day. What advantage is given for advance, prepaid purchase?

Excellent way to see all of Malaga while getting some history via the pre-recorded information. Great tour that took us everywhere and it was especially fun to get off at the Alcazaba fortress up on the hilltop. What awesome views of both the city and the Mediterranean. This is a great way to get acquainted with a new city and then you can decide where you want to spend more time exploring.

You can't go wrong with a HOHO bus tour. Would have been better if they'd had a few more buses on the route. Also would have helped if they had had some company reps at some of the stops to sell tickets and answer questions as the driver ended up spending lots of time dealing with things other than driving the bus. As a result we sat at stops and waited while the driver sold tickets or answered questions.

A bus stop was located right outside the hotel. Stops were in interesting an useful places. Route was well planned and easy to follow. This allowed us to use the Hop on, Hop off facility, without fear of not being able to find the stop again or navigate ourselves to other locations we knew.

Decent trip spoiled by the usual audio problems. Is it too much to ask operators to keep this important item maintained properly? We selected nice seats at front on top however we then had to move twice to seats where both audio sets were working._br/_ We hopped of at the castle for a couple of hours which was good and then treated to some over enthusiastic and speedy return driving down the steep and winding roads away from the castle which had us being bounced around upstairs and hanging on to the guard rail for dear life!_br/_ All in all a decent trip around the city but let down by the poor audio
