This was a problematic reservation for the start. We were sent a big bus just for our family. Once there it was more like a walking tour,

The tour was good! However the tour guide kept asking us what we wanted to do. As a visitor we wouldn’t know what to see- it’s guide job to tell us what he is going to show us. Anyway he showed us around. Other than Cezanne, there is not much to see in Provence...This tour does not include Marseille

Our driver, Greg, was very good. He gave us much information on the area and was very accommodating to the group's requests, as well as having a good sense of humour. It was a beautiful day and we very much enjoyed it.

Extremely disappointed . 1/2 hour late picking us up - had to contact the office twice before they sent someone to pick us up. There really wasn't a tour - it was merely a ride to Aix en Provence - then handed a map and free time - expected to go to Cezanne's studio as advertised when we signed for the tour - but local tour guide said that was not part of tour. Viator contracts out the tours - so the tour does not always match what you book back in the States.

Excellent tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and she really personalized the tour for each participant. This was a very nice way to see how people in this area of France live and we enjoyed the relaxing pace of the tour.
