Fantastic sights to see. Our guide Katelyn was very good. Only 1 thing let this tour down and that was the choices on the lunch menu, not everyone likes Thai food, I think a better option would be people get their own lunch at one of the many beautiful shops in the Apollo Bay town. Absolutely amazed at the rare beauty along the Great Ocean Road, just awesome.

A very long day but SO worth it. I could go on and on about this tour but no words can describe the incredible experience and sights. Although the day is long and most of it on the bus, there were plenty of stops along the way. Some felt rushed but our guide, Jordan, from Go West Tours did a good job keeping track of everyone and made sure we kept to the tight itinerary. If you only have a day, I highly recommend the tour but personally, I wish we'd been able to spend a couple of days exploring this amazing coastline. Be sure you have a backup battery and storage space in your camera because you will take many, many photos!!

This is the perfect tour to take if you have limited time to explore the Great Ocean Road and don't want to drive. From the breathtaking sights, to the rainforest hike, to spotting koalas sing Please don't call me a ko-ala bear ..., this tour included so much. Of course it will be a long day but it was a fun day. Our tour guide/driver Jordan was awesome. He entertained us along the way with the history/background of the places we were visiting and had a great sense of humor. Thank you Viator, Go West Tours and Jordan for a memorable day!

Jon, our driver/guide, was informative and entertaining. He picked us up, got us out of the city, down the Great Ocean Road and all the way back safely. Excellent job Jon! Amazing sights to be seen. This is a must-do activity. Only small change would be offering vegan options at the breakfast stop. Not a big deal. I always carry trail mix with me just in case no other options are available. The Thai restaurant we stopped at for lunch did a stellar job of delivering the food within minutes of arriving. We saw wild koalas, parrots, kangaroos along the way and stopped for an echidna crossing the road.

Pickup was a little late and the tour vehicle was VERY uncomfortable. I'm tall and had to sit sideways with my legs out in the aisle. Worst tour vehicle I've ever been on. The actual tour was good and the tour guide Locky was informative and friendly, however at the morning tea break he locked the keys in the vehicle and we had to wait over an hour for a lock smith to arrive and open the door. The lunch stop was okay, food average, but the toilet facilities were in an adjacent caravan park...no toilet at the restaurant! Other passengers reported that paper and towels were not available at most bathroom stops. The scenery and itinerary were very good and the highlight was the viewing of 12 Apostles. We made several stops along the coast for scenic views. Because to the late pickup and the delay waiting for a locksmith, we were quite late returning to the city....it was a long day!

Our guide Rachel was excellent and good fun to be with as this was a long day trip. She was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing we would change is the lunch stop as we would have preferred to try Australian food rather than Thai

The trip was as anticipated. Mel, our driver, was so attentive. We weren't sure if we would be able to see the 12 Apostles as the roads had been closed due to the bushfires. But, they opened, and the tour went as planned. Highly recommend. The Cohens of Maryland
