Nicky, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the wines produced in Yarra Valley. She asked our tastes and tailored our visits to meet them. Lunch was provided at one of the wineries and it was very good. I highly recommend this tour.

This was a great tour! Our driver Bill was funny and very informative. We went to a variety of wineries ranging from small, boutique to larger, more commercial enterprises. _br/_ Lunch was delicious and integrated nicely with our wine tasting. Great wines and the first stop wonderful cheeses too.

This was a great experience I loved all of it - from our very nice and informative guide - to the great selection of vineyards we visited. one of which also did one of the best dry apple ciders I have tasted in a while. it was a brilliant day totally do it!

Fun tour with humorous driver.Visited 5 wineries all together. Found Yarra Valley wine somewhat weak as compared to Central CA varietals.The winery wher3 we had lunch was very good and poured several excellent vintages

This tour was wonderful. Our guide, Nicci, was relaxed, flexible, knowledgeable, friendly and managed to keep things on track while never making us feel like we were on the clock. I always worry about tours - big buses and uninteresting stops - but this tour was everything I could have hoped for. Because it is a food and wine tour, everyone was looking for a similar experience and we all got along great. I was also one of only two singles on the tour, but that was completely irrelevant - everyone was interested in conversation, but willing to let you stay quiet and just take in the view as well. On top of all that, each stop was excellent. The wines were diverse and interesting, the folks managing each tasting were great, and the views were incredible. I can't recommend this tour enough. I'll be seeking out this type of tour again in the future.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and prepared us for each stop before arrival. The wineries selected had nice wines. I dont know that it was necessary to visit 5 wineries as the types of wines were mostly the same because of the climate_br/_ We were very lucky to had a very congenial group, which doesnt always happen

We had a lovely time on this tour. BILL was a very nice guide. Told us interesting bits about the area, and nice juicy bits about the various winery people, which made the experience very memorable. We were grateful to have a driver, because 5 wineries is a lot of drinking. The de Bertoli wine and cheese tasting and the wines at the end of the tour were most memorable. Lunch was very upscale, which made the whole group very congenial. I really appreciated the small size of the tour 11 of us we all enjoyed getting to know each other.

What an amazing day. Bill our guide was so knowledgeable about the area and wine and answered all our questions. Very relaxed day out and even saw two albino wild kangaroos. We were treated to a great day out and a great lunch. Would highly recommend this tour.

This tour was fantastic!! We went two weeks ago and had the best time. Our tour guide Bill was great. All of the wineries were really wonderful and it was great to be able to have the experience in a small group. My husband and I really enjoyed that aspect. At every winery they were expecting us and were set up and ready to go with delicious wines for us to try. At De Bartoli they did a wine and cheese pairing that was DIVINE. We had a wonderful lunch at the Tokar Estate the grounds are beautiful!. The food was really good. We were picked up at our hotel right on time and dropped off as expected and the ride was very comfortable. It was absolutely worth the money! A great, great excursion from Melbourne!

Hard to believe what gorgeous vineyards are just beyond the skyscrapers of Melbourne! Our driver Bill was extremely knowledgeable and adapts easily to changes by owners to ensure your day is full and absolutely one of the best of your holiday. Even if you are not a wine drinker, the beauty is not to be missed. We purchased a bottle at each winery as every stop was unique and had something we wanted or a gift for someone on our souvenir list. Wouldn't have missed this excursion for anything!

The tour might have been great but I didn't get a chance to join it due to poor communication methods on your behalf. I was told I was booked onto a tour that was already over booked. Didn't find this out until 15mins after the wine tour was supposed to start.

My wife and I took the Yarra Valley Food and Wine Small Group Tour on November 9 and were met by our guide Nikki at our hotel. _br/_ Nikki drove us out of Melbourne to the Yarra Valley providing an explanation of sights we saw along the way. The group of 5 stopped at 5 or 6 wineries where we tasted samples of multiple wines produced at each and had the opportunity to buy any wines we liked. In the early afternoon, we had a very nice lunch served at one of the wineries. The experience was wonderful and made all the better by Nikki._br/_ We would highly recommend this experience.

The trip itself was really good although there was a hiccup with the planning as I received a call fron the tour company the previous day offering me an alternative day or trip. This was resolved and we did our original trip which was really good. We visited 5 vineyards and had an excellent.lunch.

Bill the guide on this tour was very nice and created a fun atmosphere. I enjoyed the Cheese tasting at DeBortoli and the wines at Graeme Miller-Dixon estate. However, did not feel it was worth the value as lunch was poor in venue other than mentioned on the Viator site and we never got afternoon tea. Overall it started strong but was disappointing at the end.

If you enjoy wine, you must take a tour to the Yarra Valley with Epicurean. Our small tour group of seven people was expertly led by the very friendly and generous Bill. First stop was De Bortoli vineyard where we sampled a range of delicious wines expertly matched with various cheeses. This was followed by a real treat to meet and sample wines from Graham Miller, a wine making pioneer and legend in the Yarra Valley. Lunch at Tokar Vineyard was completely superb, and was followed by a visit to two more boutique wineries. Don't go with the big tour bus groups - Epicurean's personalised attention and service together with the great company of a small group made for a perfect day! We'll be back!

The tastings were pretty good, generous with the varieties we were offered to taste. Our driver was friendly, pretty well informed, made us feel comfortable. The views are hard to beat, so just being able to soak that up was well worth it.

Great day out with the very knowledgable Bill. As a single traveller found the company congenial.Weather as you would expect in Victoria in winter but not a problem. Tasted some interesting wines, cheese tasting was great and excellent two course lunch. Updating the tour description may be a good idea as still said lunch at Chandon._br/_ Overall a great day , highly recommend this if a spare day in Mlebourne.

This was a nice tour that gave you a wonderful taste of the Yarra Valley. Wines matched with cheeses. A wonderful two course meal and flexibility to change plans during the day such as finish with a brewery rather than another winery. Tour guide was extremely knowledgable and made the day great!

We had a fabulous day. Bill our guide with Epicurean Food and Wind Tours was a very nice man and had some great tales to tell. He explained a lot about the countryside and the wineries. All the wines we tasted were delicious and the lunch at Tokar Estate was one of the nicest meals were heave eaten. It was a good time of the year to go as the leaves on the vines were golden and we were blessed with a lovely sunny day.
