Outstanding tour. WE all thoroughly enjoyed this self-paced tour of Graceland and the Visitors centre. It was definitley worth adding on the extra for the automobile and airplane exhibits.

Memphis is my kind of place. I have met the best people, got the best service. I have been washed in southern hospitality. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Conference Center. We went to Graceland. Everyone gave you helpful service with a smile. Thank you each and every one of of you. I am leaving her rested and restored.

To go to Graceland and visit with Elvis was a blast. I just wish that he was still here to show us around.

There is a lot to take in for this place. Remember it is 10 dollars for parking. I did enjoy the house though the audio tour by John Stamos voice was not really that great but after awhile I just looked with my eyes and stopped listening. The planes for 5 dollars more was something you should only do if you reallllllly want to see planes or love Elvis.

My first time there and it was fantastic. Even though it was raining it didn't take away any of my enthusiasm for seeing everything. Highly recommend this tour to any Elvis fans!

We purchased the VIP tour and did not get everything on the tour. For example we were not told that we could see his planes.

Fifth visit over the years and still love it. Only negativeif any is that the new visitor centre feels a little colder/corporate.

Two things. The interest for the house, and grounds, themselves is very good. Interesting to see how this legend lived! Second thing, it was very organized. The amount of information from the audio tour is perfect. It allows for a minimum or maximum interest, but its not dictated by the information over the headphones. There are other tours, of historic houses, where the audio just goes on and on, but this allowed you to listen to concise information and then allows you to browse in more detail if you like.

This tour was AMAZING!!! I was surprised at how authentic Graceland was. You can tell the house is in it's original state. The smell was of an old house. I learned a lot about Elvis that I didn't know. Very organized tour.

My Granddaughter and I were very much pleased with the Graceland Tour. We are both Elvis fans and could find no wrong with this experience! This was my second tour and her first. I am looking forward to taking another grandchild on this tour in the future. We spent most of our day there going through the mansion, both planes, museum, grounds, grave memorials, and restaurants. Numerous gift shops, it was an enjoyable day.

Like time travel. Lots of opportunities to see memorabilia. House tour not barrier free. Lots of opportunities to eat and rest. May take a while to see house if there are a lot of people. Buses can take only a few people at a time. Clean. Friendly staff.

Going through Graceland Mansion was bad. Groups pushed into tiny spaces, cramped and unsafe. The new exhibit is great, but need more benches along the walkway and some inside the exhibit areas. The older ones need to sit and rest. Staying outside the Graceland Exhibit did not feel safe.

If you are in Memphis, this is a visit well worth your time and money. The new facility across the road from Graceland houses several exhibition halls featuring Elvis memorabilia - from his vehicle collections to his famous on-stage outfits, his two airplanes and much more - in a well designed facility. Of course, there are also plenty of gift stores offering everything an Elvis fan could ever want, plus several food and Beverage outlets.

I was so looking forward to taking my time going thru Graceland, but the people working there just pushes you right on through, with don't do this, don't do that. I wish I would have not ordered it for the day I went since the next day we noticed it wasn't as crowded. 2nd time going through mansion, but was very sad I spent all the money for the tour and come out feeling like I was nothing. Also stayed at Guesthouse. Very clean and nice, but pool was closed by health dept since June. Most all were nice people that worked there. And having to pay 10 a night to park our own car was a little ridiculous to me. Never had that happen before. Just to get to be inside Elvis home meant lots to me and to visit his grave again, was awesome. Just a word of advice, you might be better taking the tour guide, but cost more...

Loved walking in Elvis's footsteps. Didn't get rushed through and the Ipad they give you or tour was great.

Review by:   Patrick M,    July 2017 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
The mansion and the planes tour are rather over rated. Maybe we should have spent an extra 50 or so to tour the newer buildings._br/_ But we preferred saving our money to visit the National Museum of Civil Rights. Much more valuable experience._br/_ PS: Be aware that if you start the tour late in the afternoon to stay away from the peak hours, you will be kicked out at 6:00 PM sharp. _br/_ Viator's fees are aligned with graceland.com but do not include the senior adult discount. 6 per ticket

It was good ordering my Graceland tix online through Viator for the small discount available. Graceland was a wonderful tour - you saw the house and the grounds and it was terrify also seeing the cars, outfits, etc. It was interesting throughout. The only negative was that Graceland ticket office is unable to utilize validating your tickets through your phone. Viator had said you can just show your code via phone but it took forever at the office as they could not do that and then I had to wait a long time for them to get someone to print out hard copies. So that defeated the purpose really of using Viator and booking ahead online. Viator needs to update their wording and say that a hard copy must be printed.

Pleasantly surprised, was glad to be able to see all the buildings on the grounds and that they do leave parts of the house private since it is still used by the family at times

Graceland is a must see for Elvis fans. Elvis embraced his humble beginnings and rose to great fame. Graceland is worth visiting and the memorial gardens are breathtaking.

Excellent tour. Visiting the house was the highlight and the audio tour is very well presented. There is a lot of information covering all the years and aspects of Elvis's life. The other parts of the tour including his automobiles, bikes and airplanes is also very interesting.

More than I expected. It would have been better if we knew more about the I Pads and the use of them. Other than that I highly recommend this tour. Elvis was a great individual and very generous person. Very happy with the information I received. Lots of pictures and great memories.

This was a self paced tour which was great as you can spend as much or as little time there as you please. We were given an audio pack when we went to the mansion and again could take as long as you need to tour the house and gardens. Although there were many groups going through the mansion you could still take you time and not feel rushed. _br/_ We took a quick Uber ride to and from Graceland's which worked out better than taking an organised tour with transport.

The recent upgrades that have been made allowed us to take in Graceland at a slower pace. The new complex across the street is huge and allows for so much more to be seen. Give yourself plenty of time, you and #39;ll be surprised just how much is on display.

We really enjoyed to stop we were on a limited time schedule and online we found it talked about self guided tours lasting about an hour. The wait doubled the time, but it was worth it. Loved seeing the cars and next time I want to watch a movie on the big screen. Next time I go though I'll set aside more time.

My family and I loved this tour. The staff was mostly friendly. I felt a little rushed when we first pulled up to the house but realized it was more for safety reasons. The buses drop you off right at the front door and they wanted to clear the area. When we were done with our tour we asked if we were allowed to take photos in front of the house and were told yes. The attendant looked around and gave us the all clear. Once inside it is very much at your own pace. The audio with John Stamos is great!! I took my 16 year old son and though he is not a die hard fan he loves rock music and enjoyed seeing such and iconic location and listening to the stories and music here. The grounds and home are kept very clean and beautiful. I very much liked the fact that there is a pull off area on the main road where you can drive slowly by to look at the property or park to get out and take pictures and sign the wall that runs along the front without fear of causing an accident, I'm not sure if it's always been there i doubt it. We printed our tickets on line via Viator.com and had no problem what so ever receiving our admission tickets once we arrived. They have a separate queue for guest who have printed online tickets and there was no wait!! The folks that run Graceland as an attraction have thought of many way to make this a pleasant, safe, and fun experience for those visiting. Two thumbs up!

I enjoyed this tour of Graceland very much. All guests received an iPad to guide themselves around the ground floor of the house, outbuildings and swimming pool area. Information spoken on the iPads was detailed and informative however it was sometimes difficult to sync the current area being visited with the commentary. Indeed we were warned that alterations to the attraction meant that some information was no longer relevant. While a live guide may have been better the iPad gave freedom to spend longer time in particular areas of the house._br/_ One disappointment was the lack of guidance regarding visiting Elvis's planes and automobile museum. These attractions were on the opposite side of the road from Graceland and at no point did anyone point them out or explain how to get access to them._br/_ A visit to Graceland is a must for any Elvis fan however the visit to Sun Studio is a must for any music enthusiast.

We had a great afternoon, touring Graceland, but were disappointed that the trophy room and the racquetball rooms were closed for viewing. These rooms would have been very interesting to see.

Good tour, but a few big parts of the tour were closed due to renovations. That was disappointing to many on our tour...ticket price which is plenty high enough, should have been prorated for the events not included.

I have wanted to visit Gracelands since I was a little girl so I was excited when we booked our trip o the US and included this into our itinerary. As we were staying in Nashville, we had to hire a car for the three trip to Memphis. So I was hoping it would live up to everything I dreamed it would be.
