great tour--pickup and drop off were both terrific--it was great door to door service--the bus picked us up at the Hotel and had hourly choices to return to our hotel no muss no fuss stayed 4 hours at Graceland i recomend this tour

amazing museum and loved Graceland - the Museum taught us so much about Elvis and his influence on music and the industry. We were there 6 hrs and loved every minute. Tried his favorite peanut butter and banana sandwich fried in bacon - it was OK. People still crying at end of house tour at grave site.

We absolutely loved this tour, be prepared to spend the day in the footsteps of the king. We took the 09:30 tour and left at 6pm only because the heavens opened and we had our hot weather clothes on. The house is beautiful and everything that goes with it enjoy a day spent with the king. Amazing.

We had a great time on this tour. Everything was good from the hotel pickup to the drop off. Visiting Memphis, Mississippi and the parks we had a great weekend.

This tour is a must for any Elvis fan!!! Although the house is smaller than expected it is very unusual and an experience I'll always remember. They play Elvis' music during the tour which is great to hear!

Graceland is a snapshot in time and as such very interesting but somewhat commercial. The new exhibits across the road are well worth it. Equally as good was the Memphis Tours bus ride with Sam. He was very knowledgeable pointing out interesting sites like where the Cadillac dealership Elvis used was located as we travelled from our hotel to Graceland.

How could anyone visit Memphis and not tour Graceland? This was a highlight of my visit. I definitely recommend getting the FULL tour of all the memorabilia as well as the mansion.

Great tour from start to finish. Bus pickup from Peabody Hotel is very convenient and informative about Elvis and Graceland. Just be sure to get your ticket for the trip back as our driver did not give us one and a different driver who was very rude and impatient was not letting anyone on without the ticket. We got on but I watched her be very mean to an elderly couple who was suffering from the heat and was slow with producing the tickets upon getting on. If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.

Plan on spending the whole day! So much to see it's almost mind boggling! The new exhibit buildings are first class. You won't see the second floor of Graceland on the basic tour.

It was one of the best tours my husband and I have ever taken. The self guided tour with the Ipads was amazing. It was clear and easy to follow. You could go at your own pace. The house was well worth seeing and the voices and music played during the tour was memorable. We will definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

We absolutely loved this tour. Our driver dropped us off at Graceland and were given a choice of three different times to return back to our hotel which we thought was excellent . The tour itself was very well done and you experienced a real insight into Elvis's private life. We were surprised at how emotional we both became there and have fallen in love with him all over again. A top class and very enjoyable tour. Would highly recommend and even if you are not an Elvis fan I feel sure you would enjoy it

If you like Elvis than you have to go to Graceland when visiting Memphis. There was nothing special about the tour bus or guide as he just picked us up, drove us to Graceland and told us about a few things that we passed along the way.

It was fun to see Graceland. However, your advertising should include that once you arrive at the site, your wait period could be long. From our arrival to actually getting to Graceland's front door, it was 2.5 hours!

A very well worthwhile tour. The drivers who picked up/returned me to Graceland were very good giving excellent service and commentary. At the sight we were given our tickets with very helpful tips and then left to our own devices which was great. Graceland itself was fantastic with not only the Mansion but all of the other attractions. Overall very worthwhile for anyone with even the slightest interest in "The King"!

Excellent museum and fantastic to see 'The House'. The cars, gardens and planes were interesting too and to know you have walked where Elvis and his family had been was a thrill. The girl at the information desk was very helpful however, we found the rest of the staff quite rude and unhelpful which spoilt the experience somewhat especially security, making us pay to store our video camera, which we showed was broken and not working, while others were walking around videoing on their phones. The gift shops were all the same and we felt very over priced. Shame.

It was really good. I have used Viator in Italy, first time in US. I was the only person in Bus. tour guide was very friendly, professional and even though i was only one in bus, she explain me every detail and prompt on time. I will definitely used Viator again.
