What a fantastic way to see all the highlights in Memphis. Also Graceland is a must even if youre not an Elvis fan. We had a great tour guide who was informative, friendly and accommodating. An amazing day from start to finish

It appears that the enjoyment of this trip wholly depends on the guide you get. Pinkie was our guide and she was humourless, brusque, rude and treated us like children. Her commentary was also very repetitive and sometimes difficult to understand. Not at all recommended.

Unfortunately it was a bitterly cold day so being outside to do Beale Street was just not a pleasure. Too much time left to our own devices but otherwise interesting and informative._br/_ Graceland was the highlight of the day!

We enjoyed this tour more than we thought we would-- it was interesting to learn about Elvis Presley's background and musical genre. He was a very loyal person devoted to family and friends, and he loved his Graceland home.

What a fabulous way to be introduced this the city of Memphis! The price is great for a morning filled with sites, history, interesting facts, and the chance to explore so many areas. We were picked up at our downtown hotel, by our awesome driver and guide, Sam. I had read other reviews about Sam's talents , and we were thrilled to have him share the city he LOVES with us. If you visit Memphis, start your visit with this tour-- hope you are lucky enough to get Sam as your guide.

The City Tour is very informative and gives you a great overview of the area. Willie was a wonderful tour guide. The staff take very good card of you. We loved the optional Graceland tour and again the staff expedited your tickets, entrance and transportation.

Very enjoyable trip. The tour conductor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us find an excellent place to eat on Beale Street. Had relatives with me that had never been to Memphis. Gave them an outstanding overview of the city. Will use the tour again to help host my visitors

This was an amazing tour with Bryce who was born and lived his rich life in Memphis. He shared stories and history with us for 3 solid hours and did so in a very entertaining way. His knowledge filled the gaps and made all our visits very rich.

Pick up at hotel was fine and we had prepaid but once we got to the tour center had to wait while other passengers paid. Took about 20 minutes. Tour guide Willie was good, very affable and accommodating. Talked a little fast so at times was hard to follow. Good overview of the highlights of Memphis.

For a 2 PM pick up, we got there at 1:45 and the bus had left already, But they did reschedule our trip for the next day. It worked out better, because we got to stop at Sun Records and were dropped off and picked up at Graceland.

Our guide was very good and we enjoyed the tour BUT we almost missed it through no fault of our own. We made our reservations on the internet and were supposed to be at BB King's Blues Club at 9:30. We had all of our printouts with us and there was not a phone number on any of them. No one at the Blues Club knew anything about picking up anyone there for a tour. The person we talked with there was kind enough to steer us to another area that did tours. She called someone. She was told we were supposed to be there at 9:00. A driver from your company did come and pick us up. He, rather rudely, told us we had been supposed to call at 9:00. He also told us we could have been picked up at Graceland where we had spent the night but we had been told when making the reservations that there was not a pickup at Graceland so we had driven into town. We did not think we were dealing with a very reputable company. We travel a lot and don't appreciate this kind of service.

A terrific three days in Memphis. Graceland and associated properties were fantastic. Rendezvous Restaurant is highly recommended for food and atmosphere. Cotton Museum was very informative and worth seeing. Peabody Hotel is terrific. The City Bus Tour was really great exposing much of Memphis. A nice trip!

The pickup at the hotel, the Graceland tour and the city tour were great. Since this is a combined city and Graceland tour with Graceland upgrade options, there was some initial confusion of timing and tours. All worked out well. The pickup was 9-9:20 am. Then out to Graceland from about 10:00 am until 2pm. The city tour lasted until after 5:00 pm and covered many outstanding highlights. Guests would be pleased with the entire package. Just a little clearer instruction and communication at the beginning.

The tour was very professionally run and everything was very well organized. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 5 stars all the way. Don C.

I had a mixed experience as this was two tours combined, the first part being 5 stars, the second 2 dependent on the tour guide. The first half, the Graceland trip was fabulous. The tour picked up at the hotel as arranged and brought us to the welcome center. We looked around for a few minutes while some guests finished their last minute payments. It was just enough time to pick up a few leaflets of what to do the next few days and take some pictures of the statues inside the building. Sam, our tour guide, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He kept us informed how this tour was going to work. He drove us to Graceland and told us a lot of information about Memphis and shared anecdotes on Elvis's time in Memphis. I couldn't have wished for a better intro to Memphis. Graceland was amazing. The second part of the tour was rather disappointing. We met a different tour guide at the entrance of Graceland at the arranged time of 2 o'clock. It was a rough start as she seemed unfriendly and refused to pick up a couple she did not have on her list. We drove to Sun Records and spent 15 minutes standing in the packed lobby or taking pictures outside, then we drove to St. Jude's Hospital and visited the museum for another 10-15 minutes. While these were interesting places, it was explore on your own, not a guided tour. We also drove passed the Loretta Motel and heard some information on the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King jr., not all of which agreed with seemed accurate from what I knew from history books. At some point of the tour, the driver drove the ten of us to the welcome center again for another 10 minutes there was nothing new to see. Unfortunately, the commentary on the tour was similar to what we had already heard in the morning, only in a much stronger accent. At 3:45 pm, the driver asked if we had been to Beale Street and if we had seen the ducks. When some vocal passengers responded yes and said they didn't want to go there again, the driver obliged. She didn't take into account that we had paid for a tour, which included Beale Street, but drove us to the Peabody Hotel, where some of those passengers were staying. Another passenger and I asked the driver if we could stay on the bus or if she could take us back to our hotels if we didn't want to wait for the ducks at 5 o'clock. She declined and said that we'd have to get out and wait till 5 o'clock as she had to pick up some other people. She informed us that it was up to us what we did during that time. The two of us decided to explore together and walk to Beale Street as I hadn't seen this famous attraction yet. We then walked back to the Peabody Hotel at 4:30 pm. The driver had not told us that people would be lining up an hour in advance to see these famous ducks leaving their fountain, so our vantage point when returning to the Peabody Hotel wasn't the best. Nevertheless we stayed and did get to see the ducks leave by elevator at 5 o'clock. We left immediately and walked outside to catch the bus on the other side of the road. The driver looked intimidating and there were no other passengers on the bus as she drove us back to our respective hotels. While the city tour wasn't terrible, I'd expected a little more guide activity. If I had wanted to explore independently, I could have booked one of the hop-on hop-off trips.

The tour was exceptional, we did a tour of Memphis, then did Graceland. Our tour guide Sam was very informative and new a lot about the city including the history. He loved Memphis and this permeated through all of us on the tour. The tour took us to St Judes hospital as well as the statues of BB King and Elvis, Sam had some good comments to the ladies about Elvis don't touch as well as Graceland. All in all I found it was worth the money. We found out and seen things we wouldn't have been able to without the tour. I would highly recommend his tour to anyone going to Memphis. The drop off and pick up times were kept with precision. I would also like to say thanks to Sam for a job well done!

Memphis has unexpectedly turned out to be a very nice experience, nice city. We had an overall tour, just to see the highlights, but we passed so many great things, the next day we visited them all separately. Really the town of the blues. Cannot say anything about Graceland, we did not visit. Not an Elvis fan SORRY !!!

Amazing city tour. Boyce was a super guide. For a complete tour and information of Memphis, this tour is the one. From picking us up at the hotel to showing us the city to letting us experience Sun Studio, Peabody Hotel, Visitor's Center, etc. to returning us to our hotel, this was one of the best tours I have ever experienced. I would very highly recommend to family, friends, and even those of you I don't know this tour!

Although we had seen some of this the day before on the Hop On and Hop Off each driver is unique in their own interpretation. We got to spend time at previous Hop On and Hop off sites and revisit what we might have missed. Driver was very amusing and gave us new insight.
