The Driver was lost in both Mexico City and Puebla, killed the van 6 times at stop ebla, messed up the tickets at Cholula, we waited over 30 minutes for the driver/tour guide to return to us with the tickets.

Excellent tour guide very knowledgeable and extremly nice person great, comfortable bus, great food. _br/_ The only complaint is: we spent way too much time in Cholula and as a result, did not have nearly enough time in Puebla! Puebla is a major historical attraction and a very important city of World Heritage. It deserves a tour of its own. This is the 2nd time we take this tour first time was in 2011. Back then, we only spent 45 min. in Cholula, which was great, because while becoming familiar with the Pyramid and its history, and taking in the stunning view of the church, we were later allowd to spend more time in Puebla and had almost 2 hours of free time there to shop and see the sights. This time, we only had 1 hour. Which is SO NOT ENOUGH!!!! The tour should be more balanced to allow people explore Puebla more. Again, many thanks to the guide, who was EXCELLENT!!!!

First of all Miguel was an excellent guide and Victor got us there safely! A concern I noticed is others were frustrated that not everything was translated into English. I did appreciate that they picked us up at our B and B in the Historic District.

Miguel was a wonderful guide! He seemed genuinely excited about showing us the designated sites and explaining their history. The driver of the van was really good too! sorry...can't remember his name. The churches Miguel showed us were stunning and his knowledge of their history and the art inside was very thorough. I really loved going through the tunnels in Cholula too! If I could change anything, it would be to have more time in Cholula and a simpler lunch in Puebla.

Great tour with great guide. Really enjoyed the commentary and pace of the tour. It was a bit hectic in Puebla as we did not get too much time to stroll around the town itself, however it does have a great coverage of all important things to see in Puebla. Cholula was worth it. Had enough time to explore the pyramid.

Omberto our guide was funny and very informative. We really enjoyed everything but the tunnels under the pyramid were my favorite .Food was good and Hotel where we ate was very nice. It is a full days trip and not too much dilly dally time. But that was all fine by me .Not to be missed!

This is a really wonderful small 12-15 people trip-Sergio was our tour guide, he was so attentive, informative and interesting. Everything was great about this trip, from being picked up at our hotel in the morning and dropped off at the end of the tour, to going to Puebla and seeing the beautiful pottery and visiting the churches in Cholula, don't miss this trip. Loved the hotel in Puebla where we had lunch. This trip has convinced me that small group tours are the way to go. Loved Puebla and Cholula-Thanks Sergio!

This was awful. Mexitours is not well organized and the tour guide Jesus was a disaster, always complaining and driving too fast in a 2 hour travel from Mexico City to Puebla. For this specific day there were no driver assigned to the tour so Jesus had to be driver and tour guide something that was very disappointing for him and was complaining all the way to Puebla and back to DF. The information was limited and once in Puebla, there were no parking lot near the place we should stop so Jesus again had to asked one of us to be our temporary guide to the lunch place. There are other tour companies offering this same trip. Please, choose anyone else!

The bus broke down halfway there the driver was busy reconnecting wires at a garage stop - he kept disappearing under the bus, seeming not entirely convinced that the electrical work was okay. Then we drove for 15km per hour like 10 miles an hour - not remotely an exaggeration uphill for 2 hours - aka the 1 hour drive took 4 hours. We only arrived in Puebla at 2:30pm - basically wasted a day. When we got there, we got taken to some tourist trap restaurant where the food was bad, bad, bad.

Our worst experience during our visit to MX. This agency needs to train their staff on crisis management and people skills, and start defining a backup plan when things go wrong. Besides, the lunch food in Puebla was a disappointment. Puebla has great cuisine, unfortunately we didn and #39;t get to try it.

This trip did well on cramming in a lot of different sites, but overall the experience was very rushed and there wasn't a lot of spare time to really soak in the surrounding areas or the sites we were visiting. We visited about 7 different cathedrals in Puebla and Cholula and had 30 minutes to shop around a market in Puebla. On average, I would say we spent about 5-10 minutes at each place. Lunch was included as part of the tour package however, it wasn't very good and I would have preferred to have been able to use lunch time to go find a cheaper, more enjoyable restaurant to eat at as well as explore the city more. Our tour guide was incredibly nice and provided us with a lot of great information about all the sites that we visited, which was cool. If I could do it again, however, I would have found a cheaper tour because I don't think this one was really worth the money to be honest.

The tour itself was wonderful. The price of the tour and the fact that it included lunch was a . The downside was the guide. He seemed to be careless and lacked time management skills. We ended up spending an extra hour at lunch because he bumped into his sister and she had lunch with him.

Interesting trip . It is a long day and you eat lunch later than most folks from US are used to. I would have enjoyed a little more time wandering Puebla.

I enjoye the entrance to go into the park, you go through the narrow tunnels of the pyramid. Only a portion of the pyramid is visable but the walk up to the Church is great, with spectacular views of the city. The tour guide was very friendly.

Great tour manager Miguel and driver! The tour was pretty entertaining and well given. The meal included was pretty bland and we would have preferred to have free time to eat somewhere else. The sights and explanations were pretty good. Definitely recomended. One minor thing, the AC of the van did not work properly, making it for a pretty steamy ride.

Beautiful places where you can find a real Mexico. We have seen the most important things and even enjoyed some free time. Lovely, traditional lunch was included. Our guide David was just great- very funny and informative. Highly recommended for everyone visiting Mexico.

First the guide was very late for the pick up, then the pick up of other participants was so disorganized that when we left the city, traffic was at its peak. We only arrived in Cholula at 1pm and the guide did not even want to go to the top of the hill. In Puebla, again, he seemed more interested in taking us through gift shops and we had to insist to see the Zocalo. The guide was not clear and barely spoke English. Very disappointing.

Fantastic, the guide was also the driver and was knowledgable, entertaining and caring. I learned so much. The destinations were exciting and well organised. This lunch in Pueblo at the hotel was exceptional. A full on day that left me feeling like Id had a great glimpse of south of Mexico. Highly recommend.

STEER CLEAR of this trip. Our guide Sergio was 30 minutes late picking up each person, we left the city hours after the promised time. As a result, he cut our itinerary and had we not insisted on seeing the more historical sites, he would have just dropped the group off to shop with a 30 second historical explanation. He also spoke poor English and proceeded to text and drive or talk and drive the entire 3 hour journey to and from Puebla. It was terrifying to hit holes in the road because our driver refused to put down his phone, even after repeated requests from passengers. He also took personal phone calls in the middle of the tour and spent more time counting group members than relaying any actual information. Go with a more reputable tour company for this and save your money.

It was fascinating. So many new experiences. For instance: walking through the tunnels of the pyramid at Cholula seeing Mexican baroque decorated churches all of central heritage listed Puebla rivals any historic centre in Europe. Lunch was very nice and the venue in Puebla was exceptional. Our transport in a minibus was fine, the driver was good and the guide gave us plenty of interesting commentary but I wish the microphone was in better order.

Horrible experience:_br/_ 1. first the trip started like 1 hour and a half later_br/_ 2. i was in the bathroom, the bus stoped, the driver closed the bus and let me in for 10 minutes finally someone saw me and the driver was mad at me yelling, when i told the rourist guide what happened he said he had to validate my story with the driver. really a bad customer service experience._br/_ 3. the restaurant where they take you to lunch its mediocre, 3 waiters that dindt know what to do, the missed some dishes in some tables so they could finish faster, the food quality was just acceptable._br/_ 4. the bus bathroom was a mess, they should have clausured it._br/_ 5. we came back like 2 hours later!!!

It was fabulous. The Cholula Pyramid with the Church on the top is fascinating. Another very interesting topic are the Talavera store. The most amazing part was the Rosario Chapel the Barroco style covered with gold leafs is amazing and once more fascinating. Also the Cholula Catedral with the organ is magnificent. Our Driver/Guide was very knowledgeable of the areas we visited _br/_ :

I do a lot of tours, and this was one of the worst experiences._br/_ Very tiring experience. There was no mention anywhere that we would spend seven hours out of twelve in a bus!_br/_ We got one hour at Choluha, just to climb up to the church - which was really nice. Saw the largest pyramid from outside. Then another hour and a half to Puebla. Lunch at 3.30 pm._br/_ Puebla itself is a lovely town, but we got a runthrough. Hardly any time as we had to start the tedious journey back. Saw only the cathedral. There is a lot to see in Puebla, but the tour does not provide enough time._br/_ Returned to the hotel at 9.30 pm._br/_ Guide was good and helpful, but lacked I depth knowledge.
