You can choose one of six Disney theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon.
When you arrive in Orlando, you will have approximately six hours to spend at the Walt Disney World park of your choice. After your day of Disney fun, board the bus for the relaxing and stress-free ride back to Miami.

station, from there you will get on the shuttle to your designated theme

Something to bear in mind before booking this trip is the amount of travelling involved in one day. In reality it took approximately 5 hours to get there and 5 hours back to Miami on a coach. Once we arrived at the office in Orlando to pick up our Disney pass it was very disorganised. We spent approx 45-60 mins there trying to establish who was going to what park and there was a lot of confusion. I was handed a pass for the Magic Kingdom when I had a printed confirmation that I booked for Animal Kingdom. I was told it would not be a problem and 'MK' was scratched out to 'AK' on our entry information. We were subsequently dropped off in Magic Kingdom not our park and told to make our own way to Animal Kingdom. This took up an awful lot of time getting from one park to the other, when our time at the park was already limited. When we eventually arrived at Animal Kingdom we were refused admission as our ticket was programmed for Magic Kingdom and were told to queue up for this to be rectified, which took up even more time. This was entirely the fault of the tour company as my booking explicitly said Animal Kingdom. We spent approx 6 hours at the park and had a very enjoyable time, albeit a little rushed. We returned to the pick up point told to make our way back to Magic Kingdom, when this had nothing to do with our booking! We should have been dropped off and picked up from the park we had booked, as it wasted a lot of our time travelling to and from the park which had nothing to do with our booking.

Disney World is amazing but the transportation was a nightmare. Just read those 1 star ratings they are correct and truthful. The transportation was very poorly organized, unprofessional and wasted a lot of valuable time. There is not enough space to list all the things that were wrong about the transportation. Just read the previous 1 star reviews. I dont understand these 5 star reviews here. Maybe they had a different company??

The waiting time was to long, they didn't give any answer or was the same answer about how much longer did we had to wait for the diver to take us to the park. I mean for how much you pay you expect at least good service, to many complications I'm really disappoint

I am writing hoping that someone on victor sees this review. I booked an excursion with viator because I had the best experience with three excursions earlier this month while visiting Paris, so I thought my experience in the United States would be equally great. The park was great, but the company Adventure 1 that viator uses to transport passangers from Miami to Orlando and back was horrific. The bus driver showed up at 4:30 in the am instead of 5:15-6:30 as my voucher said. They were extremely rude and their driving was erratic, over the speed limit driving and continually honking the horn bordering in road rage. He also dropped us off three blocks from our hotel at 12:30 in the am upon our return. He said he was not a taxi service and could not bring us any closer and that the rate they charge wa not enough for better service. I was not aware that out 200.00 charge was that inexpensive. While I would recommend Viator in Europe, I hope some corrects the use of the driving service. They are dangerous and bound to hurt someone in the process either with their erratic driving or by leaving you in unknown neighborhoods in the middle of the night. The driver spoke very poor English and shouted at the passangers as well. Please look into this. Your reputation is on the line.

It was actually a great quick getaway for not having a lot of time in Miami and would still want to check out Disney World. Although there really wasn't enough time to go around the park for the duration of the time, it was a good idea to have a transportation to and from Miami/Orlando and experience Disney for a bit.

We stayed in Miami so was a bit of a long trip from Miami to Orlando but well worth the trip once you arrived at Disneyworld. One whole day of fun and being a big kid, would recommend if you don't mind being on a bus for 3 hours going and 3 hours back

Disneyland was brilliant when we finally got there but a large coach picked us up from the hotel we got in Orlando and had to get off the coach and transfer into a small mini bus and the driver payed more attention to his phone than he did to the road and got lost too very unprofessional

Disneyworld was fantastic but transfer from Miami was awful;too much time to pick up ( and drop off) people on the way, then a further 1.5 hrs wasted getting off bus, waiting at bus company's office then getting back on same bus! From Miami it should be more direct and better organised. V disappointing.

If you only have one day to spend in orlando then the tour is recommended. the trip is a hassle and very tiring. we were picked up at 5:15 am from downtown miami and we stopped many times before heading to orlando. the bus is not the best but good enough. we arrived at orlando at 11:00am where we waited about half an hour for our transportation to magic kingdom. we arrived at magic kingdom at about 12:15pm. we actually had less than 6 hours to spend at the park because the pick up for return was at 6pm. if you are able to purchase the fast pass then do it .it is the only way to enjoy your day at the park because the waiting lines at most attractions could be 60-80 minutes. we returned to orlando where we waited for the bus. we arrived at miami at 12:00am but the bus made some unexpected stops between orlando and miami. if you are staying in downtown miami you will be picked up first at departure and will be dropped off last when returning, so it gets even more tiring.

This was the most horrible trip I went to . first of all we had to walk at 5 am to holiday inn . it is very tourist unfriendly to walk at such a hour in that neighborhood. I send an email to the company with an request if we could be picked up at our hotel , we never got an answer of them. The driver that drove the bus was Rude . After we got our Disney tickets we went to the park . on of the cards were not working so we had to stand in line at guest customers service or something like that we stood there for 45 min. and we even had to pay $ 6 to upgrade the card , because the card we did not work . After we did the tour we told the driver about the difficulties we had to face he was so rude and shouted at us that it was not his fault we have to contact the company who booked the tour for us . I will never ever go again on tour with this company !!!!!

It was a good trip if you dont have the time or means to see all of disney parks. In the end, you have about 5 hours to enjoy, because the bus would sometimes make inexplicable stops or have long delays. A snack on the way back would be nice, also. It is a tyring trip, but pretty nice in the end!

It was TERRIBLE! First they promissed a breakfast that they didn't accomplished. Istead they gave us an awful cracker and a cheap juice box that I couldn't eat or drink! But the worst part was the trip! We took 4h to get to the park and the Bus was in terrible conditions! And I don't even want to remember the way back! It took us hours! The bus was felt and smelling horrible! There were a lot of strange people that hadn't been in the parks. It looked like a regular bus with people coming back from work. I can't even describe how awful it was! NEVER NEVER TAKE THIS TOUR! I HATE IT! The only good part was the Disney World Park that has not to do with Viator! IT IS A FULL LIE! I feel offended and a fool for paying so much for that! I wish to go back in time!

We had to wait an hour for our coach to arrive which we didn't appreciate after specifically getting up at 5.15am! I also don't think that you can say breakfast is included as there was no fresh muffins, orange juice, tea or coffee but only some crackers! _br/_
You also need to be aware that you are on a coach, which then stops off at a bus terminal and you then get on a mini bus to take you to disney! So the journey was longer than expected._br/_
Once we eventually arrived at disney we had the best time ever and the mini bus was waiting for us at the end of the day which was good news!

This tour was horrible. The explanation on here said we would be served breakfast on our trip; however, we got a package of crackers and a Hawaiin Punch juice box. Upon arrival the driver spoke such broken English we could not even understand when he called our name to depart to the Magic Kingdom. After departure from the tour bus, we got onto what seemed to be a personal van. The driver got us to the Magic Kingdom late, which shortened our 6 hour time there. In addition, he spoke Spanish the entire way to the Magic Kingdom pointing out, we assumed, highlights along the way, to the 2 Columbian women who did speak Spanish, he did not bother to translate to English for us to understand, even though he knew we spoke only English. The icing on the cake was when the driver, numerous times, texted on his phone while driving in 4 and sometimes more lanes of traffic. We felt very unsafe. I emailed the tour company when we got back and I got a short, curt, apology saying that sometimes they run late and they don't allow their drivers to text while driving. We will never go on a tour like this again, and will instead schedule directly through the tour company for anything we choose to do on a vacation. The other 2 tours were awesome that we booked through Viator, but this one was anything but Magical. I wouldn't have given this tour even 1 star, but I had to to post my review.
