The Miami Seaquarium is a 38-acre (15-hectare) marine paradise overlooking a turquoise bay where you can enjoy and participate in its famous shows, exhibits and presentations. A very enjoyable day. It was great to see the killer whale show. The park is very small, so it is easy to get around. 4 hours was the perfect amount of time to see the whole aquarium, eat lunch and see all 4 shows. The driver was very courteous and the vehicles were clean.

Rather disappointing visit with not much to see. There was a note to say that the killer whales were "not available to day" when in reality that show was closed down for refurbishment. I feel that not mentioning this in the advert and using a picture of the whales to sell the tour is just downright misleading and dishonest. The food provided at the venue was terrible tasteless pre cooked burgers. I would not recommended this tour to anyone - save your money !

Tour simply included transportation to the Seaquarium. They botched that up terribly. Only 8 or 9 participants, but the driver had no idea of where she was going or how to get there. Then, when we arrived at Seaquarium later than planned the leader of the local tour company met us at the gate and had us running to get to the first show where we of course already missed the start. We were given strict instructions to be back on the bus before 3:00 PM and the bus showed up at 3:15 PM. Would have been far better off, and probably less costly to have taken a taxi!

We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the seaquarium where we spent several hours there. We were told the time and place to meet at the end of the several hours and were taken back to our hotel. This is a very nice place to visit.

The company we booked through we're fantastic - I didn't have the opportunity to ring up and confirm our booking until the morning of the trip but the company were very helpful and understanding. We were picked up at around 9am and taken straight to the Seaquarium and collected at 3pm. We watched all the shows - 2 dolphin shows, a sea lion show and the killer whale show as well as exploring the park. A good family day out with lots to see and do. The only fault I can find with this trip is that they didn't allow you enough time at the park - we were collected at 3pm and the park doesn't close until 6pm and we were only about 30 minutes drive from our hotel. As we were picked up so early it was difficult fitting everything in. I thought the price was quite expensive - I hadn't queried it when we paid it because I have been to seaworld before and the price was similar, however when we got there the prices (for the tickets only) on the board outside were a lot cheaper than I had realised so we had spent more on the transportation part of this trip than I originally thought.

This is an unforgettable experience.... Seals clapping! Dolphins dancing! Simply amazing. The bus driver was very nice and made us feel special. Talk about being punctual, ask these drivers! They were on time or early.
