Failed to collect us from our hotel Miami Beach Resort. Waited 30 minutes before contacting the operator. Spent 20 plus on a phone call. Shuttle arrived took us to their base on Lincoln Rd. The office informed us we had missed our 10.30 bus I think they had just forgotten to pick us up. After a lengthy discussion they agreed to put us on the 12.00 bus leaving and returning to Lincoln Road. A pretty miserable experience down there with my worst excursions

Our hotel was literally one block away from their office, and the bus driver wasn't able to locate us. So we walked until the office and had to wait 1 hour to leave in the next bus.

The bus driver was the worse ever, He honked at us to get on the bus when we were waiting at our pick up location, barely said hi, he kept making phone calls as we were getting there, he stopped multiple times to call , therefore we barely had time to do what we wanted when we got there. Then he had the nerve to ask for tips.... REALLY???

I am happy with this transport service. Both the pick up and departure was punctual. It takes you to Sawgrass, hassle free, especially when you don and #39;t drive. Only thing that you need to bear with is the stopping at different hotel to collect and drop off passengers.

I booked this trip for 9:30 a.m. and I received a confirmation of the company, but they didnt picked up us at this time, I wrote many emails and didnt answer, finally they picked up us at noon. I will not contract again with this proveedor because isnt a serious one.

I really liked sawgrass mills. It's a very large outlet mall. We didn't have enough time to really see half of the stores. I felt rushed. The bus had ants. The air condition did not work well. I was sweating on the way there and back. I stopped at the food court and brought some lunch to take back to my hotel. When I got to the bus the driver told me that I had to throw it away. It would have been nice to know that before hand.

Na compra do transfer o horário de partida era as 8:20 am. Um dia antes localizamos o ponto de embarque mais próximo do nosso hotel e nos informaram que a partida seria às 9 am. Chegamos com antecedência mas a van chegou às 9:10 am. Embarcamos e fomos levados até um determinado ponto onde trocamos de carro, agora um ônibus, que foi parando em vários hotéis até, finalmente, chegarmos no Sawgras às 10:40 am. Perdemos muito tempo, que depois fez falta. Fizemos tudo com pressa, bem ao contrário do que tínhamos previsto. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Unfortunately, the car destinated to go back to South beach went before the marked hour.I and three persons stayed there wainting until we call to the Viator. We had to pick up a taxi and pay more or less 100 usd.

Essential tour for the fans of shipping. The tour was perfectly organized: the bus was on time; we had space in the bus that was quite comfortable and the mall itself is just great: we made a lot of bargains and have passed a very good time there. We will do it again next time we fly to Florida.

Thanks! The bus came exatctly at time to pick us up from our hotel (I phoned and told our hotel the previous night, I don't know how and when I should have given the information of our pick up point?). Of course it took a while to collect all passengers from many hotels, it took about an hour from Miami Beach to Sawgrass. But everything went fine, and I would recommend this trip. Easy way to get to Sawgrass Mills without an own car.
