We booked a transfer from the USA with Viator before we left for our trip. We requested the taxi to pick us up in Mykonos Town at Fabriqa Square and take us back to the cruise ship at 4:30pm. I explained to the person on the phone that we would not have a cell phone or laptop with us on our vacation and therefore could not make the usual call, 24 hours before the transfer to the local supplier. She told me it would not be a problem and she would call the supplier in Greece and explain the situation to them and get back with me. She got back with me and told me all was arranged and not to worry they will be there to pick us up._br/_ We went to the meeting point at 4:00pm and waited until 4:40pm. Since our all aboard was 5:45pm, we became concerned that we would miss our ship if we waited any longer, So we paid for tickets to the Sea Bus to take us back to the cruise port.

The pick up time was too early as i was staying in the mykonos town and the transfer was only 5 minutes. I waited for more than 1 hour at the port for the ship to arrive due to this early transfer.
