This was a year ago and we still feel a bit cheated. The guide was not very friendly, told us we needed to skip Positano and the driver made us all so sick. I would not recommend this tour. It was long, we didn't get to see much and she made us rush in each place sometimes only spending 30min. Not relaxing

We booked this trip through Viator, and everything worked out the way it was supposed to. The driver met us at our hotel in Naples, and took us on a one-day tour of the Amalfi Coast. We were very glad we had hired a driver we have been to Italy many times, but we know that the further south you travel in Italy, the crazier the traffic becomes. Our driver was courteous and safe he knew where the good spots were to stop and take a photo along the way - and the scenery was spectacular. The car was a Mercedes, a very comfortable automobile. _br/_ We went to four towns: Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. It was a fully-packed day, with plenty to see in each town, as well as great views along the roads. The driver knew the area very well - he knew where to park, where to let us off, and where to pick us up. It all worked very well. I recommend that you know how much time you want to spend in each location before you get in the car. Then you can review the plan with the driver and make adjustments. Of course, you could spend an entire day in each town, so you must be ruthless in your time allotment to pack it all into one day, like we did. We walked a lot in each town, and we had a very quick midday meal, in order to take in as much as we could. This is a tour for travelers who really want to get out and see quite a bit in a short period of time.

We were in Italy for Spring Break and discovered this great option as a day trip from Rome. We grabbed an early train to Naples and our private van picked us up across from the station. This was the most efficient use of our family's time to explore the Amalfi Coast in only 8 hours and it was worth every penny. We got to see all four towns and were allowed ample time to explore, relax and enjoy the uniqueness of each location. Our driver and tour guide shared some history to acquaint us to the area, yet didn't chat too much, recognizing that we were there to view the beauty and get just a taste of the Amalfi Coast.

We had a private tour with an English speaking guide. It took about 9 hours and pick up/drop off at hotel. Loved the Amalfi coast. We stopped in all the town's to walk through the markets. Great little restaurants. Sorrento was my favorite and the largest. Next time I will spend a little more time there. Positano was my next favorite. Beautiful and clean town. Beautiful Italian tile and ceramic bowls, tables, and sculptures. Amalfi, what can I say, amazing area, also. Travelling is a very small town. Will skip it next time to spend more time in the other 3 town's. Very much worth the price we paid.

I am SO VERY HAPPY that we booked a private tour of the Amalfi Coast. There was no private guide available for the date we were booking since it was off season November 2017, but that was just fine because we had GIOVANNI as our driver! Giovanni knows the Amalfi coast very well and is a very skilled driver! He picked us up right on time and with a huge smile. He slowed down and even stopped at many scenic spots along the trip in a safe way to allow us to get plenty of photos and videos. Those photos/videos are now among our most cherished family memories! I don't travel very much and am a very frugal person all I can say is that this private tour of the Amalfi Coast was worth every single penny, it was the centerpiece of our 2 weeks in Europe, and it's the one place I feel I must return to someday in my future! And when I return, I'll purposely spend more time on the coast, and I will definitely request Giovanni to be our driver/guide. We consider him like a distant, beloved uncle! And his English is unbelievably good!

this was a great way to end our vacation! Having been to the Amalfi coast in the past we wanted to return taking the high speed train 1hour 15 min from Rome in the morning meeting our driver Alberto at the Naples Central station, we were off on the days adventure. Alberto was full of interesting local information while driving us. As we did not select the guided tour option the day was ours with free time at each stop to wonder enjoy shopping in Sorrento and Positano , lunch on the plaza in Amalfi and exploring tiny village of Ravello. Alberto returned us to Naples Station allowing us to take train back to Rome. this is a great option for anyone not wanting lots of structure in a day trip

Six friends booked this tour and it was the perfect way to explore the Amalfi Coast at our own pace. We chose to skip Amalfi to spend more time in the three other towns, which made for a more leisurely day. Marianna was lively, personable, and kept us laughing all day. I highly recommend this tour if you would like a more customized experience.

This was a great tour! Our driver, Giovanni, picked us up in a nice car and spent the day driving us to the small, quaint towns on the Amalfia Coast. His English was wonderful and he was able to teach us a few Italian words, too! I had been nervous about the drive up the coast because I thought it might be scary, but he did a wonderful job navigating the narrow, curvy roads. We spent time in four beautiful towns and he dropped is off at a beautiful, romantic place overlooking the water for lunch. Everything was perfecto!

We recently took the private Tour with Project Amalfi and we were highly satisfied with the level of service and quality of the personnel. They were kind enough to accommodate our request for an early pick up time and a specified drop off after the tour. Our driver was Manuel Emmanuelle and he was fantastic he was the sunshine we didnt get otherwise!!!! He made the trip highly enjoyable with a great attitude and trying his best to make something out of one of the worst storms he had seen we had really bad luck with heavy thunderstorms during our tour and he kept pushing forward, driving through really tough roads and you could sense his desire to make our trip as enjoyable as possible given the circumstances. Ultimately, it was a memorable experience, if not for the views, for Emmanuelle and his great service. Would highly recommend their services.
