Had a wonderful time but we spent to much time in the Country Music Hall of Fame we did not get to see inside the Parthenon.

Very enjoyable. Great view from 2nd deck of open bus tour. Very informative and great opportunities for wonderful photos. Studio B had an excellent tour guide, short but still very good. Country music hall of fame great experience wish they had longer hours they were open. An awesome experience.

Great way to get your bearings and learn something about Nashville before exploring on your own.

We were very disappointed with our tour. We were a very small group therefore the tour guide put little to no effort into the guide. We had to ask which sites we were passing. She was very intent on talking about herself and her experiences in Nashville._br/_ We road the bus for about half an hour and got off.

Trip was great. On and off to see sights was easy. Only issue was that out tour driver had a slight accident holding up the tour until they got another tour bus in to pick us up.

Review by:   ellenspang,    October 2016 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
This pass was not our favorite. We spent a lot of time waiting for the next bus and the audio on the two story bus was not good. The narration was ok but much better on other hop-on, hop-off tours we had taken in other cities. The open air buses can get quite windy and cold, and we did not dress warmly enough that day. We also made the mistake of paying for two attractions included with this bus tour. We had already seen and paid for these attractions because we had used the Nashville Music Attraction Discount Pass the previous day. We booked both passes online and did not understand that there was an overlap of attractions.

We were pleased with the tour once we arrived at the starting point. We happened to be in Nashville on a day that there was an event at the train station where we were instructed to start our tour. There were no signs or instructions of any kind as to where to go to start our tour. It took much time, additional walking and asking many individuals before we were able to begin our tour.

We like to tour on our first day so we can get the lay of the sights to see. However our driver was more interested on pointing out all her favorite food places that she forgot some of the sights and special places that we would like to hear about. Love the input on a few food places but she loved her food!! Not all was lost because our night tour driver filled in many of the places and history that she missed._br/_ Still over all it's a great way to get around and see the interest points.

Nashville was absolutely wonderful. We began our week in Nashville by purchasing the Nashville Day Pass which included a two day bus tour you can get off and on as you want and entrance to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Our first trip on the bus we rode for the entire 90 minutes and got a lot of useful information about the entire city and learned lots of things we wanted to do. It was extremely informative and very helpful in making our future plans. After that we rode the bus to the various destinations we wanted to go to. We will definitely be back to Nashville it was so much fun!

Really enjoyed the information from our driver. We took the 90 minute tour first and then got off and on to visit the different places that interested us. The driver also gave us great information on different places to eat. We tried a couple and enjoyed the food too!

This was a good way to get around the Nashville area. The tour guides were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I gave it only 4 starts because the trolley/busses ran longer than 30 minutes and their operating hours are short. This is a 2 day pass and my recommendation is that you use both days. We were running out of time with our 2 museum visits that were included and lunch.

Tour was a good way to start the trip and give us an overview of the area but upstairs it was sometimes difficult to hear because of the wind blowing in your eats

The tour was fine. Guides are very knowledgeable. We had difficulty finding the location to exchange our voucher for tickets. It's not located at Broadway and 2nd. We found it at the riverfront center and received our passes for trolley and we were given our receipts for our two venues. At each venue, we had to exchange the receipts for tickets to the venue. It was a little time consuming . . . but, all in all, it was a good deal!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. The turns were great. One thing that needs to be changed is the information to change vouchers to tickets. The address of 2nd and Broadway next to Hard Rock Cafe is incorrect. I checked in at the Greyhound station for the tickets. Overall good trip

Great tour. In fact, we recommended it to four people while we were in Nashville. The best part was that it covered two days!

This pass in conjunction with the trolley is a great way to experience Nashville and all it has to offer. The trolley has many stops and allowed us flawless entry into the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Ryman. We had a great time! No matter what kind of music you enjoy this a must do.

The bus tour gave a good overview of the sites to see in Nashville. We rode the bus all the way through and then selected the areas to go back to visit again later. Price included admission to the CMHF and The Ryman Auditorium, so overall the price was worth it. I would recommend this combo deal for anyone looking for a way to explore Nashville for the first time.

This is an excellent way to see the city of Nashville. The hop on/off pass is good for two days and includes your choice of two admissions we did the Country Music Hall of Dame and Johnny Cash Museum, having already visited the Ryman Auditorium the day before. There are 17 stops in the whole loop so you can stop where you want and then pick up the trolley to go to another place of interest. The driver narrates along the way. One of our drivers was Gigi who was a hoot! Very funny but somewhat inaccurate with the facts including how tall the AT and T building is. She had a great sense of humor and left us laughing.

We really enjoyed the All About Nashville pass. It is a must for new visitors. The drivers are funny, will answer questions and give suggestions about what to do and where to go. For free parking we went to Antique Archaeology in the morning and hopped on the trolley. Only downside is they stop at 5 pm.

Every large city we visit, we try to do a hop on, hop off type of tour. It's a great orientation to the area's layout, history and attractions. This one in Nashville is no different and it was excellent. The tour drivers give a full-blown narrative as they drive along and the ones we had were very knowledgable, articulate and humorous. Wouldn't have missed this great orientation and included transportation around the hub of the city.

It's good and a great way to get about via the trolley although the walk is not included. We got entry into the auditorium Ryman instead! which was great too.

The hop on /hop off trolley is the best way to travel and visited everywhere we wanted to go. _br/_ The Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman are both very well presented.

Review by:   Sue S,    October 2015 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
Being able to use the hop-on and off worked well as did having 2 day passes to the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame. However, the tour was based on promoting various restaurants and shops and the second driver said many inappropriate things.

We only had two days to spend in Nashville so this was a great way to get a complete overview of the city.

The walking tour is no longer included and my family was very disappointed. The ad needs to be updated. Our tour guides on the trolley were great. Unfortunately, there were too few trolleys running. Fortunately our group of three got seats, but our trolley was packed tight and many other ticket holders were told to wait for the next one. The Ryman was really neat to see and the Hall of Fame was really fun.

This pass is not exactly as advertised. THERE IS NO WALKING TOUR anymore. They have replaced it with tickets for a self-guided Ryman tour. I really enjoyed the Ryman but not sure this equally replaced the walking tour. Overall though good bang for buck and had awesome trolley tour.

The trip was very informative and the guides were great! Everyone we talked to at the bus depot was polite and helpful. Andrew was a funny and knowledgeable trolley tour guide and offered a night tour as well. Casey was a great walking tour guide. The Country Music Hall of Fame was nice. We had a great time and would recommend it to all of our friends traveling to Nashville. It took away a lot of stress since we had two days to complete everything at our own pace. It definitely saved us a lot of money!

The tour was great. However, the place to get on the tour had been moved to another location and we were not notified in advance. No apologies were made for having us have to walk several blocks out of the way each way. I thought the customer service could have been improved.

The tour was interesting and informative. The trolley driver very entertaining. Loved walking through the Country Music Hall of Fame and remembering all the stars and their music. There were 4 of us and most thought the Ryman (walking portion) tour was a little long. The biggest complaint was the customer service we received trying to find the location of the ticket area. We purchased the tour online and printed the voucher. I called the morning of the tour to find out were the tickets could be picked up. Was told to go to the station on 2nd street a pretty long walk from where we were at the time. When we got there it was not accessible due to a special event and I called again and was told to go to another location which was very close to where we were in the first place. We are 68 and 70 years old-a lot of walking-good thing we are all in good health. We were disappointed in the lack of communication within the company.

Directions received from Viator were incorrect. Phone number received from Viator offered little help. When we arrived at the recommended location, it was moved, second location was closed. Called the phone number provided and the person could not tell us where to go in order to start this tour. Finally a city worker was able to tell us where the tour was moved to. The tour itself was good and worth doing. I would recommend to just book the tour when you arrive in Nashville, the people are friendly and knowledgeable about their tour.
