When we confirmed our booking we were told to be out front of the hotel at 5:30 and the van would pick us up between 530 and 6. At 6:15 I called them and was assured that our van would be there within 5 minutes. At 6:35 I called them again and was assured they were minutes away. I said we wanted to cancel as we were not going to wait any longer. I was told that if we canceled we would not get our money back and that the van would be there in minutes . We waited another 10 minutes and the van finally showed up. When I went to sit down there was a bunch of garbage on both seats and had to remove it to sit down. Other passengers were complaining that they also had waited a long time for the van. The BBQ at Jacks was great, the tour was good but couldnt really see anything as it was dark and sat on the wrong side of the van. By the time we got to Broadway Street we chose to go back to our hotel. Six other passengers also chose to have the van driver take them back to their hotel. Rip off.

we were told to be ready 5:30-6, tour guide did not show up until 6:25. I thought the bus would be packed after waiting so long, only 6 other people on bus. He was late to pick us up too.

Driving around at night looking at bulidings that weren't lit up was not very interesting to me. The food at the BBQ place was good but the restaurant was run down. I take a lot of food tours and am used to all members of the group being seated together and the driver/host delivering the food. That was not the case with this tour. We each got our own food and sat at several different tables. This tour lacked enthusiasm and the chance to interact with other members of the tour. Getting to know people from around the world has always been a highlight of other tours I've taken.

I took this tour on the same night of a major NFL game, between the Titans and the Colts. Traffic was backed up on all the expressways leading into downtown Nashville, before the game started at 7:00 PM. The bus driver arrived late at the hotel, for this reason. But, he went out of his way, to be sure we received our BBQ dinner and tour of Nashville. The Gray Lines Tour Company called the restaurant, to inform them we would be late, and all the staff waited for our group to get there. After the game started, traffic eased up enough, so that our driver gave us a tour of downtown Nashville. He was supposed to leave us in the Honky Tonk area, to experience the nightlife, but everyone on the bus decided to go back to hotels. It was around 9:00 PM, by that time, and we were all tired from traveling.

This was so nice to be picked up at our hotel after the flight to get here. I'm sure if we'd been left to no activity that 1st day we probably would have eaten fast food and retired early. The BBQ was delicious and had plenty of food. The tour really gave us an overview of the city and the many things to see and do. Our driver was very good and explained so much. it made it easy on the following days to decide which direction we would explore on our own. The drop off on Whisky Row was really an eye opener to the 24 hour entertainment available as well as the friendly establishments we checked out. Very very disappointed - when it said BBQ dinner we expected to go to a barbecue?? not be given just a plate of food which was not particularly good anyway. The guide Kim was good very informative but food a big let down?? Would not recommend it all??? I have used Viator for years and this is the first time I have been disappointed?

Drivers driving skills were frightening. _br/_ Didn't see Nashville in lights. Just Honky Tonk Row. _br/_ Food was not so good. Famous Dave's is better. _br/_ Was not worth our money as we did same tour during the day on hop on/hop off tour.

We were told to be in the lobby for a 5:30 pick-up. Called when it got close to 6:00 and was told Oh, your pickup is between 5:30 and 6:15. We were not told this. BBQ dinner was very good, but we should have had the food served at the downtown location. Not outside the downtown area needing a security guard at the door. Got on bus and there was not enough seats for everyone. Turns out two brought kids in car seats and were thus taking up two extra seats. One young girl volunteered to sit on the steps for the tour. She should get all of here money back, had to be terrible for her. Tour guide was good but zooming by a few locations and then saying a quick comment did not work out well. Tour did not state just a drop-off at the bar location and then see you in 2 hours! expected at least a short walking tour of the area and we would have appreciated a drink included for the price. Would not recommend this tour unless changes were made.

In my opinion this tour was not very good and it was over priced. We were told the dinner was in a very good local ressturant. The meat was so dry I could not eat it. Some of the sights were ok.

I have booked through Viator several times with great results. The booking was made by me for 24 Vietnam vets while we were having our annual reunion. We were picked up in 25 passenger van type bus, very cramped. We then went to Jack's BBQ where the food and selection was very good. We then drove around Nashville for approx 30 minutes. Once around Broadway we were told we could get off and walk around for two hours and get picked up by the bus. The other option was to go back to hotel now. No mention of walking around Broadway for two hours in the tour description. They call it 4.5 hours, more like 2.5. If you opt out of waking around for two hours the tour is dinner and very short site seeing tour. Very disappointing! Don't waste your money. This tour is run by Gray Line Nashville, might want to stay away from.

Not at all what I expected. Had dinner at an off the grid BBQ place. Although the food was good it was more like a fast food place than a sit down restaurant. City tour was a drive by with little commentary. Dropped off on Broadway and was give 2 hours to wander around on your ow. Should and spent the money on a hop on hop tour and gone to dinner on my own. Not impressed with this tour.

We did this our 1st night in Nashville after traveling 7 hours in a car that day. It was a nice way to unwind with our travel guide taking us on a night tour of Nashville. He took us around Nashville for about an hour and a half then we all stopped to eat a bbq dinner. Let me tell you, that was the best bbq restaurant in Nashville!! I was surprisingly shocked because I thought for sure it was going to be some average little barbecue joint, but it was EXCELLENT! We then got back on our tour bus with about 8 other people and rode around for about another 45 minutes seeing all the nightlights in Nashville. Then our tour guide gave us the option to drop us off in down town Nashville or go back to our hotels. We voted to drop us off, so he dropped us off at 8:00pm and then came back and picked us back up at 10:00 sharp. It was nice to go have a couple of drinks and listen to the music. Such a wonderful tour and for the RIGHT price! By the way, the tour guide was very nice and had a lot of knowledge. I would definitely recommend this tour!

This was a great tour that was informative with details that we didn't get on our daytime walking tour. The BBQ was yummy and I like the flexibility at the end where we just were left to roam around Broadway with no requirement to meet up at a certain hour.

Nice introduction to some Nashville sights you'll would want to see on your on time later on. You don't really get off the bus to see anything up close or get photo opportunities. Dinner at Jack's was DELICIOUS and filling. You get about 2-2.5 hours in downtown that's all time you need to find a nice bar and make your stumble back to the bus

Transportation was late in picking up. Evening tour of Nashville was lacking in showing the Capital building, Bi-centennial park, the River front and double bridges at night. Tour was of Music Row, Centennial park at dusk and The Gulch all spots you should see during the day. BBQ at Jacks was the only good part of the tour, despite the armed guard in the restaurant. Being dropped off in town to walk the strip is something you can easily do on your own, don't need to pay a tour. Not worth the money or time.

This tour was not worth the money. 52.00 per person for a OK meal, time it took to get from pick up to Broadway downtown and back. Tour guide was fine as he provided insights into some of the more famous Nashville stars, but beyond that, was just OK.

The tour guide was great. The BBQ was tender and delicious. I just wished that as you were on the tour you could of stopped for a couple of minutes and taken pictures of some of the local attractions that we were shown.
