Great tour. The tour guide was really good. The only thing I would change is the length of time we had at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Had to hurry and still did not see everything. But all in all great tour.

Following other reviews, we chose to start our visit to Nashville with this tour. It was a great introduction and had stops at two of the places we were interested in seeing within our limited time in town. It allowed us to see a lot and plan the rest of the day accordingly. Big Jerry was super fun to have as our tour guide and had lots of information to share and stories to tell. Best part was they picked us up at our location which was closer to the Opryland hotel than downtown. This was a fun and informative introduction to Nashville.

This tour was well worth the price as it provides entry into the Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music hall of fame. Enough time to see both

Good over view of the city. Would like more time at the CM Hall of Fame

Excellent way to get a broad overview of Nashville in a few hours. My only complaint was the departure time listed on the tickets is not actually the departure time from the hotel -- it is up to 30 minutes earlier. We arrived a few minutes before the 1:30 departure time and discovered we missed the bus. It turns out that this info was listed on the second page with the tour itinerary, but it would have been much better if they listed a 1:00 to 1:30 departure time on the ticket instead of just 1:30. To their credit, we were able to get booked on a tour the next day at no extra charge.

James the driver was very professional. However, courtesy only goes so far when your tour bus fails to start. Basically, we got to about ½ of the stops, and only 30 minutes at the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The tour was ok, however I have been on tours through Viator with much better vans. Sat up front and could not see anything out the front windshield. Had to circle around the block a few times to pick up guests, wasted 15 minutes. The best part was the admission to the Ryman and the country hall of fame.

Covered a lot of ground. Good stops to the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame. Could have done on you own, but if you don’t have a lot of time, this a great way to get the full Nashville experience.

Our tour guide, Barry, was the best. He gave us interesting and humorous tidbits that greatly enhanced our tour. I would highly recommend this tour for your first tour of Nashville.

The tour was great--well curated and a good excursion for the price. However, there are some critiques. The driver was knowledgeable, kind and helpful, but drove entirely too fast along Hwy 40 into town--77 in a 55 is what my phone clocked. I'm from Florida, so I'm know stranger to crazy drivers, but in a large high-top bus, I found myself grabbing hold of the seat more often than not. The only other critique was the merely 45 minutes at the Ryman Auditorium, which was not enough time to get the full experience. However, would recommend if you are in a time crunch and want a good Nashville tour--Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame with drive-bys of the new Opry and Music Row.

City tour was good including the studio B tour. The visit to the Country Music Hall was not available_br/_ because a schedule conflict We arrived to the Ryman Auditorium and was told we had 15 minutes to_br/_ do that tour because it had to close doors to set up for an event. Don't recommend Viator for future_br/_ city tours. Should have been offered a refund or additional tours during our stay.

Definitely take this tour! Just visiting the Ryman makes it totally worth it, but you will see so much more. This was my first tour upon arriving in Nashville and it was a perfect introduction.
