Great tour. The tour guide was really good. The only thing I would change is the length of time we had at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Had to hurry and still did not see everything. But all in all great tour.

Following other reviews, we chose to start our visit to Nashville with this tour. It was a great introduction and had stops at two of the places we were interested in seeing within our limited time in town. It allowed us to see a lot and plan the rest of the day accordingly. Big Jerry was super fun to have as our tour guide and had lots of information to share and stories to tell. Best part was they picked us up at our location which was closer to the Opryland hotel than downtown. This was a fun and informative introduction to Nashville.

This tour was well worth the price as it provides entry into the Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music hall of fame. Enough time to see both

Excellent way to get a broad overview of Nashville in a few hours. My only complaint was the departure time listed on the tickets is not actually the departure time from the hotel -- it is up to 30 minutes earlier. We arrived a few minutes before the 1:30 departure time and discovered we missed the bus. It turns out that this info was listed on the second page with the tour itinerary, but it would have been much better if they listed a 1:00 to 1:30 departure time on the ticket instead of just 1:30. To their credit, we were able to get booked on a tour the next day at no extra charge.

James the driver was very professional. However, courtesy only goes so far when your tour bus fails to start. Basically, we got to about ½ of the stops, and only 30 minutes at the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The tour was ok, however I have been on tours through Viator with much better vans. Sat up front and could not see anything out the front windshield. Had to circle around the block a few times to pick up guests, wasted 15 minutes. The best part was the admission to the Ryman and the country hall of fame.

Covered a lot of ground. Good stops to the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame. Could have done on you own, but if you don’t have a lot of time, this a great way to get the full Nashville experience.

Our tour guide, Barry, was the best. He gave us interesting and humorous tidbits that greatly enhanced our tour. I would highly recommend this tour for your first tour of Nashville.

The tour was great--well curated and a good excursion for the price. However, there are some critiques. The driver was knowledgeable, kind and helpful, but drove entirely too fast along Hwy 40 into town--77 in a 55 is what my phone clocked. I'm from Florida, so I'm know stranger to crazy drivers, but in a large high-top bus, I found myself grabbing hold of the seat more often than not. The only other critique was the merely 45 minutes at the Ryman Auditorium, which was not enough time to get the full experience. However, would recommend if you are in a time crunch and want a good Nashville tour--Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame with drive-bys of the new Opry and Music Row.

It is our first time in Nashville . We took the tour our first morning here. James, our tour guide and driver, is excellent. He dies an excellent narrative telling us all about Nashville. The two stops at the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame were awesome. It is a great way to see Nashville.

City tour was good including the studio B tour. The visit to the Country Music Hall was not available_br/_ because a schedule conflict We arrived to the Ryman Auditorium and was told we had 15 minutes to_br/_ do that tour because it had to close doors to set up for an event. Don't recommend Viator for future_br/_ city tours. Should have been offered a refund or additional tours during our stay.

Definitely take this tour! Just visiting the Ryman makes it totally worth it, but you will see so much more. This was my first tour upon arriving in Nashville and it was a perfect introduction.

Tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. Enjoyed learning Nashville's history. Really enjoyed Ryman Auditorium. Would have been nice to be able to get off the bus for a few minutes at the Parthenon. Overall - I highly recommend this tour for someone unfamiliar with Nashville.

This tour didn't get off to a great start. In the information that was provided to me stated that Gray Line would pick us up at the Lobby 30 minutes before the tour was to start. However with us staying at the Opryland Hotel there are several lobbies and we were not at the correct one for pick up. Guide did contact me to let me know the bus was waiting on us, however we had to walk a good ways and with an elderly mother that didn't happen to fast. The guide was helpful however the others on the bus where not very nice. I know you can't help how others act but if we had been given the correct information we would have been on time.

Great tour well worth the cost. James was very considerate and most entertaining, with stories about every possible entertainer, as we drove throughout the music district. Stops at the Ryman and the Country Music Hall of Fame were well timed to see most, but not everything. Crowds were very light - no lines. Excellent time of the year to site-see.

This was great way to spend the morning and to see and hear some great history and fun facts about downtown Nashville. _br/_ Our host Barry, a native of Nashville who beamed with pride on his commentary of this great city was a lot of fun. The bus was warm and clean and our group of tourist was a blast. If you want a a cheap friendly and fun tour then give this a go. Cheers

Better to go with your own with hop on and off bus. Just moving around the city in the bus and no drop off at major sites.

Our guide, Barry, a Nashville native, was extremely knowledgeable. We insisted our 21-year old grandson, who lives in Nashville, join us for the tour. He was reluctant. He learned facts from Barry that he never knew! He thoroughly enjoyed the 3.5 hour tour. I highly recommend this tour to learn about the beautiful city of Nashville. Be sure to ask for Barry!

We were disappointed with our tour. Our driver tried to take us to two different parks that we couldn't access due to special events being set up which wasted a lot of time. Our 45 minutes at the Ryman Auditorium consisted of a 15 minute wait to get in and then after a short but very good video presentation, we only had 15 minutes to tour the entire auditorium! Our visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame was only 1 hour previously they had allowed 1 1/2 hours. This tour was not worth 65! I would never recommend this tour again.

Kim our pleasant tour bus driver was excellent. Very knowledgeable and on time. She knew the local history. We were told what to expect and what to see, with plenty of time at each stop. She offered suggestions where to eat evenings in various restaurants. Price was well worth the 3 1/2 hours. Would highly recommend this small Discover Nashville Tour 3131DN.

Very nice consolidated tour of Nashville. Rosie was excellent. She provided great insight to the Nashville area. I could have skipped the Country Music Hall of Fame for a visit to the Grand Ole Opry or the opportunity to walk around the Parthenon area.

This was an amazing experience, and definitely worth it! Bus driver knew a lot of information about history of buildings and people associated with them. He had so many interesting stories to tell! The RCA Studio B tour was substituted for the Country Music Hall of Fame, but this tour was unique and in some ways was better and has more history, than the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Ryman Auditorium was closing early, on the day of our tour, but our bus driver managed to gain entrance to the stage and gift shop, for us, by doing a little begging. Our tour guide and bus driver definitely went the extra mile for our group.

Very professional and knowledgeable tour driver. Our driver, Big Jerry, was simply great his knowledge base of the city and it's history was invaluable. After the tour, we realized we needed more time in Nashville to appreciate the city as a whole. I will most certainly use GreyLine Tours in the future.

This tour covered all of Nashville and was planned well. Stops at the Ryman Auditorium and the Hall of Fame allowed enough time to get the flavor and linger a bit. Our guide was well informed with a good sense of humor. You might even think about combining this with their walking tour of the downtown.

This was a fantastic an easy way to have a tour around Nashville. Guide was great and made us all feel welcome. Only down fall is that you just don't have enough time at the Country Music Hall of fame. All in all well worth the money.
