This tour was okay, but not great. I certainly know more about New Orleans than I did before, but it was just bland. Our bus driver/guide, Jude, was a very nice man and easy to hear, and some of his stories were interesting. BUT, he spoke very quickly in one run-on sentence, making it hard to understand sometimes. The worst thing was this: During his description of a sight or building, he would say, And up here is so and so, never saying if it was on our left or on our right. He would also point out things from HIS point of view in the front of the bus. So by the time those of us in the middle or back of the bus went by the sight, we would have already forgotten his commentary. He also began repeating his lame jokes and phrases. I have taken numerous City Tours, and this is probably the worst. Maybe there's just not enough to see in this city from a bus. And maybe Jude should be given some tips on his delivery.

The tour was exciting. This tour was very entertaining. Our bus driver/tour guide I believe his name was Glenn gave nonstop information about the city infused with history, jokes, and pop culture tidbits. We stopped at St. Louis No 3 Cemetary and the City Park/Sculpture Garden. This tour is a great way to see the city, including the outskirts of the French Quarter.

Our tour started out nice but then turned blase: our bus was nice, clean and cool when we first started out on the tour which was nice for the hot and humid day however, the air conditioning system failed and it became uncomfortable. Our driver and tour guide kinda kept us informed and traded for another bus about half way through the tour. Secondly, our tour guide was a kind gentleman but we didn't really enjoy his sense of humor. Concerning Viator, we were sent an email for a 10 discount when we purchased the tickets. When the discount wasn't applied to the purchased I reached out and filed a claim for the 10 - that was over a week ago and I haven't received a credit yet.

Tour guide, Jude, spoke very fast so it was hard to get all of the information he was sharing with us. Otherwise, it took us by some interesting places. I wish that they had taken the time we spent at city park 30 minutes and cut it down a little so we could have spent more than 10 minutes at the cemetery.

Really entertaining driver who clearly had lots of knowledge about NOLA. Saw lots of landmark buildings from the bus and stopped at a cemetery and city park. Would have liked to have got out more but in the time we had it wasn't possible. That said, we were given a running commentary throughout and were able to take pics from the bus. The windows were really clean too which meant I could take behind glass._br/_ Thanks to the driver for this glowing recommendation of revisiting city park. We went again under our own steam and weeere so glad we did. The sculpture garden was fab.

The tour was pretty good, but our driver didn't seem to know much about the history of the area. He was informed re: the cemeteries. We had the opportunity to walk throughout one cemetery interesting. If you take this tour on your first day, as we did, you will find areas that may interest you and you can return to them at your leisure. For that reason I would recommend this tour.

I was frankly disappointed with the Gray Line New Orleans City Bus Tour. We did go to all of the places mentioned on the description, but there was very little information given by the tour guide/bus driver. New Orleans is one of the most interesting cities in the world and there is so much to tell but essentially he only said where we were without any anecdotes or extra information. There was no mention of Katrina or voodoo, very little about Mardi Gras, and almost nothing about music. It was one of the most boring tours I have ever taken, and I expected it to be one of the most interesting. I wish we had had a different guide because I hear that Gray Line is usually very good.The rest of our time in New Orleans was fantastic!

Five Star. However, this is no three hour tour- not even close. Our tour guide , Kindrell, was entertaining and knew his history. Think of this as a Priceline concept. You get the name and itinerary after you pay the moolahs. The price paid is no phenomenonal deal. Better to get it day of IMO.NOLA : Gray Line bus tours.

Jude was our driver/tour guide and he was horrible. He obviously had held this job way too long, because he talked 90 miles an hour with no breathing in between words! He talked about his upbringing and his personal views almost as much as the tour destinations. Two hours of him was torture. After so much a person tends to stop paying attention, thus missing important information. The destination highlighted was never clearly pointed out and by the time you figured it out by bits and pieces it was too late! Not worth my money! He did have a good sense of humor, but because he talked so much, nobody cared. He even made a comment about how we were a lively bunch! He had the whole bus bored to death! The guy sitting across from me slept through it!

The problem with this tour was both the bus and the guide. For openers the bus was NOT a coach bus. As a result, the driver's seat was a full level below us and we could not even see him. And even worse, we could barely hear for 50 of the tour! Secondly, the guide served as BOTH the driver and the guide - obviously a bad start that only got worse. Lastly, the driver/tour guide spoke far too fast and had usually passed the site of interest before we could even figure out what he was talking about! Never again will we take a city tour under these circumstances.

OUR guide KENDRAIL, not sure if I spelled it correctly, incorporated humor, history and plenty of secrets of New Orleans in this BEAUTIFULLY guided tour through the STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL Crescent City. Kendrail pointed out little known facts the entire time. I almost never wanted the tour to end. Kendrail is a WONDERFUL tour guide. I even booked another tour that he ONLY drove for, wished that he had that tour but having him on the bus was just as nice. I HIGHLY recommend this tour to one and to all. EXPERIENCE NEW ORLEANS the BESY way on the Motor coaches, roomy and air-conditioned. Kendrail is the BEST tour guide.

If some wants to go on holiday for a bit of life plenty to see ,travel on trams then New Orleans is the place to go ,a little bit to much music in some areas ,I booked this tour and the river trip before i left england ,had i had waited until i got there i would not have got on it as it was sold out being it was a weekend ,best way to see the area if you are only there for a few days
