The driver could have been a little more professional. She did not answer several of our questions, but did stop once to let us look at the view. We were taken safely from the Buffalo Airport to Sheraton Hotel on the Canadian side.

Our driver Dave was wonderful! From the moment we saw our name on his greeting card to hotel drop off he was informative, courteous and just a heck of a nice person. He knew how to get around and saved us time when the Rainbow Bridge into Niagara Falls was backed up and we took another route with little to no waiting time. My highest rating to him! Sedan was clean and water was available to us. Great experience!

Very good service, arrived at Buffalo where driver was waiting for us smartly dressed and holding a sign with our name on. Driver help collect our cases and proceeded to lead us to the car which to our surprise was a stretch limo, nice way to arrive at the hotel. Journey was smooth and border crossing even smoother with no waiting. Would use this service myself again so would recommend to anyone.

Driver was on time. This was a stress-free transfer from airport, crossing the border and drop off to the hotel. Driver was friendly, gave us tips about the area. It was a bit pricey but it was worth the money.

This transfer was fantastic. When we came down the escalator at Buffalo Dave was waiting , impeccably dressed and holding up a sign for us. He loaded all our luggage and settled the four of us into the luxury SUV, he was a great driver and told us a lot about the area on the journey, he handled the passports at the border in a friendly efficient way, Would use this service and Dave again .

This transfer service is great, No worries about where you are going and getting lost etc. One down side to our arrival was I requested a limo for our special occasion and although the driver (Diane) was very nice, the car smelled like an ashtray - very disapointing start to our trip. Diane was great about pointing things out in the area as she took us to the hotel.

My flight from LA to Chicago was delayed as such I missed my connecting flight from Chicago to Buffalo Niagara. I called the transport/transfer company as soon as I got to Chicago O'Hare airport after learning that the airline needed to re-book me on an alternative flight, and reschedule the pick-up time from 3:30pm to 11:30 pm.

Our driver was prompt and picked us up at our hotel. Took us on a scenic ride (different than the drive coming in from the airport) and pointed out landmarks and historical markers. Very friendly and professional. Wonderful not to have any driving hassels to worry about either before or after your vacation!
