After complimentary pickup from your Nice hotel, your small-group day trip to Eze and Monaco will begin with a scenic drive along the Mediterranean coast. Stop to see the panoramic views over Nice before visiting the medieval village of Eze, perched up high with craft shops and breathtaking views. While in Eze, you'll take a guided tour of a traditional perfumery.
You’ll then leave France and cross the border into Monaco, where your visit to the Old Town of Monte Carlo includes free time to see the palace (open April to October), the changing of the guard, the cathedral and the Cousteau Oceanographic Museum (additional cost).
Continue your tour of Monte Carlo with a lap on the famous roads used for the Formula One Grand Prix. You will then have free time at Casino Square to do some luxury shopping, see the stunning gardens and mega-yachts in the harbor or simply watch beautiful people at play in their favorite haunt.
You'll then take a drive along the spectacular coastline of the Lower Corniche between Nice and Monaco, past tranquil villages, modern marinas and the Villefranche bay and citadel, as you return to your hotel in Nice.
Your minivan is limited to just eight people, ensuring you receive personalized service from your English-speaking guide.

Our driver was awful. He missed turns including the highway, went the wrong way down a one way road, too fast over speed bumps, had to go around the roundabout twice, poor shifting, hit multiple curbs and little to no information about the sights. We were hurried at each location. For instance, we only had 40 minutes within Monte Carlo Casino, barely enough time to clear security, and coat check, much less see the casino or play games. The tour guide basically dropped us off at the locations, and the rest was on our own.

Fascinating small group tour. Carolina provided an excellent narrative of each site we visited and answered questions through out the day. She spoke English very well and loud enough for passengers in the back of the van. At the end of the tour we all chose Eze as the most interesting place we visited. Driving the Grand Prix F1 track was fun while listening to Carolina describe the city, people and money that flows in during the race. Expect to buy perfume or soaps at the end of the Fragonard tour, they have a great gift shop. Remember to tip your guide, whether on a fishing boat in Alaska, a class 4 white water rafting trip, or visiting historical sites in insane traffic.

There is a lot to see in such a short time - Eze was magical, the perfume factory tour was very informative and fragrant : and Monaco at the end was also interesting. We had a great time! Our host was very accommodating and knowledgable. Highly recommended!

Miscommunication by driver with some passengers - had to go back and pick up missed passengers - wasted a lot of time so only had 20 minutes in Eze which was very disappointing as that was a place I especially wanted to visit - driver was going to show us some things on the way back but the clutch on the van broke down and we had to wait over an hour in one place hot too for a replacement driver who drove us directly back to Nice without showing us what we had missed. A very frustrating and disappointing day. The driver didn't seem too concerned about it either which was annoying - no real apology. In hindsight we should have complained more right away and insisted we get a tour to Eze another day as we ended up having enough time in Nice.

Fantastic day trip. Eze is such a quaint beautiful town with picturesque view and pretty paths. Spend some money to go to the garden on the hill. _br/_ Monaco is such a great city/country, very wealthy with beautiful view of the Med sea.

Picked up at our accomodation out of Nice town centre and travelled by small van visiting Eze, perfume factory, Monaco, Monte Carlo with our young lady driver/guide giving very interesting info about Nice and the places we visited in excellent English. Well worth doing this tour - only comments that it may have been even more interesting if guide had accompanied us during time we were wandering around old town in Monaco with more info.

This is an excellent tour. Our guide, Justin, was perfect. He provided lots of background and historical and other interesting information and always asked for our input on what to see and what he should talk about. He was wonderful at answering questions about Nice and environs not related to the tour itself. The most interesting part of the tour, for us, was all the great viewing places. Be sure and go to the top in Eze and pay the modest fee--the view is superb. The timing was great throughout the day. I enjoyed the perfume factory tour as did my husband, he just did not buy anything. We especially enjoyed the Monaco Aquarium and had plenty of time to see it, as well as have lunch and walk around. We are not gamblers but the visit to Monte Carlo was fun also.

This was a wonderful tour, I highly recommend this for anyone who is spending any time on the south coast of France. Pretty much all of the south of France is fantastic and beautiful. And contrary to what you've heard most everyone we met was very nice. Our tour guide was friendly and helpful and gave good advice to best enjoy all the stops. Be sure to buy yourself a few items at the Fragonard perfumer, our experience with their products are that they are so superior to anything you would pick up at a department store you won't believe the difference. Monaco, is definitely a place for the very wealthy, all you have to do is look around at some of the cars, while there I saw at least two or three cars that were worth 3 mill each. Take the time to go to the aquarium it's fantastic, and while you are there near the aquarium check in at City Hall and talk to the very nice young lady at the front desk and get a Monaco stamp in your passport, not many people have one of those and fun to lord it over your friends that also travel a lot.

Our chauffeur was charming and knowledgeable on the areas we visited but that was all it was a very expensive taxi! We could have easily done this ourselves by taking the bus at a 10th of the price.We arrived back in Nice at 16h00 not at the time stated when we booked the trip.

This was the best way to see Monaco, we bought Hop on and off in Monaco which was a waste of money by the time we ate we had to go back and meet the driver, so wasted money for that.

This was a great tour, there was no way we could do this by ourselves and see what we did. Because of traffic our driver Joe was a little late in picking us up but made it up by running the tour longer. Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly, and kept us entertained with all the information about the area. I would give him an A. He was very flexible when anyone had a request. There were 7 of us in the van and we all got along well and had a good time thanks to Joe, as well as having a very enjoyable and informative tour, again thanks to Joe.

Matilda was very informative and a great driver. She translated beautifully in both English and Spanish and gave a thorough explanation of the history of each site we visited. It was really a great tour and the small group really made it that much better. I was a little worried during pick up because there would be both English and French speakers on the tour which is not surprising, and I was afraid that while the guide was explaining what to look at in French as we were driving that we would already be past it once it was repeated in English, but the guide Matilda had it timed out perfectly that you didn't miss any explanation. Eze was a super cute old town basically built into a mountain. It was very steep walking around it, but if you went slow, it wasn't that bad this is coming from someone who is very out of shape and gets winded quickly. The perfume tour was interesting, but they do spend half the time trying to sell you product, but they aren't pushy about it, so it was fine. Monaco was also beautiful. You have plenty of time to walk around Old Town and to have lunch and shop, which is nice. I could have used a little more time in Monte Carlo to make it worth while to pay to go into the casino, but it was still nice just walking around there too. I would highly recommend this tour. I also think the full day was just enough time.

We were picked up from our hotel and greeted by a beautiful lady - Cendrine. She was informative, friendly and made the day magical. Our first stop was at Eze which provided stunning views of the coastline. There just wasn't enough time there unfortunately, but we had more to see and do so the time we had there gave us a good taste of the town. Next was the Perfumery that was interesting. We were dropped off at the Palace in Monaco and had plenty of time to visit the palace, church and museum as well as a bite to eat for lunch. Next a lap of the grand prix track before stopping for a quick visit to the casino. A fabulous day in the comfort of a mini van. Well worth the experience

Fantastic trip, though would have been 4 stars were it not for Rolf, our tour guide. He was fantastic, informative and funny. I enjoyed getting back into the car to hear more of his stories!_br/_ Eze is beautiful, and Monaco also._br/_ My recommendation for Tour Azur is to remove the visit to the perfumery so people can spend more time exploring Eze. The perfumery tour involved 10 minutes explaining how perfumes are made, and then sitting us down and trying to sell us products for the next 10 minutes. I've never seen such a thing on what's supposed to be a tour._br/_ Other than that, it's a great trip. Air conditioned car/mini-bus with tinted windows, very clean. And Rolf is the man!

AMAZING! What a trip- The tour guide was so lovely and wonderful. I didn't understand that you were supposed to call the day before to get your pick up time- So viator gave me a ring and she circled back for me. Didn't hold up the trip at all but now I know call in advance. The trip was wonderful. I didn't have to go to the perfumery so I sat that part of the trip out. I would highly recommend the day long trip get as much out of it as possible.

There was a half day option for this tour, but we recommend the full day tour as you had more time in Monaco to visit the palace and the oceanographic museum. Also the guide Pierre was very knowledgeable and a good laugh the whole day!

This was a very enjoyable day trip. The guide Christina sp? was very knowledgeable and helpful. I personally would have enjoyed more time in Eze, but that is not a complaint. I really liked Monaco, especially the part with the gardens, palace and cathedral. Monte Casino is interesting to see, but I'm not a gambler so the other parts of the trip were more interesting to me.

This was a great tour ... however.... the tour guide Pierre made it an AWESOME tour !!!_br/_ Pierre brought so much information, insight and personal knowledge about the Nice, Monaco and_br/_ Monte Carlo areas that we ended up feeling as though we had received more of a tour than we_br/_ actually paid for !!! The tour was excellent. The guide stopped at some beautiful places along the Riviera to take Panasonic photos. Eze was well worth seeing. And I'm glad we got to go to the perfume factory, it was one of the best. Monaco and Monte Carlo were just over the top wealth, I'm glad I saw it and had some time to watch all the cars navigate the hairpin on the F1 track._br/_ I had considered taking the train from Nice, but I'm glad I chose the tour instead, it was money well spent.

Pierre our driver and guide was excellent and very entertaining, his knowledge was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the medieval village of Eze and the Fragonard perfume factory was very interesting and we love the products we purchased from the factory. We liked the time we had to venture and explore by ourselves. The views were spectacular. We especially enjoyed having plenty of time to wander around the Cousteau Oceanographic Museum which was amazing and definitely worth a visit. Thank you Pierre for a fabulous day.
