A major feature of the 55,000 hectare Great Sandy National Park is the Noosa River with associated tributaries, lakes and wetlands. Experience the magnificent reflections mirrored the dark tranquil waters of the upper Noosa River, known as the Everglades.
This Noosa River cruising experience includes afternoon tea at Harry's Hut. Sit back or explore this historic loggers camp as you enjoy your afternoon tea.
The specially designed all weather boat, cruises at 26 knots across the lakes, then coasts along at 6 knots within the Everglades. The boats have large viewing windows so you can easily enjoy the views as you cruise by.
Lovely scenery through the waterways. Able to go up front of boat at certain points during the trip. Driver pointed out animals etc. Tea stop too short. Would not have time to swim and have tea. 24 people on boat and only 2 bottles of wine so be quick! Hard seats and very bouncy at points.

We had a free upgrade to the day trip, thank you Viator. Lovely trip, very good value for money. Free pick up and return to various locations available. Very knowledgeable guide, great cooks too. BBQ was . The Everglades are so peaceful, reflections amazing. The young people certainly enjoyed the kayaking. Highly recommend and would do it again.

The tour guide Heinie was superb , his friendliness and commentary were outstanding. The Everglades are a wonderful experience. However the boat was disappointing and the seats on the boat were uncomfortable and needed replacing. A loudspeaker on the boat would assist in hearing at the rear of the boat.

Noosa's unknown secret! This was a truly amazing experience and the afternoon tea cruise is by far the vest option in able to see the everglades at it's best as the water will be mostly still from other boats and canoe's. Our guide was fantastic, we didn't really know what to expect initially but was absolutely phenomenal. This is a must do when in Noosa.

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the full day tour for this event and in hindsight a day is a good option. A marvellous tour that is so peaceful with a suspenseful silence that makes you wonder what you will see next. The tour is all about the journey back as this is where you catch the stunning reflections of the trees on the river. It truly is something to witness with your own eyes. The barbecue that consisted of fish or steak was really great. This was one of the best tours I have ever been on and if visiting Noosa should be the first thing on your list.

Very interesting trip and well worth doing. Bill was our guide for the journey and did a great job. Very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. However I think the boat is overdue for a refurbishment. The seats are not the most comfortable ones I have ever sat in.

Absolutulely wonderful tea cruise and I cannot rate it highly enough. Both stimulating and tranquil, a highly complex area to visit, and truly an honour, and guided in a relaxed and informative way.
