Your Oahu parasailing adventure departs from the Hawaii Kai Shopping Center in Honolulu. You can show up anytime between 9am and 2:30pm (rides depart every 30 minutes and are included in the price), or opt for pickup from your Waikiki hotel at your pre-selected departure time.
Your experienced guide will give you a safety briefing to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone. The boat can hold six passengers plus your guide, and observers are welcome, so you can bring the whole family along if you wish. Cruising along Maunalua Bay, enjoy beautiful views of Honolulu, the Hawaii Kai coastline, Koko Crater, Koko Head and the Ko’olau Mountain Range.
After your 20-minute boat ride to the parasail launch point, you’ll spend about 45 minutes on the water letting people take turns riding. Be sure to wear a swimsuit and bring a camera and re-sealable plastic bag to keep your belongings dry on the boat.
Choose from two rides below. Each tandem flight is 8- to 10-minutes long.
Standard Ride
This ride takes you 500 feet (152 meters) high, and is ideal for riders looking for a calmer experience.
Extreme Ride
Opt for the extreme parasail ride to soar 700 feet (213 meters) above the water. The views are unbeatable on this ultimate parasailing experience. Not for the faint of heart!
Your guide will lower you so you can take a momentary dip in the water just before landing. After your ride, cruise back to shore and browse the digital photos and GoPro digital videos that captured your entire flight. These are available for purchase as a special memento of your Oahu vacation!

The most exhilarating, fearful, and fun experience of my life! Staff was courteous, nice, attentive, and made sure we were safe! it was a little bit of a hassle going from boat to boat, to get to the boat that actually took us parasailing, but we had a great time! Oh and the view once we up, was breathtaking! Worth every penny! Not for those who have a fear of heights!

I was disappointed in our parasailing adventure. We were not advised when we booked that this trip would require us to transfer offshore from a water taxi to our parasailing boat. It was very windy and the water was choppy which made it very difficult for the older members of my party to make the transfer without effort. The captain did not seem confident of our safety and seemed concerned when our twosomes were taking their ride due to the wind conditions. I have parasailed in the past with Extreme Parasail and will probably go back o them the next time I visit.

Guides were terrific - patience, courteous, helpful, encouraging... office staff went out of their way to fit us in so we wouldn't lose our opportunity, and parasailing in Hawaii - magical! It was almost as if we were alone in the world and able to enjoy a special peace that doesn't exist anywhere else. Almost ethereal! This was a great company to go parasailing with! _br/_
The shuttle was on time, the driver was friendly and the trip itself wasn't very long from Waikiki. At the time I arrived at the office they were trying to wrangle a huge family into multiple boat excursions and were having a terrible time getting cooperation. Despite these stressful circumstances they were very nice and sorted my single request through the mess very efficiently. I only had to wait about ten minutes before they had a boat for me to join. The two-man boat crew was very welcoming._br/_
The parasailing itself was wonderful! A simple set-up, a few basic safety guidelines and you're flying! Definitely got my 8-10 minutes airborn with spectacular views and felt completely safe the entire time. Start to finish it was very easy, nothing stressful or upsetting in the entire process. This is the kind of thing anybody could do without concern (providing the winds aren't super high). _br/_
Afterwards back at the office they let me see my photos and watch my video, then choose whether I wanted photos, video or both. I took the photos by themselves and only had to wait about 5 minutes before I got the CD. _br/_
The shuttle ride back comes at scheduled times and dropped me back off right where I started.
