This tour was just okay. To begin with, it was a little too crowded. Too many people trying to do everything and all it accomplished was very long and slow lines. The food was just okay. The activities were kind of boring as well. The location, on the other hand, was superb! The ocean views were just spectacular. The show was very, very difficult to see, since we were sitting in the back at a diagonal table, as a matter of fact. Add to that the people who were felt entitled to stand up just so they could get the perfect video ended up ruining the show even more. Oh, did I mention that it started pouring right in the middle of the show?? Well, you can't argue with mother nature, but that didn't help this experience in the slightest. In my opinion, if you can find a better a.k.a., less crowded Luau somewhere else, go for it. My family did enjoy the experience more so than I did, that's why I'm giving it three stars...

This was a great experience and the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating was when I asked the driver if this was the bus I was suppose to be on, he kinda got a lil' attitude with me. He told me it does say Paradise Cove doesn't it. But there were so many buses picking up at the time that I wasn't sure that it was this one and we had some other confusion with buses on a previous outing. : Other than his smart mouth, Cousin FiFi sp? was great. Really enjoyed his humor and his conversation. The luau was beautiful. I would suggest you catch the sunset before the luau. The entertainment was awesome. So blessed to have experienced this.

I have only been to one other luau but, this was by far the best. The pork was amazing and the sides were good too. Our bus guide Rich was very good, he took the time to memorize everyone’s name on the bus, and he was very funny and engaging as well. The show is amazing, one of the best fire sword.

We picked recently did this Luau and were very pleased with our booking. Everything about the event went as planned with no surprises. Our evening was beautiful and the event grounds were truly amazing. Set right near the water with a beautiful sunset to view. The grounds were very spacious and well taken care of .We were shown to our seats promptly so we could set anything down we did not want to carry. The before dinner activities were fun and interesting to take part in. The areas to go for drinks were never too lined up and we were always served promptly. _br/_ The meals was well organized and the food was very good. _br/_ The show itself was well done and very entertaining._br/_ Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone interested in doing a Luau.

Picked up from a nearby hotel, which was five minutes away. The hostess, her minders and the driver were all very friendly and everybody becomes a cousin. It's about 30 minutes out to Paradise Cove from Waikiki, but they kept the journey amusing by telling stories and speaking to all the guests. Once you get to Paradise Cove it all becomes a bit commercial - depending on how much you paid you get streamed through different things - Leis, Photographs, Free drinks cards etc. There are several traditional sports events, some music and other entertainment. The bar serves premix cocktails or beers soft drinks are available, and they do check ages. There is then the buffet and the main show - traditional dances and a fire show. It is all together a very professionally put together show and evening of entertainment. At the end of the evening its back onto the bus and a drive back into the city. Would I recommend it? Yes, but only if you can't get to the Polynesian Centre on the other side of the island.

We where told it would take 45 minutes and it took 2 hours it was a Friday and the locals know the traffic is bad.We did not have time to do the crafts and then we where rushed to eat.I went up for a second plate and most of the food was gone.The only desserts left was the end of a cake and coconut jello.I want someone to contact me as I feel ripped off.How would anyone feel if they where at a buffet and it shut down before you finished eatingThe coffee and tea was also gone.Had to get all the drinks at once.There was no one to ask as the show was starting.The show was really good and was thankful for raincoats.Was disappointed to hear others talk of how good one dessert was as they all had 4-5 of it!!!!Was rushed to get in line to buy our picture at the end!!!!

This was our 2nd time doing this tour. This time around we took our 2 small children, 4 and 1yrs. Although we still thoroughly enjoyed it the price has gone up allot since 3yrs ago and for the money you are charged I don’t think it was worth it. But for 1st timers you will love it. Food was amazing.

A must do for any traveler to Hawaii. Food was great, location amazing. They have this timed perfectly that when the Hula dancers begin, the sun is setting behind them creating a fabulous picture and telling a story while creating a great memory. What a great evening we had here. A beautiful backdrop. Would definitely return. Wonderful hospitality from Paradise Cove. We chose the standard luau, with 12 cove card, only draw back is you get to the buffet last however there is plenty of food once you get there. Best pulled pork on the island. Entertainment was fabulous. Transportation to and from was perfect arrived on time and returned promptly to Waikiki.

Entertainment a bit predictable. Some activites to watch and join in. Plenty of food but too many people all wanting to queue up at the same time. Drinks on the small side. Thought it went on a bit too long as once the sun had set we had to sit out the stage act. Probably a bit overpriced for what was on offer. Personally, wouldn't go again as not worth the money.

This is a must!! We had 2 children, 6 and 10. They made their own lei bracelets, we got a cocktail on arrival, there were so many activities and the food was plentiful!! We even got a $25 drink card to use at the bar on whatever we liked! The dancers were the best I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot!

Our family of 4 loved the entire luau experience. Pick up from a nearby hotel was quick and easy, the whole thing was professional from beginning to end. Our family loved getting a canoe ride in the cove, and the entertainment was awesome. The food was plentiful and delicious. What a gorgeous, gorgeous place. My wife and I went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. On Wednesday, 13 September 2017, my wife and I went to the Paradise Cove Luau. It started with a bus ride from a nearby hotel. Once onboard the bus we were greeted by Rich and Captain Sexy. Rich was enthusiastic and full of positive energy. After everyone was on the tour bus Rich personally came by and spoke with each guest. After doing so he went to the front of the bus and recited everyone on the buss name and where they were sitting by memory. Out of 57 people he remembered everyones name, it was quite impressive. On the way to Paradise Cove Rich explained to us the different activities that would be happening upon our arrival. Captain Sexy made the ride safe, Rich made the ride entertaining by keeping us laughing. Once arriving a Paradise Cove we took pictures with dancers. The show was incredible! Throughout the show Rich would come by to make sure everyone was having a good time. The shows were entertaining! One recommendation if you choose to go to Paradise Cove go hungry! There is lots of food!

This is a great luau. We only went one night. The food was excellent and it is right be the water, which added to the atmosphere.
