I had trouble booking my transfer from a Pattaya Hotel to a Bangkok Hotel. The online reservation system would not accept my booking unless I added information about my flight number and time (even though I was not transferring to the airport) but did not give any area for adding the flight date. Needless to say that when I confirmed my booking by phone which took two attempts because the staff member was not answering the phone during office hours, the woman had booked me in for a transfer to the airport - not my Bangkok hotel. It was also a nuisance having to try to get someone to print out my voucher as I was away from home and did not have a printer. The pick up was booked for 1pm but he turned up at 11.15am - lucky I was packed and ready to go. The actual trip back was fine.

There was a big problem with transfer. Local provider in Pattaya is very unprofessional. 2 days of my holiday were full of nervousness. They knew nothing about my transfer. Btw driver was excelent.

Rating far below the normal score for Tour Asia. The reason being that they turned up at the hotel 2 hours earlier than my schedule specified! Apparently they thought the later time would not allow for enough time to get me to the airport, fine but nobody told me! Being awakened at 7.15am to be told my transport had arived was a bit of a shock. Mai pen rai, as they say. After a quick chat to the driver all was good again, he agreed to give me time to shower and get ready and off we went. Arriving at the airport, I might add a good three hours before my flight was due to leave!
