The crew and the pilot Jeremy is very friendly. The viator website needs to state that children above 12kg will be charged A50. It is not based on age. My son is 2 years old and we had to pay A50 as he is above 12kg. The tour of 15mins includes briefing time, so do note that it does not means 15mins of flight time.

I bought the tickets as a present I was very disappointed when I was told they never flew over the perth city or kings park as advertised on your website! We paid a lot of money, you did not deliver that is false advertising. I believe I should be compensated in some way.

loved the upgrade and Dave the pilot was very informative on the flight regarding not justvthe route but also the craft....we were welcomed by a very helpful young lady at the reception who took myself and my sister to the craft through the hanger.

Even being a Perth-ite it was great seeing the city, the coast and Freo from the air. And I just loved seeing the view from a helicopter!!! I could've stayed up there longer! I'll have to do it again when the clouds aren't in the way or perhaps a longer tour.
