This tour is seasonal and operates from April to November only.
This was a great experience to get an overview of the historic sites in Philadelphia. Our tour guide, Jessica, did a great job of providing us the history of the area while making the experience fun for all ages.

Our Guide was awesome. He brought history to life with passion. He was extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend this valuable tour down History Lane any day. We jumped off Amtrak on our way to New York from Washington DC and had plenty of time to jump back on.

Only complaint I have is that our tour cut right in the middle of the Gay Pride Festival that was going on in the same area. I could barely hear anything that our tour guide was saying over the music and people. I'm from out of town so we had no idea that the festival was going on that day and there was no indication on the website that this would be occuring during the time we booked the tour. Had we known it was going on we wouldn't have booked at that time. But still was very interesting and informative! Our guide Connor was excellent

This was a great way to get a quick overview of historical places around Independence Square. This is not a tour where you go into any of the buildings. But this tour can help you plan which you would like to come back to and explore more fully. Our guide, Emily did a great job providing information on the many different places we visited. You could tell this was her first season of doing this tour because she could not answer many of the extra questions people had about the places we visited. But, her friendliness, charm and enthusiasm made for a very good tour!

Very informative smallish tour. Philadelphia's historic parts are best seen on foot. Our guide sorry, forgotten her name! was well-versed in the history and also had some good recommendations for places to eat. This didn't feel rushed and she didn't sound like she was trotting out a rehearsed script.

Great way to experience the history of America! Very insightful and complete walking tour takes you past many of the most important buildings and locations that played major roles in the founding of the United States in what was its largest city at the time, Philadelphia. Our guide gave an interesting narrative which helped put all the places and people in context. Highly recommend!

This tour was an excellent way to get an overview of Philadelphia's historic area. I was worried when I saw the large size of our group but our guide made sure that we could all hear what she was saying. She had lots of interesting information and was very entertaining. You don't actually go in to see anything but get a quick look so that you can decide what is worth returning to later.

The tour guide did a good job but needs to brush up on her history. The capital of the United States was not Philadelphia but New York City between the time the Constitution was signed and moving to DC.

This tour was all we expected and more. The guide was very informative and open to questions from every guest. The route was easy to navigate and he even pointed out a few things that were not part of the tour that were of interest to the group. Even our 11 year old was able to share historical facts and information based on the contents of this tour. This is one that I would recommend even for folks that live in the immediate area.
