The narrated aerial tour will take you to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, home of the Hualapai Reservation. You’ll enjoy a tour to Eagle Point, Native American cultural performances, lunch on the canyon rim, hiking, amazing views of the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon, a boat ride on the river, and admission to the Grand Canyon Skywalk – an exhilarating platform over the edge of the canyon. This all-inclusive adventure will leave you with unforgettable experiences and memories of America’s most iconic piece of natural beauty.
Your comprehensive Grand Canyon day trip begins as you fly in a Cessna airplane to the West Rim of the canyon. As you listen to the narration, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views of the canyon and other fabulous Arizona landscapes. Have lunch at Guano Point (included) on the rim of the Grand Canyon, and do a little hiking if you wish. The views of the canyon and the Colorado River a mile below are spectacular.
During the tour, you’ll visit Eagle Point and a village of authentic Native American homes; enjoy a Native American cultural performance; and walk out on the Skywalk – the canyon’s most exciting attraction. This platform extends out over the edge of the canyon, providing heart-racing views of the canyon floor beneath you.
Also included is a seven-minute helicopter ride down to the floor of the canyon, where you’ll walk briefly to the edge of the Colorado River and hop on a pontoon boat for a leisurely 15-minute ride on the water. The canyon cliffs will tower above you as you soak in the incredible beauty. Your flight back to the rim of the canyon will reconnect you with your airplane pilot for your return flight to Phoenix.
Aircraft Information:
Aircraft used are Cessna Caravans and T207's. These high winged airplanes are perfect for flightseeing and picture taking.
Every passenger has a window seat for unobstructed views of the spectacular sights below.

Our trip was amazing and so fun. It was pretty windy and chilly while we were there but everything from meeting our tour company to the pilot, plane and helicopter ride to the pontoon boat and the skywalk was great. If there was any disappointment at all it was the skywalk. The skywalk is not as big as I expected from seeing professional pictures but it was still super fun.

I came to Phoenix to visit my son for his Birthday. I wanted to do something special and we both had never been to the Grand Canyon.The_br/_ Westwind Air Service went out of their way to make this special for us. Thank you Karla. Great flight to Grand Canyon. Lots to see to and from. Helicopter ride into the Canyon thrilling. The boat ride on Colorado River really puts all in prospective. The Skywalk was thrilling. Lunch was good and great opportunity to walk around after lunch. Having the pilot guide us through all of this was very important because signage is not always clear to understand where to go. I would recommend this trip. Also does not take all day like other bus /van trips. My son and I now have a lovely memory to cherish with great photos too.

Excellent. In a short period of time we went to Grand Canyon by plane, then by helicopter down to the colorado river and after all by boat. We take lunch and visit the skywalk. Then back to Phoenix. Overall it took 7 hours. Very good for those one that do not have much time. Everything perfect and everyone from the staff was very kind. Recomend.

Fantastic tour - worth every penny. Flight was neat in 9-seat plane to Grand Canyon via Sedona. Amazing scenery from the air. Helicopter tour into canyon and boat ride gave much different perspective from viewing canyon at rim. Skywalk was scary when looking down almost 2000 feet, but has to be experienced. Pilot was very pleasant and helpful and coordinated the entire day. Would highly recommend this tour.

We had an awesome adventure tour with Viator and Westwinds Air Charter. Our pilot Brett was fantastic and gave us all some personal tours and information about the area and history. Well organized and great idea to fly up early as the crowds start to pick up in the afternoon. Would highly recommend and do again!

This tour was wonderful! Our only complaint was that the helicopter pilot did not acknowledge our presence. He appeared to be very angry. It was concerning because our lives were in his hands. This activity is an excellent way to visit a beautiful and inspiring part of Grand Canyon. The participants see the Grand Canyon from both the rim of the Canyon, and from the river at the bottom of the Canyon. The views from the bottom of the Canyon, from the Skywalk, and from Guano Point are magnificent.

Brilliant tour. Get to see and experience a lot in a day. I managed several items on my "bucket list" in a single day. Service could not be faulted, it all worked like clockwork with little waiting anywhere. Our pilot, Bill, stayed with us as our guide virtually all day (apart from actually coming on the helicopter or skywalk). He was very friendly and helpful. _br/_
Small tip, if you are prone to travel sickness our flight back over the hot desert was very bumpy ..so be warned!!_br/_

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this trip to like minded people who do not have the luxury of time. You can return to Phoenix by afternoon. Meanwhile one can enjoy a ride on the Cessna, Chopper and boat on river Colorado and of course the Skywalk. Highly recommended.

From the first moment to the last, this adventure tour was the best I 've ever done and I 've done many. One exciting event after another. Plenty and timely bathroom breaks. Pilot was also our tour guide for much of the entire day and he was friendly, knowledgable, skilled, helpful, intelligent, and pretty good to look at as well. Although the south rim/Grand Canyon State Park was closed because of the government shutdown, the west rim where we were was not impacted as we were 80 miles from there. Snacks, lunch, and water was offered to us regularly - we were wanting for nothing. The Skywalk was smaller than it looked from pix we'd seen and was not as scary as my sister and I were sure it would be. It was more awe-inspiring and strange to be walking 4000 feet above the Grand Canyon floor while looking through the clear surface we were walking on. You are required to keep everything except your clothing and shoes to walk onto the Skywalk with the booty covers you are required to wear. We arrived fairly early in the day on our Friday tour of the Skyway so there weren't large crowds or even a line to wait in. Later in the day we noticed there were a greater number of people. The barbecue lunch we were served cafeteria style was run very efficiently so there wasn't a wait for that either. Food was delicious to us - we had worked up a hunger from all the walking. The walk from the helicopter down to the pontoon on the Colorado River was steep and the final ramp down was somewhat slippery. The hike back up the slippery ramp on our way back up to the helicopter was tricky - the remaining steep rocky rest of the treck back up was exhausting and I use a treadmill most days. You need to be in decent shape to make it back up to the helicopter. My legs were like jelly by the last step up but I made it. Views were great from the plane, helicopter, and walking trails. Was cool in the morning in mid -October when we went then was warm enough to shed light jackets later. FUN

Great Pilot but main issue was you messing up our booking causing us to have to make several changes to our itinerary which also caused us to see the Grand Canyon on a cloudy day instead of when we originally booked.

I also had Bill and he was a great pilot and guide! That being said, didn't feel like this was a very unique experience. We definitely enjoyed not having to drive up to 5 hours each way (flying was 1.5 hours each way), but once we got there, we were just normal tourists. We got to skip the line for the helicopter ride, but spent more time waiting then the entire helicopter + boat ride took. The boat ride was very short and not what I expected. They zoom you "around the corner", where you sit, take pictures, and drive back. Overall it was enjoyable because we got to see the grand canyon. Most of our complaints are not the fault of the tour operator, just feels like the grand canyon is one big tourist exploitation. I would suggest booking more personal experiences (ie: kayaking) to really soak in the experience as this is more of an "overview".

What an awesome experience. We took the adventure with our 8 year old son, and thank God for camcorders. The look on his face when the helicopter took off made every cent of the trip worthwhile. We highly recommend this adventure, it's the only way to see the canyon. Our pilot was incredible!

Not many days can you say you flew in a small plane, rode in a helicopter, floated in a pontoon boat, rode a bus, and walked out over the Grand Canyon. Every minute was viewtacular, shutter bugs will love this trip, as well as couples.
