Their was some confusion about the hotel where we were staying and we got dropped off at the wrong one. The driver on the return trip did not seem to enjoy his job/

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was terrible. They had no record of my reservation. I had to wait 1.5 hours to get a shuttle. I am not using this service again.

Trip from airport to hotel was fine. But return trip was terrible. My friend and I were last to be picked up. Only room for her in front seat. I stepped on bus and no seat!!!! I paid as much as anyone else on that shuttle, I expect a comfortable seat to the airport.You took my money and I did not get an appropriate seat. Over booking and not good business. Not at all satisfied with your company.

I have used Viator in Florence and Rome,Italy as well as New York City and had excellent servicehowever,this trip left much to be desired. I expected there to be a vehicle marked Viator,but there wasn't. I realize there was miscommunication and perhaps assumption on my part. We went outside after picking up our luggage and phoned Viator-the connection was terrible,so I couldn't hear the person on the other end and he hung up before answering my questions! It was about 90 at that time. We are in our mid 70s,so the heat was extreme for us. After a half hour,I went inside to the information booth which was a whole terminal away because of a computer breakdown. We got our ticket and went back outside where we had first gone. We were not told that we had to go outside the area where the ticket was validatednor were we told that we could wait inside where it was cool-even after complaining about having to walk so far from where we picked up our luggage. What shoud have been a 15 minute wait turned into 2 hours because of unclear instructions. I did not know that the shuttle would not say Viator,but could have any name on it. Clearer instructions when booking would have been beneficial. The people in charge in San Antonio were very rude. However,the shuttle drivers were extremely kind and helpful. Our shuttle back to the airport was on time and so this part of our experience was much better than our arrival.

When we arrived in San Antonio not a single pointer to a Viator shuttle. Asked all over and no one knew anything. Finally, after over a half hour, and thinking we had been taken for a ride, a very kind policeman offered to help he finally was able to discover it was Super Shuttle. You had never told us this.

Getting from the airport to my hotel was good. Coming back was hectic. There was a lot of confusion about which driver was suppose to pick up whom where. It took longer to get to the airport than estimated. I made my plane fine but some of the other passengers were very nervous.

The start was a little bumpy, a minor mix up of where to meet the shuttle. Customer service people help smooth explain how the service works. The e-mail had some confusion on where to meet the shuttle.

Take a Taxi it's less expensive than the shuttle. The person at the ticket counter was so rude. I gave her my confirmation info and the voucher and was told she needed the price I paid thru Viator, I told her I did not have my receipt she said she needed the price so she could give me a ticket to get on the shuttle, she asked if I remembered the price, I told her no. I was then told I needed to call viator to get the amount. I asked for my confirmation paper back to obtain the phone number. She was irritated and sighed and said she would call her office. So after being on the phone for 5 minutes she finally gave me a ticket and said to go set at a location. I waited for one and a half hours before the shuttle finally came. I paid 68 for a round trip ticket. The taxi I found out is only 23 each way.

I like to have ground transportation prearranged before heading out to my destination. A bit confusing to redeem voucher. Apparently Sundays are slower days for travel at San Antonio Airport. We were directed to a kiosk and waited for some time before returning to information to seek another kiosk as it was unmanned. Once we walked to the next terminal, we were able to get our shuttle._br/_ The driver was great and got us to our hotel quickly. He also pointed out various tourist attractions along the way which was very helpful.

Excellent service. We got in at 11:40 at night. We found the shuttle right away and they took us to our hotel. Then when we were ready to leave we called the night before to tell them what time we wanted to be picked up. Our driver was there right on time to take us to the airport. It was great not having to worry about transportation to and from the airport.
