If you are expecting amazing customer service then look elsewhere. However it does what it says and provides an informative trip from bridge to bridge with amazing views. Worth doing, just don't expect anything from the staff.

Even though the weather was rainy and windy the day we went out on this cruise it was a great experience to be able to see both bridges and to cruise under them both as well. Also some wonderful views of Alcatraz and the city of San Francisco. The self guided headset that you get on the boat, is very informative and gives you a wonderful insight to the Bridges and the City etc. Would highly recommend this tour on any given day, as you cant pick the weather. This was our third time to San Francisco ..we have now biked the Golden Gate ...walked it and cruised under it.

Wonderful tour. My cousin was visiting from out of the country and she wanted to visit the Golden Gate-- what better way to see it than by a tour boat that goes directly under! We loved it. It was by far the highlight of our visit to SFO.

What a lovely tour. Went with a friend and my two children, 8 and 10, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The audio guide was very informative, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the boat especially the bathroom! was really clean! We would highly recommend this cruise. The headphones made it so much easier to hear. The cruise gets so close to Alcatraz you can see the buildings. I enjoyed traveling under each bridge.

We had a great tour and an awesome experience. However we also were lucky that it was a sunny and clear day even though a bit windy. The views were spectacular and we even saw whales and dolphins. Our kids were excited and enjoyed the cruise.
