I lost my flight. They came to pick me up on time, but later we waited a lot for a person who finally did not appear. Maybe I had to request a transfer with more time than the one indicated by the call center or take a taxi on my own considering that the airport is quite close to the city. thanks god there was other flight available.

Driver turned up at the time we had been told and got us to the airport without a problem. However, we soon realised that we should have challenged the pick up time given as the queues in the airport were horrendous. We had to run to the boarding gate once we had got through customs and only made it with a few minutes to spare. Company should be aware of the number of other pickups to be done and the likely traffic and journey time and plan accordingly for new travellers like us.

The transfer vehicle was 45 minutes late and we had call the company to chase it up. The transfer itself was fine. a wee bit squashed as some male passengers were quite big men.

Firstly, it was really hard to get a hold of this company to confirm because the phone number listed came up as no longer existing. Secondly, when I did finally manage to get hold of them, they didnt even have my pickup in their system at all so that took another 15 minutes to sort out. Thirdly, they were going to book us in for a 9:15 pick up for a 12:00 flight and I thought that wasnt enough time so managed to change it to 8:30. Thankfully I did as we still only just made it to the airport in time because they have no organisation for picking up travellers and go all over San Francisco backtracking for other pickups rather than having a planned route. Lastly, the driver was terrible! Some of the worst driving possible. Would not recommend!!

Told to be waiting for pick up at 1300hrs, all ready then we sat as they had another pick up at 1330, therefore we checked in later than required and had problems as our flight was cancelled, had we have been picked up and left as requested and told to do we would not have had a rush and panic to get sorted with another flight from a different terminal. Not impressed this time

If ever in San Francisco again we probably wouldn't use Super Shuttle again, although the driver was on time they tend to pack in a lot of passengers into the van, and e had to go a long way out of the way to pick up a passenger, which the driver got lost as his GPS failed him, we eventually arrived at Airport but not a lot of time to spare. The company it self is terrible, of course i had booked through Viator but when you call Super Shuttle to confirm the booking and this happened every time in each city that we used this company they cant find you in their system,so they have to add you in.

While the trip from the airport to the hotel was fine, the return trip from the hotel back to the airport was terrible. I barely made my flight, was one of the last to board before they closed the door. You are in their complete control for when to leave to make your flight. I was given a 15 minute window for pick up 10:40-10:55 for a 1:00 PM departure. That might have been ok if he was on time and didn't have more to pick up after me. The van was late in picking me up and the driver didn't seem to be at all aware of it or care until i pointed out that he was late and i didn't have much time. We left the hotel at 11:10 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time with two more stops before he headed to the airport. I was able to use premier access at security to speed that part of the process, otherwise i would not have made my flight. Next time, i'll take uber, it's just not worth risking being late for the flight. I will say getting from the airport to the hotel was fine and low cost, but for that leg i didn't need to be there at any specific time.
