We took this tour the end of September and were lucky to have gorgeous weather in Napa! We had a group of about eight people and quickly made friends. Everyone was so much fun! Danny was our tour guide and was very knowledgable about the wine making process. It was fun to learn from him! We stopped at four different wineries. Judd Hill was our favorite. They did a private tasting with us, which was a lot of fun! The only positive criticism I would have would be the lunch. Although it was delicious and fresh, I did not feel it was filling enough for a whole day of wine sampling! Would definitely recommend this tour.

We took the tour on the hottest day in history, 113 degrees! Danny, the guide, was a lot of fun, and knowledgeable. Tastings were extra, from 10 to 25 dollars each. Overall, the tour was excellent, you should do it!

Great fun and a fabulous way to visit the wineries. The lunch was tasty and the wineries we visited were excellent

This tour had the potential to be great. 4 wineries and biking. It was fun besides our tour guide. Danny was incredibly unprofessional. He added girls on last minute who we had to go out of our way to pick up. It felt like Danny uses this tour as a way to pick up girls.

What a great time!_br/_ My wife and I wanted to go on this tour for the past 10 years to celebrate our anniversary. _br/_ Hunter was our tour guide, and did a great job! He was able to coordinate and mesh all of the personalities on our trip, and I believe everybody thoroughly enjoyed it. He was professional, courteous, and very personable._br/_ It was a good workout, and the scenery was spectacular. Great lunch, too._br/_ Definitely one of the best times of our lives. Thank you!!!

Had a great time! The bike ride was a little longer than we were expecting but no hills....didn't help that we happened to go on one of the hottest days of the year so far in Napa. :_br/_ Our guide Ari was so great and accommodating.

Really had a great time, it was so nice to see the beautiful vineyards at less than 65 mph. It was mostly flat so we didn't kill ourselves and the 4 winery stops we made were each unique in their own way. The lunch was also very good. Great way to spend a day.

Amazing day out - fantastic wineries, delicious lunch, beautiful scenery along the cycle routes I don't usually ride and great company!

Very enjoyable day and our guide was great._br/_ It is worth noting that this is not for inexperienced or nervous riders as you do share narrow country roads with a reasonable amount of traffic, and some of the terrain is quite steep. However there is always the options of travelling in the van with the guide.

Really fun day, Ari was great. Favorite was Chandon even though our hostess at Judds Hill was very good. Did not like having to pay 30 to park in downtown San Fran. this isthe only thing that brought the rating down.

We had a wonderful day with this bike company. We cycled round beautiful wine country riding from the first winery to another 3 wineries. Our picnic lunch was delicious! Our host was well experienced in running this type of trip.Definitely recommended!

I had a wonderful day with the bike company. We cycled round beautiful wine country to a good selection of wineries - both small and large. The distances weren't too taxing at all, though we could have taken the bus for a break if needed. Our picnic lunch was delicious! Our hosts were great fun and knowledgeable about the area. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our tour of wine country. Our tour guide and driver were excellent. Our picnic lunch was delicious. However, the van could have been alittle nicer.

totally enjoyed this trip, seemed a bit disorganized in the office with the booking and pickup but once we were there it was great - nice bikes, good guides, good assortment of wineries and enough cycling to be comfortable- worth the money

This was the best part of our vacation. The guide was incredibly helpful and my fellow bikers were interesting.

A very pleasant trip, combining my two favourite passtimes. Lunch was superb, the guides very good. The vinyards were more about wine drinking (in small quantities) than tasting, and quite expensive - 4 places, $92 spent, per person, it would've been nice to get a bit of 'wine knowledge' from the experience.

The tour itself was really great. The biking was not too strenuous even with a few drinks under my belt. Very few hills to navigate and the back roads were really great. Ari and Rim were our guides and they were extremely personable and patient with us. They answered all our questions and tolerated our ridiculousness. Lunch was absolutely amazing with fresh green salad, edamame, pasta salad, and fresh bread with wonderful cheese to spread on the bread. We really enjoyed the two lesser known wineries: Judd's Hill and Goose Cross. The only complaint I would give this tour, and why I gave it four stars instead of five, is the price. I certainly don't mind the $150 price tag, but what was hard to swallow was the additional $50-$60 we had to spend in tasting fees. I would have expected for the $150 price tag that a couple of tasting fees would be included. Other than that, the tour was really everything we expected.

Great selection of wines tasted, great company, great guide, great picnic = great trip. Would do it again and can highly recommend it. All was as promised.

What could be better than sun, cycling, and wine tasting? Our guide was very personable without dominating our day. The picnic lunch was delicious. There is a fair amount of traffic on some of the routes we travelled, but it is always an option to hop back into the van if need be.

We had a fantastic time, the guides took us to 4 amazing vineyards and allowed plenty of time at each. Lunch provided was very good. The whole trip was amazing and it really is a beautiful part of the country. Would recommend it to anyone considering this tour.

My boyfriend and I had a great time during the wine and bike tour. It was great being active, outdoors, enjoying the sun, and tasting great wines from Northern California. The bike ride has been scenic and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone new or familiar with wine tasting. We're both from Amsterdam the Netherlands (24 and 28 years old) and used to biking, so we enjoyed being on a bike again during our vacation.

Enjoyed the tour very much. The guides were great and the logistics associated with the trip went off without a hitch. It was very warm in Napa, but still had fun tasting some very good wine and biking between several wineries. Some traffic to contend with in places, but mostly very pastoral and relaxing.

Totally recommend this intimate and wonderful day trip - we had a fabulous, interesting and delicious tour in Sonoma / Russian River, stopping at a hand picked group of very different types of vineyards. The tour guide was amazing and organised, and kept the day flowing perfectly - thanks so much!

This was one of the most fun experiences we have ever had traveling. Our tour host, Ari, was a wonderful, knowledgeable companion for the day. Even though the weather was not great (very cool), we had a wonderful time.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time on the Russian River Valley wine tour – it was the perfect way to celebrate our birthdays. Our guide, Ari, was super personable, fun, and helpful, and the wineries we visited offered pretty generous tastings. We loved the gorgeous scenery on our bike ride, and enjoyed the challenge of riding from winery to winery, though the other two people in our group found it a bit burdensome. That said, the round-trip shuttle transportation was very convenient. Under a shaded tree at one of the wineries, we had a gourmet picnic, which was amazing! The food was delicious and the spread itself was equally impressive. Overall, our day was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, exercise, amazing scenery, excellent wine, and great service.

We had a such a great time! The bike riding was just perfect, not too long, not too short and we went to 4 wineries, all different. The best part was the catered lunch by Gears and Grapes. It was delicious! My husband and I are vegetarians and we were pleasantly surprised with the high quality and variety of the food. Our tour guide was fun and made us all feel comfortable. Overall, we had a WONDERFUL day and I highly recommend this tour to anyone (as long as they don't mind biking 10 miles between 4 stops). Thank you.
