We were very disappointed as the tour was overbooked, 50-60 people having to almost run to keep up and couldn't hear the _br/_ tour guide. What really upset me was when he said you didn't need a ticket as he got gratuity, and was told you could join the tour w/o_br/_ a ticket.

Fun, informative and beautifully fascinating! Lance is the man!! I liked his pace too! We got a lot for our buck! Would highly recommend!

Our tour guide was very good and the tour went by very quickly. It was such a perfect night and setting. I wish we could have gone into a few of the sites, but that's O.K. His stories were excellent and we had a fun time!

This was a fun tour that delivered on everything promised. It was a different look at Savannah and was great that it was at night. Don't book this tour if you cannot suspend belief for two hours no one enjoys a party pooper.

The tour was okay, but I think the ghost tours in general are victims of their own success. It was difficult concentrating on the tour guide, because we kept running into other tours from competitors. At one street corner, four tours converged in one place! All this commercialized racket spoils the quiet, mysterious effect. If I were a ghost, the last place I'd appear would be in front of all these loud gaggles of tourists. I strongly suggest a quieter route away from the competition.

Guide was wonderful. He showed us several things that were not on the normal itinerary, and kept our attention throughout, with funny lines along with serious commentary. Not sure I believe all of the ghost tales, but it was a very entertaining tour.

Saw some interesting sites on tour. I took this tour as a part of my thesis. During the tour, I observed the tour guides storytelling methods and how the stories were presented. The tour was a great to learn donts of creating a ghost tour. I know that when I create the ghost tour for my thesis I will ensure that their will be respect towards slaves and American Indians. During the Savannah tour, there were numerous times where incorrect and insensitive terminology was used as cheap gimmicks and jokes.

We loved this tour. Savannah has such a fun, interesting ghost history, and this tour was really great. Walking around on a steamy summer evening, and getting a feel for all the creepy areas was fun!

I had a great time on this tour, despite the rain and massive downpour which got our group entirely soaked. The rain also made it hard to hear the tour guide. I love ghost tours and enjoyed hearing about all of the ghost stories and sightings in Savannah although, I would not say that it was necessarily kid friendly. Our group had a 9 and a 12 year old, and they both got pretty spooked with some of the stories. Also, some of the stories were pretty grotesque and not meant for a child's ears. Despite this, we had a good time and I would recommend it!!

Great tour guide with a flair for the theatrics! Truly enjoyed the evening and the level of detail she provided - unfortunately the only piece of detail that I did not obtain was her name.

Cliff was our tour guide, and his stories were interesting. However, when the tour was over, he left us at a destination that was not where we started. Had that been our first day, we would not have had any idea how to get back to our hotel. Also, the sidewalks in Savannah are uneven and rough because of the material used to create them. It was dark during our tour and for safety, it would have been good to have some type of light to guide us. There just needs to be more information in the description of the tour.

Poor tour - guide was not enthusiastic and the group was too big aprox. 40 pax. Ended up giving up on the tour only 10 minutes after departure.

Brad was great. Very knowledgable and interesting. He knows everything about Savannah and his stories were fun.
Review by: mary_marcussen, October 2015
It was okay. There was more history given than Ghost stories. Talking about digging up bones is not a ghost story.
Review by: Janet T, July 2015
We ended up leaving the tour.. it was more of a history tour then ghost, lots of talking and not enough walking and seeing. The tour guide cracked jokes and it seemed more like a funny history ghost tour then an actual tour. We ended up booking the adult tour by 6th sense - it was great.
Review by: Randall C, July 2015
We enjoyed this tour. Our guide was very informed and did a nice job mixing history and the paranormal. I think people in our group thought this was some kind of magic ghost experience where spirits would come out and shake hands. Remember, this is a chance to see haunted buildings and hear the history behind their stories. This is not a TAPS investigation. If you go with the mindset of learning something, you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Seemed like lots of tours walking through the city. Choose a different service.
Review by: Jennifer H, June 2015
Our group was really fun. The tour guide was ok. He was just getting back into the swing of things after being on a break. He was very nice and gave directions back to the starting point so we could find our car, but the stories were a bit long-winded and hard to follow. They were interesting stories, but I have definitely been on scarier ones, which weren't necessarily due to the stories but the presentation.

Our tour guide was interesting, knowledgeable and so engaging. He made you lose yourself in the history of the city as he told the story. This was the best thing I did while in Savannah! Highly recommend to all visitors!

No tour guide showed up and the local contact number was disconnected. Epic fail.
Review by: Margaret S, March 2014
It's really difficult to rate this tour. The guide, Tabitha, was very nice and told some great stories. The real issue was that my husband and I were the only ones on the tour. It was very awkward. I am surprised that they would run the tour with so few people. I am sure this would have been a lot of fun if more folks had been scheduled.
Review by: Phillip R, March 2014
The tour guide was very nice and spoke very clearly. Some of the ghost stories were very good.
Review by: Ashley S, February 2014
There was a few interesting stories, but it could have been better. The guide wasn't in costume. Most of the time she talked about what other people had seen on the tour. More history and less talk about other tours would be good.
