This is definitely a great way to get a overview of the city. Our driver, Paul, was a pleasure to ride with as he filled us in on the history of the things we were driving past. I would consider it a must if you have never been to Savannah.

More information about where to park for the start of the tour would have helped. Also, the ticket person knew that many of the sites would be closed due to our tour being on Easter Sunday, but none of that information was available when we booked online. We would have booked the on-off tour on Saturday instead if we had known and booked our paddle boat tour that we took on Saturday on Sunday instead. We were very disappointed to have missed the Maritime Museum and garden stop because of this closure.

The process of purchasing tickets through Viator was a nightmare. The trolley tour of Savannah was great - a good system of hopping on and off helped us to see what we wanted to see and not waste time.

You can't go wrong with this tour! Savannah is a wonderful city, with tons of historic things to see. With the ability to hop on and off, you are free to roam the streets at your leisure. The trollys are clean and confortable, and the guides are fun and informative.

I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast in the Historical District so it was great to figure out the layout and what I wanted to see prior to walking around. The tour guide was very entertaining and full of information. The next time I go to Savannah I will do the Trolley Tour again stay on the trolley the entire tour and then ride the second time to get closer to where I want to land. Well worth the money!

What an amazing city! My wife and I had a wonderful time and the trolley tour was the best part of our trip! The tour guides were amazing! We truly learned a lot about the city and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice we to see Savannah! We would definitely do it again!

I think this tour is a must to get acclimated w/ Savannah. I would recommend riding all the way thru and then hopping on and off once you see what';s out there and what your interests are. Get a 2 day pass(you'll need it). Honey was the best tour guide! She was knowledgeable, engaging and fun!

The tour was very overpriced especially for children. We couldn't hear the driver and he barely gave any information on the tour anyway. It was hot with no air moving. Some of the stops were so close together that you could easily walk to them.

A great way to get around the city, and learn about things along the way! The only drawback is when 2000 people want to get on the same trolley that you do but never fear!! There's another trolley coming sometimes 5 min in 10 to 20 minutes.

Loved the trolley experience. Cree was lively and knowledgeable. Benjamin made it a wonderful learning experience. I love history and obviously Benjamin does as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave enjoyable presentations. We rode the entire tour before doing the hop on hop off at the areas we wanted to explore further. We were there during July and it was extremely hot and humid. Would love to go back during a cooler time. Regardless, it was great.

Great way to get a "lay of the land" as it were. We got a good overview of the current and some of the past events of this historic town. My family and I came to Savannah to experience something strange and mysterious, which this tour doesn't really offer, but it was a fantastic start.

This is a great way to see the city. I recommend doing this tour first because you can get off the Trolley to visit a place as long as you want, then hop back on again to the next site. It gives a good overview of a very charming city..

Do NOT book this tour online! I booked it online for my family husband and three children ahead of time. When we arrived in Savannah, they were not internet-savvy at all! They couldn't find my online booking! We almost walked away and requested a refund. The tour was just okay, but I'd go with another tour.

We took the hop on and off trolley tour on a recent visit to Savannah. I have taken many hop on-off tours and this was one of the best. We stayed in a hotel outside the historic district and the tour arranged for us to be picked up at the hotel, and returned when we were ready to go back for no additional charge. _br/_ When we got off the trolley to explore we never waited more than 5-10 minutes for another car which was fantastic. The tour itself was very good, going to all the highlighted areas of the city. If there was any negatives the seats were a bit hard but then it was a trolley!

Excellent tour experience. The drivers are very knowledgeable, fun and gracious. I took the recommendation of another reviewer and did the entire tour before hopping on and off. That way I chose the sites I actually was interested in. St. John's Cathedral. Oh my! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Gryphon's Tea Room was a wonderful experience. Always wanted to have a 'tea' and it was perfectly lovely. Nice pot of tea, lovely little tea sandwiches, scone, Devonshire cream made in house!, fruit and Petite Fours. Yum. Then there was stop 9 which had the Olde Pink House which was near my hotel so I could get off there and not have to go back to the beginning and be shuttled to the hotel. OH and Leopold's Ice Cream. Gotta do that one! I would never have known about half these things without going on this tour. THANK YOU!!!!!! Highly recommend! The ease of scheduling my tour via this site was excellent. Printed out my coupon for the ticket and it all went smooth as silk.

We started out with Crystal who was just an ok guide. We rode the whole way around with her and then got on and off where we wanted. When we got the other tour guides who names I don't recall but were both men is when we realized how bad of a guide Crystal was, There were so much more entertaining and lively and told such good stories. Wish we had rode the whole way around with one of the men. Overall a nice tour though.

Trolley Drivers were excellent - very personable and informative. The entire process of hopping off and getting your phone or paper tickets turned into an official ticket was an enormous waste of time and very frustrating. We were doing this on a slow day and it seemed to take forever. Cannot imagine the process if it had been busier, hotter or pouring rain. There has to be a way to allow technology to be fully utilized in this process. If not for this issue the rating would have been a 5!
