I was disappointed with the organizing of this tour not the substance. Although the website said that this tour would pick me up anywhere in Seattle, I had to go to a downtown hotel. Although this was the first tour of the day, the tour bus was 45 minutes late. He then sat in the bus chatting to the point that others were asking if we could get going! Because he was so late, we were not able to explore the museum before the tour started, and the museum was closed when we came out of the tour for some repairs. Was not worth it! So, basically we paid over 100 to be transported back and forth.

Pickup was on time but unfortunately we had to detour back to pick up two people who were missing. The only complaint shared by all on our bus was that our time was reduced before and after tour. Before because of missed persons and after, well who knows. Guide was in quite a rush to drop us back.

Daniel was our guide, he has a great sense of humor and knowledgeable of the area, Boeing was very interesting, we were disappointed that we did not get to the simulator part not sure why, it was not mentioned by anyone on the tour, tour was good and it was a nice way to spend the day

This was a great experience! My 11 year old son was in awe the whole time, as were my husband and I . From the shuttle driver stories on the trip, the museum, then the tour, it was a ton of really interesting facts. We have put this on our list to do again. No trip to Boeing would ever be the same. The driver was great on both trips and shared information about Boeing history that he knew we wouldn't get on the tour on the way up and Seattle information/tips on the way back. Loved this whole experience!

저는 항공기가 만들어지는 것을 보는 것 자체가 목적이었다. 나에게는 의미있는 것이였다. 그래서 일단 보통 수준의 평은 줘야한다고 생각한다. 하지만, 공장까지 갈때 가이드가 투어방법을 설명해주는 것, 공장내에서 이루어지는 공정에 대한 설명은 영어로만 지원해준다. 한국어는 없다. 그래서 아쉬웠다. 영어 못하는 사람은 알 수 없으니, 이 투어 자체를 100 얻어갈 수는 없다. 그에 비해 가격은 싸다고 볼 수 없으나, 또 미국 물가 생각하면 이해되기도 한다. 보는 것만으로도 그 금액을 감당할 수 있다면, 추천!

Well, I thought this was going to one boring day!! NOT!! It was one of the most interesting tours I have ever taken. You get to see the incredible buildings that house the working and building of the Boeing planes. I would have done the tour over again in a heart beat!! Please note, that it is really a half day at least tour as the location is a bit of ways outside of Seattle. AMAZING TOUR!! Don't miss it.

Great tour. Hotel pickup was on time and we were able to drop off in the city if required. Our driver was quite cheerful and knowledgeable and all entry tickets handled efficiently. The actual tour is run by Boeing. The pre-tour video at Boeing was really just a sales pitch for Boeing and could have been dispensed with. A video giving an overview of the whole process would have been better, in order to prepare us for the actual tour. We only saw a small part of the huge factory however once inside, we got a feel for the enormity and complexity of the whole operation. Unfortunately no photos were allowed.

This was an amazing tour. Our driver, Chris, arrived on time to pick us up from the hotel. The bus was clean and comfortable. The tour itself was very informative. There is a lot of walking and steps involved. The Boeing factory is highly organised workplace. We got to see a new plane do take off for the first time. I would highly recommend this tour if you have an interest in planes.

This is a trip worth taking. We were picked up from our hotel and taken out to the Boeing factory and our driver proved to be knowledgeable and helpful in preparing us for the tour of the factory as there are strict rules around not taking phones, cameras and bags on the tour. We arrived at the reception centre and had about 30 minutes to deposit our phones and gear in the free lockers and to take a look around the museum. After a brief introductory video we boarded the special Boeing bus for out 5 minute trip to the giant sheds where the planes are built. We visitied the production lines for the 747, 777 and 787. There is plenty of opportunity to talk to the guide on a technical level if you want to and the size and scale of the of the buildings is amazing as are the production lines for the planes._br/_ We returned to the reception centre after a 90 minute tour and had another 30 minutes or so shop and look at the various exhibits at the centre. Then it was back on out bus for the return trip to Seattle. Our driver then dropped all members of the tour at their hotels or desired stopping point which was much appreciated by all the tour participants.

Viator does not give you enough time to enjoy the Boeing museum and shop. Once we arrived to the factory we only had 30 minutes to lock our stuff, grab some water and explore the museum before we had to go for the tour. This left us with only 10 minutes to explore the museum. They should give more time to explore the museum. If I have to do it again, I would rather take a taxi or rent a car. For 70 a person there should be more time to explore or if there is traffic, there should be time added to the tour.

We got to see lots of different planes and our questions were well answered. Our shuttle driver who took us to the factory was very informative. At the actual factory the guide gave a pretty canned talk and it would have been nice to have more explanation of what we were actually looking at as we were in tunnels and hallways. The vantage point of the floor of the factory gave us good views of the process. it was fun to see so many different countries represented in the planes on the floor that were in the process of being built.
