Cory was excellent and a wealth of knowledge and energy. It was a very well done tour and he accommodated everyone.

Very disappointed. I did not get what I paid for. The tour included a final stop at a Swiss Chocolate Factory that never happened. I think if we had a different tour guide it would have made all the difference. Woody was a very nice older man however, his personality just didn't cut knowledgeable tour guide. He spoke into a microphone that nobody could hear, his jokes were awful and I think he was more concerned about getting through the day, beating traffic home so he can watch the 6 o'clock news. The stop at the chocolate factory consisted of a strip plaza that sold the same chocolate as you would get in the factory. And the factory had gone downhill and wasn't worth the stop. The first winery stop was not ready for a bus of 22 plus other customers because they were not fully staffed until noon. We showed up about 11:30a. Too rushed, not enough time at major stops. Snoqualmie Falls? We had 20 minutes. Too bad, who knows if I'll ever get back to the Seattle area.

Really enjoyed our trip with Corey. He was very informative. Did a great job keeping us occupied with facts while driving between stops. Gooseridge winery, Jules was entertaining and informative as well. Beautiful group, beautiful day. Glad we booked it!

Our guide Cory was courteous and very informative. As a first time visitor his explanation and description of the areas we visited was great. Wine tasting was spectacular at Goose Ridge, Jules and Devan were great. The falls and chocolate tasting was the cherry on top.

Great tour. Our guide, Cory, was entertaining, funny and informative. Pointed out many of the local spots and businesses along the way and was very patient with stragglers getting back on the bus. The stop at Boem's chocolate house was probably the least favorite of our stops but overall a fun adventure and worth the 6 1/2 hr. trip. If you aren't staying at one of the downtown hotel pickup locations, I would highly recommend parking at the Republic parking lot at the North end of the Gate's Foundation building on Harrison and 5th Ave. N. It's covered parking, $15 for 12 hours and the Customized Tours bus picks you up right across the street at the MoPop bus turn around. The Hop on Hop off bus is also a short walk on Broad St. in front of the Space Needle and Chihuly _br/_ Glass.

We took this tour on Memorial Day . I like the 2 wineries that we visited . The falls are breath taking and I wish we spent more time there than adding to the trip a chocolate factory. We were picked up on time .The tour guide was very knowledgeable . I would recommend this tour

Our driver, Corey, was great! The wineries were terrific especially St Michelle with gorgeous grounds and building. We ate our delicious boxed lunch outside at an umbrella table on the grounds of the Chateau St Michelle winery. Plan on a 7-8 hour day.

Mr. Woody was a great tour guide. He was a lot of fun and very informative about the Seattle and surrounding area. _br/_ The actual tour bus was a bit bumpy and lacking leg room, but we were sitting in the back row, so maybe if you were more towards the front it would make a difference. Lunch price seemed a bit steep at $17 for a small salad and a water. I have been on other tours, same price and time frame in Napa where a beautiful, family style lunch is included along with water and cheese/cracker plate in the tour bus (see Platypus tours).

Enjoy the tour guide, he made sure to talk to each guest made personal conversations to everyone made for a very enjoyable experience. Every stop was different like the package tour, gave you a little bit of everything. . Relaxing to sit back and view the scenery. Like the smaller winery stop it was more personal, they took the time.

I did this same tour a few years ago. I enjoyed it so much then, that is why I booked the tour when I knew I was coming back into Seattle at the conclusion of my cruise this year. The stop at Chat. St. Michelle was more on our own and not organized by the tour company. The Goose Ridge winery visit was more organized. The lunch that was set up was horrible. My lunch never came. I waited while I was at Goose Ridge while everyone else ate theirs. I did not receive the lunch what I had paid $20 for until we were getting on the bus to leave. I was never given the option to refuse it. It was not food to be consumed as a

The trip was enjoyable but the tour driver was just ok - like to listen to himself talk...with no to little interaction as that was not what he wanted to discuss or hear. Also the driving was a bit rough, we hit a curb and were going rather fast around 35 mile areas of the road that were very winding - felt a bit dangerous. If you have any sort of motion issues this driver is not for you. _br/_ Falls were nice but it would of been nice to have a bit more time- not enough time to really do the 1/2 mile hike down and back up and see the falls and take photos._br/_ Also Chateau Ste. Michelle was nice but we were told you could take your glass and walk the massive grounds but there was a concert going on so everything was closed off - would of been nice to have accurate details._br/_ The fee basically just covers the cost of the bus/tour guide as there are no fees at the wineries unless you are doing tastings which are at your own cost, the falls and then the chocolate factory - was about an 10min or less tour so there may have been a fee for that.

This was an amazing tour. Corey was an awesome guide. We visited Chateau Ste Michelle Winery, maker of our favorite riesling wine. We bought a case. We also visited Goose Ridge, a small winery. We bought wine there too. We also visited a chocolate store and the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls.

Nice day spent out of the city area and seeing beautiful scenery and the countryside. Our tour guide and driver was Cory very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area. The falls were great to see especially from the lower level. Enjoyed the tasting room and St Michelle grounds. Highly recommend tour and company..

Review by:   FRANK.AVERSA,    May 2018 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
Tour Guide Cory did a good job. The wines at the small winery Goose Something were horrible. I make much better at home. If you charge a tasting fee you should at least pour enough to taste it. My wife and I felt we got ripped off at the first, small winery. We opted not to taste at Ste Michel due to our bad experience at Goose whatever winery. The falls were nice but overall the value was not there. I would not recommend.

It was such a wonderful time with Cory. He was knowledgeable and friendly and polite. I learned about tasting wine in two different wineries. Snoqualmie Falls was such a beautiful view. I just wish we had a bit more time in Snoqualmie Falls.

The winery tours were great. St. Michelle winery is beautiful and the Goose Ridge was small, but the host was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ate lunch at the Goose Ridge that Cory the bus driver took care of getting you do have to pay and then setting up while we did the wine tasting. The weather the day we went was not the best, rainy but not to cold. The Falls were very nice to see, it was a bit foggy when we were there, but still very nice. The chocolate factory tour was a waste, but they did have good chocolate. I think they should think of giving you more time at the winery and skipping the chocolate factory, it felt like it is used as a time filler. The only down fall for us, was the fact that they had a computer glitch that morning and the bus driver could not get the information he needed on the number of people he was to pick up, and the office told him the wrong number of people, leaving my husband and I not being picked up. After numerous phone calls, they did send an Uber to pick us up and take use to meet up with the group. The bus driver Cory was very apologetic and did what he could to make it right. So after a not so great start, the day turned out fine and we did enjoy the tour.

This tour was time well spent, we really enjoyed it and all the places we visited....Mark was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and punctual. We were lucky enough to have time to take the free wine tour at Chateau St. Michelle, one of the nicest tasting rooms Ive been to! The chocolate and peanut brittle we bought at the chocolate factory was really good!

We had a great guide who make the day very enjoyable. Learned a lot about Seattle and got to see the beautiful scenery. Winery visits were o.k. Visited an old world chocolate / candy manufacturer that was a great end to the tour. Snoqualmie falls was nice to see - nothing over the top though.

The tour was on schedule. Our driver Dan was very informative and knowledgable about the area. The time alloted for each visit is not sufficient to do any shopping or enjoy the wineries. Going up to the falls was spectacular. The first winery we visited was a boutique winery and was very charming. There wines were exceptional. I was a little disappointed with the price point of the tour, which really is for the cost of transportation. Although, it is very clear on the website that tasting fees were not inlcuded, but I did think it was overpriced. I have been on several wine tours, which are similar in price, but include up to 4 wineries, tasting fees and lunch.

Had a lovely day at the Winery and Falls

Review by:   sinoue,    November 2017 Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
I guess the title of the tour explains why the focus was not more on the Winery Tour which I would have preferred. Not enough time spent at Chateau Ste. Michelle. After doing the 30 min winery tour there and having to eat lunch it left hardly anytime to shop and buy wines there. It would be better if more time was given. The falls is not that great and the chocolate factory was not worth it. Felt more like time fillers to make a 6 hour tour. If you do this tour and wine is your focus maximize your time at Chateau and forgo lunch by eating it on the tour bus after.

Great day trip to Woodinville and Snoqualmie Falls. Don our tour guide was very informative and helpful about our tour and the surrounding area . We started with a stop to Goose Ridge vineyards tasting room The tasting room was beautiful and Tiffany and Jean were very informative about wine grown in Washington. Our next stop was Chateau St Michele. Another beautiful tasting room and grounds. We then proceeded to Snoqualmie Falls. Extraordinary. The leaves were beginning to turn color and the falls were amazing . The last stop was for chocolate at Boehme's chocolate factory. Altogether a great escape from the city.

The tour guide was wonderful, the scenery beautiful and the wineries very interesting - but when we got to the chocolate company we were told there wouldn't be a tour, so we got back in the van and headed back to Seattle. The chocolate tour was part of the larger tour and we felt frustrated. The guide was very upset and it wasn't his fault but I felt let down by Viator not offering any compensation for the wasted time of driving to and from the chocolate shop - we could have used that time at any of the other 3 stops but instead wasted it on the van just driving. What if we weren't into wine but were into fine chocolate making and that was our main reason for going? After all this chocolate company has a high reputation in WA and is part of how Viator was showcasing that area of Washington.

When I first saw this listed on the websites I was nervous about it due to some of the reviews. I decided to book it anyway and to approach it with an optimistic outlook. So glad I did!! We had a wonderful experience! Yes it was bit pricey but considering you have a tour guide with you throughout the trip who drives for hours not only picking up at several hotels but also taking you to four different stops, I would say it's worth the price. Definitely bring some spending money so you can enjoy the fine wine and delicious chocolates. I did think the lunch options at St. Michele were overpriced for the small amount of food provided. If I do this trip again I will pack a lunch! I surprised my spouse with this trip and we had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this experience :

This tour covered over 100 miles around Seattle bringing us to Goose Ridge estate vineyard and winery, Chateau St Michelle's winery, Snoqualmie Falls and then to the Boehms Chocolate Factory. The driver was very informative and we all had a tremendous time learning about the points of interest he spoke about during our drive to the various locales. There was adequate time to enjoy, eat lunch, shop and tour each site without feeling rushed or hurried. Highly recommended!!

Cory the diver really was excellent he was very knowledgeable and had the balance Just right. This really is a wine lover's tour with quality wines available to taste if you pay for the tasting. The falls were poor compared to others you may have been to but they are what they are and you need to view them for what they are.
