Discover the history and secrets behind this magical orange-scented city on an informative morning tour. You have a choice of two itineraries: the classical tour or the historical tour.
CLASSICAL TOUR: Beautiful Seville has many impressive monuments dating back over the centuries. The Moors' legacy of marvelous architecture includes the Gothic cathedral with its Giralda, a minaret transformed into a Christian bell tower.
After visiting the cathedral you will see the Torre del Oro (Golden Tower) by the Guadalquivir River, where important documents relating to the nautical history of Seville are stored. The Torre del Oro is closed on Mondays, when a visit to the Macarena Church will be included instead. You'll also enjoy panoramic views of Seville by coach.

HISTORICAL TOUR: Discover the architecture of Seville in 1929, when the Iberoamerican Exhibition took place in the capital of Andalucia. You'll travel by coach to the Plaza de America and the Pabellon Mudejar by the Maria Luisa Gardens.
Continuing to the city center, you'll pay a visit to the Alcazar Royal Palace, a fantastic example of the Moorish style with gorgeous tile mosaics, shady courtyards and Moorish and Renaissance gardens.
The tour finishes in the narrow streets and tiny squares of the Santa Cruz quarter, Seville's historic Jewish district.

Uno de las peores visitas guiadas que he hecho en mi vida. Verdaderamente solo recomendable para quien visite Sevilla por primera vez, ya que a poco que sepas, seguro que es más de lo que se te va a explicar aquí. Primero nos dimos vueltas durante una hora sin oir nada interesante por toda Sevilla para recoger a otros viajeros: Nos llevaron a la Plaza de España, donde tampoco recibimos una explicación de interés y nos dejaron que perdiéramos por nuestra cuenta otra media hora. Ni mos explicaron nada interesante, ni la información de la pagina web era correcta.

This tour is a complete waste of time and a rip off. In Seville you only want to see the Cathederal and the Alcazar. This tour splits the two in half so you have to waste two days. You should only do a tour that combines both attractions in one visit as it only takes an extra hour.

This tour is a complete waste of time and is a complete rip off and waste of your time in Seville. Only do a tour that includes both the Alacazar and Cathederal in one tour as they are next door and it only takes an extra hour. I had to waste two days to see the main two attractions. It really is a waste of time and ruined my stay in Seville. Do not do this tour.

Spent over one hour picking up tour members. So actual tour time was well under three hours. Too many different languages being spoken so each language received a reduced amount of explanation. Guides English ability left much to be desired. There is no way that 40+ people can hear this guide when she isspeaking outside, a good portion of her comments are when she is walking and you can hear her. Since number of English speaking guests were miniimal, so was commentary._br/_

There was a lack of communication on where we were going as we joined up with another tour,(we were put on a bus , saw a site then ended back up where we had been to walk the old city and see one palace.

The tour was very disappointing. The main reason was because the guide was very stressed and seemed not very interested. She looked as if she was in pain all the time._br/_
The group was big and too divers, everything had to be translated in 3 languages, which is too much._br/_
She was very hard to understand, because she spoke very fast and because of the size of the group, you could not come close to her. Even native speakers had problems to understand her._br/_
In the Alcazar we finally left the tour and hired an audio guide. A much better way to explore this beautiful place. It is a pity, but I can not recommend this tour to anyone. _br/_
In the past we booked several tours through Viator in divers cities. It was great all the time, except for this one.

Like most tours, spent a lot of time picking up folks at hotels. Once on the tour, it was comprehensive but fast. The walking part was also fast- almost too fast for this 73 year old man with some health problems, but we made it through. Subject matter was god, guide was competent and well-versed in subject matter. But she always was in a hurry....

The experience of this tour left a lot to be desired. The tour guide while conversant in English and Spanish struggled with communication delivery. Lola seemed to rush through the tour and transitioned from Spanish to English with little pause and accent we struggled to pick up. Seville is a beautiful town and we enjoyed the sights but felt handicapped by not being able to pick up the history and culture of the various attractions. What left us feeling more disappointed was that we were asked to leave the tour suddenly immediately after covering the Alcazar because the Cathedral, which was the next stop and adjacent to the Alcazar was NOT PART of the "Historical portion of the tour". This left us confused at multiple levels because we struggled to understand how the Cathedral was not part of Seville's history, we were not informed upfront (as part of the tour description) that the Cathedral tour was NOT part of our tour agenda and it was only 2.5 hours into what was promised to be a 3.5 hour ( provided in the tour description). We felt a bit cheated and did not feel we got our money's worth from a quality of tour standpoint. Recommendation: Please check what is covered and what is not, intricate differences between a 1/2 day "classical" versus "historical" tour and avoid the mentioned tour guide. I did call to express my displeasure and was asked to document by concerns over email.

An excellent tour to see all important sites in the city if you are there for a short time. Very experienced guide. I would only expect the tour in one language that you signed for. In our case, we signed for English, and in fact the tour was in three languages.

Yes, well worth doing. The biggest problem was that the guide had to cope with giving the tour in three languages and it got boring. The other problem was that when she spoke English she spoke too quickly and with a strong accent so that we could not fully understand what she was saying. However, the tour showed us the main important monuments and attractions of Seville and it was an advantage not to have to do it ourselves from a guide book.

Nice combination of bus and walking. Bus to get to the far away things like Plaza Espana - a must see and walking around within the Santa cruz historical area. Good opportunity to rest/take resfreshments and use facilities which is important in a 3 hour tour. My only issue was that the tour we had booked was advertised as being in English when in fact most of the talking was done in Spanish with a shortened English version afterwards. the tour leader tried her best to get both languages out quickly but the reality was that sometimes we had passed the particular site when the English version came out. I think it would be better to have a morning group in one language and an afternoon one in the other. Enjoyable none the less and without a car we would have found it difficult to get around all the sights in our short 2 day stay in Seville.

Seville is a beautiful, seductive and interesting city, and it would have been wonderful to have had a good guide on this tour, as there is so much we would have liked to know, but unfortunately the lady who was our "guide", spoke such bad English, that half the time we could not understand a word that she said. She spoke a lot of Spanish, and seemed to rush through the English commentaries. Unfortunatly I did not get her name, otherwise I could have saved others this total waste of money.

When booking this tour we selected English as the tour language. We found out that it was Spanish,English and French. Very disappointing.The focus seemed to be on the Spanish speaking participants. Could not hear the guide as she was very soft spoken. She needed a microphone and we needed hearing devices We missed a lot of what she was saying. We were not pleased with this tour at all. We did not feel we learned much at all of the historical sights. I would make sure anyone taking this tour checked on the language spoken and not a combination

The tour could have been very interesting, as Seville is a beautiful city but the guide was very hard to understand and spoke to fast. All on tour were English speaking except for one. Tour guide spoke as if reading from a script and there wasn't spontaneity as we have grown accustomed to on other Viator tours.

The tour was enjoyable. The group was late to confirm this tour and left me a message on my mobile phone after I was already in Spain telling me where to meet the group, as I was driving in from a neighboring town. The hotel where they indicated sounded like it was well known from the message, but when I got lost and asked several Sevillanos they didn't know the hotel or the plaza. I missed the pickup but after contacting the tour office they tell me where to go to meet up with the rest of the tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable but spoke a tad to quick for my mother to understand.

Great tour! Very informative. They sent a whole bus for the four of us. They only down side was we had a mix-up with the pick up point which made for a late start. We were told to meet the tour at a hotel and we waited about a hour, finally called the local tour company only to find we had been staring at the empty bus down the street not knowing it was meant for us. No makings on the bus.

Would not recommend. Requested Engligh tour and it was combined with English and Spanish, difficult to tell when one ended and the next language started. Tour guide on cell phone multiple times, didn't seem attentive to tour participants. Wanted to get our money back for the afternoon tour as didn't want a repeat, would not honor request since prepaid, offered another tour the next day but we weren't going to be there.

The tour was great. I would do it again. The fact that is half by bus and half walking is what makes it interesting. In addition, the visit to the world largest cathedral makes the whole tour worhthwhile.

The tour was very good but the English speaking guide did not speak English. No one(including Americans, Canadians, British and Austrailans) could understand a word she said in English. Very frustrating. All we could do was look at everything, but we didn't know what anything was.

Tour was very good. however, the company that organized it did a very poor job. they did not pick us up at the hotel they told us to go to and then they told us to go to another hotel about 2-3 miles away and we had to walk to it and it was our first day in the city so we didn't know where we were going. It was very stressful. However, the guide was very good.

Great tour but I was surprised a visit to the bullring was not included. Plus it was conducted in both Spanish & English instead of just English. As the tour group comprised largely of Spanish-speakers, it was skewed towards Spanish with only brief English translations. I felt a bit short-changed but having said that, the guide did a great job.
